    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

    @chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

    @stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @VodafoneUK Shame your network isn't unbeatable for supporting customers financially struggling who have been affected by Covid, instead you choose to sell my debt to a company who understand the current climate. I'd rather be looked after by a company than advertise their own reliability

    @VodafoneUK Everything everywhere just a postcode lottery, upper class areas in hard to reach places often upgraded 1st but the others get left behind when the others are finally upgraded the hard to reach ones are upgraded again :/ many upper class areas £30 pcm yet the poor estates £60 pcm

    @VodafoneUK Hello, I’ve been without a number, texts, calls and mobile data for 3 days as a transfer of my number to a new sim hasn’t worked. I’ve been on live chat 4 times, for hours, and every time I’m told the issue is being sorted now and it isn’t.
