    Still trying to get @VodafoneUK to sort out the issue. All complaints do is generate a standard reply. Presses send. Waits for next generic reply.

    @DarrenRJones @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Shocking but not surprising. Happened to us and Sky immediately gave us a compensation payment on Openreach’s behalf so Vodafone should do the same. That doesn’t help the hospital though and, sadly, will likely happen again.
