@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

Most service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal

@chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@VodafoneUK was asked to send DM as Home fibre keeps dropping out, and when it is working I'm getting poor upload/download speeds. 20hrs after sending the DM still no reply! Totally unacceptable! Is this still an ongoing @WeAreOpenreach issue? Postcode IP20

Can anyone at @VodafoneUK explain why no-one is accountable for anything you do? Calls, online chats, Twitter DMs and still nobody takes responsibility for sorting out a client's contract problems. Customer service at its worst.

@VodafoneUK Actually just checking you have understood my question. Can I use your SIM cards in ANY smartphone to connect to mobile data, thus allowing me to tether a device to this smartphone regardless of whether it is a VF network phone?

@c_hodivala @VodafoneUK Oh, join the queue of bad customer service from @VodafoneUK. They have got to be the worst mobile telecoms company in the world. Best of all they know they are the worst and they don’t care. From personal experence & a current customer. My next door neighbour contacted their CEO.
