@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

@VodafoneUK Having issues in Belfast area. PM for postcode. Have been on hold with customer services on the phone for one hour and 40 minutes trying to figure out whats happening. Am having to use mobile hotspot to make this tweet and some of my smart home stuff is down like my heating 🙄

@flyfour @VodafoneUK Yep there is certainly something they have broken internally, seems if you pull the wall connection the 4G uplink returns. Also odd that a lot of the diagnostic tools and the like are failing just now... likely a security certificate expiry or something! Oops

@VodafoneUK The level of information about this outage is digraceful. Firstly your system tells me there is nothing wrong - then I’m on hold for 2 hours then get cut off. Can’t speak to anyone & your Chatbot has gone AWOL without warning. You need to tell customers what is going on ASAP!!!
