    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @andygoldstein05 @VodafoneUK Try getting money back from virgin that they owe you . They lie , fob off , hang up , apologise and promise it will be sorted . Then they take more money out of your bank .no wonder the *** Affords to go into space .

    My current customer experience with @VodafoneUK is astonishingly poor. Really genuinely amazingly bad. I must have spent nearly two hours on the phone and in store this week trying to sort it out
