Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Jen M (@jenny_kenny89) reported@VodafoneUK I found a much easier way of sorting the issue without having to deal with Vodafone directly. 20 months to go before my contract is up 🙌🏼 2 hours of time wasted for no apparent reason and when I explained I would be complaining, they refused to give me contact details.

Only find out how **** these companies are when it goes wrong.
