    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

People should pull away from this disgusting company. You have facilitated the invasion of Britain by providing the communication ability. #fuckvodafoneuk

    @realmocktheleft @VodafoneUK I ****** Vodafone off 15 years ago, I was working in Perth Australia and forgot to turn data off. Never used it because I bought a local SIM. Got back to Portugal and hit with over 1k bill. Bastards
