Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I would like to purchase a data-only SIM. I would start with a 30 day plan. If I'm happy with the service, can I then upgrade to a 12 month plan and enjoy the slightly cheaper monthly cost? How soon could I move from 30 days to 12 months? Thanks.
