@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

Ok @VodafoneUK you've left my elderly in laws with no phone or internet connection, and doing the very least you can to fix it. With limited phone signal, they are stuck. What you gonna do to fix this? It's unacceptable and worrying, especially as they have health issues.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. I have spoken to them 3 times over the last month. As I am aware offers change. But none of the times were they willing to apply the 15% discount I've had for years for being a loyal customer.

@VodafoneUK It is not unbreakable though , that is a statement that is simply not true. If your broadband goes down and you have no 4g coverage ie me it is not working , broken

Really frustrating that the only way @VodafoneUK say I can cancel my service with them is by ringing, yet have been on hold for over an hour multiple times this week with no luck... Definitely seems I've made the right decision by cancelling!

Unfortunately the lack of support from @VodafoneUK may hugely backfire on them now. Tonight we got an email from Starlink confirming we can now order our kit! Additionally I discovered O2 have improved their coverage and have 4G inside and out now.
