Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @VodafoneUK why on earth have you removed the WiFi channel selection from my WiFi hub? This is beyond silly. I now have a a laptop that won't connect to my WiFi and I can't change my channel to fix the issue. #unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK Oh the irony. Just spent 30 mins chatting on line about extending my contract. Have to pay over £100 just to extend and then was binned by Kirbie the third online chat person. Shocking customer experience. Contract will be terminated very shortly.
