@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

@chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

@VodafoneUK Oh is it really upsetting to you? So there’s been a heavily amount of Miscommunication with your customer service phone lines, I guess some “lines” was crossed and certain issues needs to be fixed. If your claiming you have bots 🤖 how do I know if your one ??

@VodafoneUK internet is down again. Can you check @CityFibre is working properly? Last time it was them who was affecting the broadband supply. Huddersfield. Internet completely gone. Backup dongle not working either. Please check outage in this area.
