    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. We are a not for profit #socialenterprise #buysocial organisation we watch every penny but you change our tariffs

    @VodafoneUK None on the Vodafone network we can hardly get 3G and you have the cheek to put the prices up by 4.5% to reflect your investment in upgrading the network. There is certainly no investment around here!!

    @VodafoneUK been waiting since 6 for a call back from a manager was advised would be between 20mins and 2hrs, guess will need to call back and speak to the fifth person to see if they can help, worst mistake ever staying with Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. 3 year customer here. Today I agreed to a new 12 month Broadband Contract. My new Sim is in the post. Oh... guess what!? My existing service has been cut off!? Seriously!? Phoning customer services, I've been told wait for the new Sim!? Hey!? What! 🤔

    @VodafoneUK every time I upgrade my phone and sign a new contract do you then send an email a month later saying the monthly tariff is going up. I’m stuck in the contract so can’t do anything yet you seem to think it’s fine to treat your customers like they don’t matter.

    @VodafoneUK , when exactly will the team be available to talk about the fact that I have no ******* internet?!? Your “online help” the automated message keeps pushing me to is garbage and there seems to be no answer as to when I’ll actually be able to talk to someone?!?
