-
Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.
-
Glenn Macandrew (@GMac1985) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandMost service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal
-
Mark Wilson 👨🏻💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, EnglandReceived today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...
-
Mrk W Dgtl (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢
-
Carl Webb (@carlrwebb) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandSo continuing awful experience with @VodafoneUK and now their #DPD delivery driver lying, seriously lying about attempted delivery...
-
Pavel Klim DiS., MCPara (@Klim_Paul) reported from Cold Ashby, England@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!
-
Steve manning (@Steves_fishing) reported from Wellingborough, England4th day with the WiFi up and down like a prostitutes knickers time to visit the @VodafoneUK shop
-
Mark Wilson 👨🏻💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England@chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?
-
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?
-
ABILITY Community Transport (@abilitycic) reported from Northamptonshire, England@VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
CD_Zombie (@CD_Zombiee) reported@VodafoneUK please stop outsourcing your support line. I'm having slow Internet speeds and the only advice I was given from your support over the course of an hour was "Move the position of the gigacube" This came after she told me to find a "signal" light, that doesn't exist
