    @ClutchmeisterTV @VodafoneUK Safe to assume you live in an area where you’re limited on ISPs? We had that where I live. Once competition with good service and internet moved into town, suddenly the old ISP became much more willing to not have **** service

    @VodafoneUK Yes I did three times the first told me that they would put my half payment on and get me reinstated, the second disconnected the third said to me you need to pay the full balance, rubbish customer service

    @VodafoneUK just received a new router which doesn’t work. Been told by your support team that we need to unscrew the phone socket! Comms are poor, muffled and sounds like I’m being talked to from the bottom of the ocean! My mum has a terminal illness and we can’t get online.

    So your self a favour, don’t go with @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK they don’t help. Expect you to pay for a service that they don’t provide and all they do is apologise which has become meaningless.
