    @VodafoneUK Transfer of Ownership team say different things (or just hang up) depending who you speak to. NOW they're saying there's an outstanding balance (on monthly contracts with unlimited minutes, for a SIM that isn't even in a phone).

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded to fibre taking my landline no. with me. For 6wks I got 93MBPS instead of 900 & lost my landline. After calls & web chats I’m told I can’t divert landline to my mobile & a mgr tried to fob me off with £10 compensation! I’m disgusted with yr customer service
