@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

@chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

@virginmedia As @VodafoneUK customers as well we were literally in a “blackout” yesterday for the majority of the working day. Also I see there were no messages sent warning us of the extent of the outage. We’ve calculated the impact on our business. We wish to submit our claim.

@VodafoneUK - I find it extremely disappointing that you wont honour a trade in after being on your network for 7 days - but you are happy for me to send it back and order it again... surely thats not the most efficient or carbon friendly way to do business?

@VodafoneUK Could you please explain?“Advertised price includes £4 discount plus 20GB & 5GB additional Data applied directly to the bill by the network for 24 months (or until you change Tariff OR Upgrade)” What does this mean? Will my bill suddenly change after 24 months?

@Skillzflair @SaeedTV_ @VodafoneUK Nah I have EE and Vodafone contract there’s a clear difference, the worse thing is you don’t have 4 bars of signal on either 4g or 5g it’s peak. I’ve had 3 bars 5g and not been able to load twitter or YouTube it’s crazy, in my house 2 bars 4g max! EE I get 5g 90% of the time.

@VodafoneUK Being a business account, I can't get any support for a broadband issue. The home broadband support direct me to business support, however that is apparently between 0800-2000. Is there really nothing in the evening for business customers?

@VodafoneUK . My reception on your network is so terrible that my call to 999 dropped out whilst my son was having an asthma attack!! PS - your complaints process that you need to physically write in isn't inclusive and a poor customer journey #Vodafone #poorcustomerservice
