    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK you've restricted my phone with zero notice and I'm without any access. I'm currently using wi fi. This is unacceptable and has left me stranded. I can't speak to anyone because you don't offer that service and I can't chat online as it won't link. Livid.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service was great, until I tried to cancel a contract. Tobi was excellent, he was less of a robot than the human I got through to, who took me round in circles... An hour and a half to cancel a long out of term contract is ridiculous.

    (1) Really disappointed in the service from @VodafoneUK, I have been trying to make sure that my Home Broadband is closed at the end of my contract on the 29th of November & that they close the line! I would have thought one call would be sufficient, but 3 calls, not happy

    @VodafoneUK can someone please help me. I took up your trade in offer well over a month ago. You’ve had my phone since early September and promised the money in my account during the last week of September. I’ve called your “customer services “ twice now.
