    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK how or who do I call to cancel an upgrade. I upgraded and paid upfront on FRIDAY, shop didn't have phone in YET AGAIN. Having to wait 3 days to get a phone. Do you actually keep ANY stock in ANY of the stores? This is the 4th time, cancel my contract!! 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK my WiFi is down so called for assistance after trying to resolve it over the phone which couldn't work due to not getting any mobile date connection from yourselves hes given me unlimited data untill the issue is fixed which he knows im unable to use.
