@VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

@VodafoneUK I got through to them that an eSIM was not a physical thing, they sent me the required email eventually 2 days later, and I’m up & running there at least. Between this & the broadband which still isn’t working, I’m distraught at the amount of hrs I’m spending trying to fix things
