    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

    @VodafoneUK Moved to Vodaphone Broadband 1 month ago from EE... have had nearly 2 weeks without internet in that time, engineer called out twice. Never had a call back, I have to chase them up. Absolutely shocking In my 3 years with EE never spoke to customer services once.

    hi @VodafoneUK - can you help?? My 85 year old grandma has been contacting you every day for weeks now. She spends hours on the phone to you as she is trying to unlock her phone. You promise her the unlock code and PAC code every day but it never comes through. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK My 10 year old daughter's Xmas present from @Vodafone was phone number related to fraudulent activity and unpaid bills - in Oct 2020 according to @vodafone - which still doesn't work. 43 minutes into a call. Asked to speak to a manager 40+ times. You utter jokers.

    @VodafoneUK As a loyal customer of well over 15 years I would like An iPhone 12 pro max, an iPad Pro 12.9, An Xbox series x and a PlayStation 5 (disc version preferred) any or all of those would be lovely thank you Vodafone very me. Not much really. I mean it’s not like I put a Ferrari 🤔

    @VodafoneUK another 8 hours waisted on the phone today with customer relations still no answers still no phone 5 weeks this has been going on but somehow my phone is in collections for none payment of bill A bill when I've had no phone !!!!!

    @borristhepanda @VodafoneUK No, I hadn't, but thank you. My daughter decided she didn't mind not keeping the number after me sitting on the phone for a few hours. So when I did get through I cancelled only to be told it would be 30 days. I now know about pac and stac codes. :) better late than never
