    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

    @VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. We are a not for profit #socialenterprise #buysocial organisation we watch every penny but you change our tariffs

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I was on a contact until Oct but moved to sim only until the google pixel phone I want comes out. This issue still happened when I was On a monthly contract - issue has been going on since March

    @VodafoneUK What’s the point of offering vouchers via veryme if the site crashes when trying to use them? Thank you for wasting my time this morning through your incompetence. I’d expect better from a company which permanently toots it own horn about service provision and extras!

    @Gary_Lucy @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience, I was only without for just over a month but they constantly blamed @OpenreachHelp and conveniently 'forgot' to keep me updated. Once eventually sorted they offer £20 Compensation. They've been great for mobile phone, shocking for broadband service.
