@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

  • markglynnejones Mark Glynne-Jones (@markglynnejones) reported from Gretton, England

@VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@lionsofficial @C4Sport @VodafoneUK Dan Biggar has pretty much bossed the game well, not a bad first outing for the lads

  • dearden47 Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

  • abilitycic ABILITY Community Transport (@abilitycic) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. We are a not for profit #socialenterprise #buysocial organisation we watch every penny but you change our tariffs

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • troozers Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

  • IAmSteve_Ryan Steve Ryan (@IAmSteve_Ryan) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK considering you run a mobile network, your app is dog shit. Flappy bird works better

  • NeilHemmington Neil Hemmington (@NeilHemmington) reported from Northamptonshire, England

  • swurra Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, England

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  • carlrwebb Carl Webb (@carlrwebb) reported from Northamptonshire, England

So continuing awful experience with @VodafoneUK and now their #DPD delivery driver lying, seriously lying about attempted delivery...

  • GMac1985 Glenn Macandrew (@GMac1985) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Most service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal

  • lvelev Lino Velev (@lvelev) reported

@VodafoneUK continue to be the worst company ever .. just requested a PAC code to change them. Some lady called to try to sell me a new cheaper plan so I stay. I asked her a simple question, she realised I don't fit in her mental model & just hungup. No bye, no sorry, no nothing

  • DDunshaggin dorothy dunshaggin (@DDunshaggin) reported

@Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK I use BT and have found their customer service very good.

  • MikeOGallagher Mike Gallagher 🇬🇧 (@MikeOGallagher) reported

@roy_beecham @Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK If it goes OK, it'll go OK. If there's a problem, good luck w their CS. It's appalling.

  • KirstySingleto9 Kirsty Singleton (@KirstySingleto9) reported

@VodafoneUK A problem for five months now. It has been escalated again. It seems to me if your back room elves had to deal with customers they might be more motivated to do their job better. Instead of leaving the customer care agents to take the flack.

  • johnnydubb1 johnnydubb (@johnnydubb1) reported

@Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK Have to say Tesco mobile (O2 service) have been really good since I changed to them. Decent rates.

@Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK They had my account name as Mr Anonymous Gallagher. I know I'm not the biggest extrovert ever, but still. Regularly topped the list of worst mobile service provider. So glad we ditched them yrs ago. Slung their free 1yr SIM in the car, was so determined to never deal w them again

  • StillMartyn Martyn Still (@StillMartyn) reported

@VodafoneUK You could not help as my son is travelling Australia for a year and I took out a contract before he planned this trip. However you cannot pause or assist with a reduction in a monthly data cost of £30 - other customers beware! Paying Vodafone £360 for nothing

  • roxie_whufc Roxie Clarke (@roxie_whufc) reported

@VodafoneUK I genuinely have never experienced such poor poor customer service in all my adult years. The level of incompetence is absolutely astonishing. 6 complaints raised, not a single call back from customer resolutions. 48 hour call back..my backside! 🖕 #canicancelnow
