Vodafone Issues Reports Near Northamptonshire, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Northamptonshire and nearby locations:

  • troozers
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

  • markwilsonit
Mark Wilson 👨🏻‍💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

@chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

  • purgstallheath
Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • Klim_Paul
Pavel Klim DiS., MCPara (@Klim_Paul) reported from Cold Ashby, England

@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

  • _saraax
Sara Turner (@_saraax) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

  • dearden47
Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

  • IAmSteve_Ryan
Steve Ryan (@IAmSteve_Ryan) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK considering you run a mobile network, your app is dog shit. Flappy bird works better

  • abilitycic
ABILITY Community Transport (@abilitycic) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. We are a not for profit #socialenterprise #buysocial organisation we watch every penny but you change our tariffs

  • markwilsonit
Mark Wilson 👨🏻‍💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

  • GMac1985
Glenn Macandrew (@GMac1985) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Most service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal

  • markwilsonit
Mrk W Dgtl (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

  • DawnExley
Dawn Exley (@DawnExley) reported from Horton, England

@VodafoneUK can you tell me if there are any network issues in the NN7 area please as we’ve had very poor signal for the past 24 hours. Thank you.

4th day with the WiFi up and down like a prostitutes knickers time to visit the @VodafoneUK shop

  • carlrwebb

If you travel to Spain, make sure you use @movistar_es when data roaming. Superb network out there. I only wish the UK networks were as good. @VodafoneUK comes closest here in the UK.

@VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.
