    @VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

    @VodafoneUK has to be the worse service in the uk customer service shocking.refusing to cancel my contract when they have robbed my self for £792 and then refusing to cancel my contract. I’ve had 4 complaints with reference numbers. They clearly don’t mean anything as the staff

    @VodafoneUK Welcome to Vodafone - plenty of cheerful people ready to sign you up to a contract but as soon as they screw that up you are trapped in an oddessy of deadends trying to get any customer service. Current tally 27 hours on hold, 35 different people. No joy. At all.
