  • dearden47 Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

  • swurra Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, England

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • abilitycic ABILITY Community Transport (@abilitycic) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. We are a not for profit #socialenterprise #buysocial organisation we watch every penny but you change our tariffs

  • codamac Colin MacDougall (@codamac) reported

@VodafoneUK This is contrary to info on the email we received at signup time (it invited us to 'Activate the account', it even had a temp password).Your contact centre today says being unable to login is a tech fault with Vodafone's system. I hope we don't end up without a broadband service.

  • ColinRBlackman Colin Blackman (@ColinRBlackman) reported

@VodafoneUK That number - 0333 304 3222 - now just goes through to customer services, but 2 weeks ago it went to the Accessibility team. Please advise

  • newsomej42 Jonny Newsome (@newsomej42) reported

@VodafoneUK todays interaction with your customer service team has been the worst I have seen in a long time. I have had people close chats on me. Your system crash on me and I can't call because I get no signal on your network! #cantomplain

  • chiranjibi Chiranjibi Paudyal (@chiranjibi) reported

@VodafoneUK Why I am getting bill without using your service? Is it not illegal, immoral and unethical? Sort this out asap or I will name and shame you! Shameful!

  • Macca_MK Andrew McDermott (@Macca_MK) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm on hold again right now as the drop-outs are worse today and stopping me working properly as I can't use Teams or Skype without continuous drop-outs. Really isn't good enough this. If the boosters had just been sent at the start I wouldn't have the issues.

  • ColinRBlackman Colin Blackman (@ColinRBlackman) reported

@VodafoneUK So I spoke to the Accessibility team 2 weeks ago, and they said I would be able to go through security in store and cancel the account and raise an investigation with the Vulnerability team. Today I took my aunt into the Muswell Hill store, managed to get through security but...

  • redmark111 Redmark111 (@redmark111) reported

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee Can you just cancel this sort of thing and keep free roaming. Cheers.

  • Macca_MK Andrew McDermott (@Macca_MK) reported

@VodafoneUK I've tried every day since getting my BB activated & I sit in a queue for about an hour & speak to someone & then get cut off each time. Why have a Pro service if you still have to wait on hold? Chat is exactly the same - get put in queue and it gets ended after an hour! Awful!

  • ashmonta Ashley (@ashmonta) reported

@VodafoneUK I pay for 5G gigacube however, the 5G light is off and the Internet speeds are unworkable for what we pay. Coverage map for my area says no issues with 5G. Have turned off device for 10 min and turned back on, no resolved. Please help.

  • R1ch_777 Rich (@R1ch_777) reported
