@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@RTKfarmer @Arm @VodafoneUK I changed network because I couldn't get a reliable voice signal on one farm with Vodafone and the area of land doesn't have a postcode of its own which seemed to be a stumbling block. Some of my co-workers are still on Vodafone and I can't get a voice call to them there.

Decided I'm definitely leaving @VodafoneUK when my contract is up. Throughout the last five years they've ****** up/lied more often than I care to count, and I'm just done with them. Can anyone recommend a network (not Three)?

@VodafoneUK My broadband drops out multiple times a day to the point I can’t sit and watch a film. When I spoke to someone they said the increase in people working from home was putting a strain on the network. How many people are working from home at 23:30 as it’s just dropped?
