    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK FYI your ChatBot 'Help' on your website is completely useless. Been typing for 10 mins to get put onto a real person, clicked on part of the Vodafone webpage and the Chat window closed itself so I've lost the connection.

    @VodafoneUK It is not my preferences that are the issue. I can tell that your offer does not suit. My fear is that you may trap other people. You need to stop sending the messages out altogether and you needed to stop about two years ago when I started to tell you.

    Have to say having had a notification from @VodafoneUK that I'm eligible for an exclusive upgrade and deals I'm very disappointed what seems to be on offer for a long time customer, in fact if I log out and look on your site I can get the same deals if I were just joining you
