Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK - taking advantage of loyal customers. Discovered yesterday that I'd been paying more than new customers for the same deal for many months now. Unhappy and appalled!! Yet I can't get any help over the phone. Not on, sort it out Vodafone!
