    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

    @allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

    Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

    @VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

    @VodafoneUK So my broadband was down (NO INTERNET) for 26 days this past month and as a ‘good will gesture’ you have suggested i don’t pay for this month....that’s not a good will gesture, you haven’t provided me with a service so why would I pay for this month? #worstbroadband

    @VodafoneUK l have had problems on my broadband for over 6 months. 8-10 engineer visits no solution. Your tech team refused to close the case for me to cancel. Complaint dept refused to issue ADR letter Acc number 7051315013. I am tired of long calls and emails.

    @VodafoneUK why is it so had to speak to someone. That bloody automated service is just annoying I don’t want to talk on web chat I want to speak to someone via telephone. I have tried the web chat I was told to call 191 but your stupid automated keeps hanging up and keeps

    @VodafoneUK My wife was getting a new kitchen at the weekend but unfortunately they have sent half it wrong 🙈🙈so now she has no washing machine and no worktops on so no sink also I think she needs a wee treat
