    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @wingLDN @VodafoneUK The Swedes never imposed a national lockdown. Sweden has fewer deaths per million than the UK. It's not because of population density, Stockholm has fewer deaths than Manchester (a similar size city). Boris Johnson's restrictions will achieve nothing.

    @VodafoneUK @Apple It came with a wire to link to another apple device. Have sorted this issue by going and purchasing a charger. The lack of charger should be expressed at point of sale!

    @VodafoneUK hello - I’ve just rang to renew my phone after being with Vodafone for 15 years but better deals with u as a new customer. Surely loyalty should be rewarded? I asked to leave and join a different Vodafone network and I would lose my number for 30 days. Absolute joke

    @VodafoneUK - You mistakenly delivered an iPhone 13 to an 80 year old woman. I tried to report this to you as a possible delivery scam and you refused to collect the item and said she should travel to one of your branches. "Together We Can... treat the vulnerable badly"

    You know what sucks? When you pay for a phone plan from @VodafoneUK and they text you like every day with some advert promotion to save 20% off the latest cookbook. I already pay you. It should be ad free! 😡 don’t push notification Ads to me ffs Need a new UK number provider

    @VodafoneUK yet again mobile internet is down in north Surrey. Absolute joke, never above 2mbps when it is working. So glad I'm leaving. (x2 contracts).

    @VodafoneUK any chance you could get your My Vodafone app to work on Android 12. Crashes on pin setup on both my A12 devices. Fine on my A11 and iOS 15 devices. Online support useless.
