  • _saraax Sara Turner (@_saraax) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

  • IAmSteve_Ryan Steve Ryan (@IAmSteve_Ryan) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK considering you run a mobile network, your app is dog shit. Flappy bird works better

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • swurra Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, England

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  • markglynnejones Mark Glynne-Jones (@markglynnejones) reported from Gretton, England

@VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

  • dearden47 Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

  • troozers Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

  • GMac1985 Glenn Macandrew (@GMac1985) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Most service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal

  • Steves_fishing Steve manning (@Steves_fishing) reported from Wellingborough, England

4th day with the WiFi up and down like a prostitutes knickers time to visit the @VodafoneUK shop

@VodafoneUK Just tried dealing with you, terrible customer service!

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@lionsofficial @C4Sport @VodafoneUK Dan Biggar has pretty much bossed the game well, not a bad first outing for the lads

  • carlrwebb Carl Webb (@carlrwebb) reported from Northamptonshire, England

So continuing awful experience with @VodafoneUK and now their #DPD delivery driver lying, seriously lying about attempted delivery...

  • carlldne3 Blackstar (@carlldne3) reported

@VodafoneUK Why bother. I've been through all this already. Maybe take a look at what you consider customer service!

  • carlldne3 Blackstar (@carlldne3) reported

@Mumbomania First your in chat with a pointless robot .before having to repeat yourself over and over .@VodafoneUK .convinced its to annoy you .it's definitely NOT customer service !

  • cricket_jon Cricket Jon (@cricket_jon) reported

@VodafoneUK 4.5% increase on a contract i only signed in January, including "3.9% to cover the increasing cost of operating our network"! Shameful...surely put that cost on new contracts instead of sucker punching existing deals. #vodafone

  • tbpowers94 Tim (@tbpowers94) reported

@VodafoneUK is there a way to view updates on mast repairs? My family have had no 3G or 4G and barely any signal for at least a month and you still have the cheek to charge full price. I've signed up for updates via signal/network checker but haven't heard anything in a month

  • IamACE_SWG IamA.C.E (@IamACE_SWG) reported

@VodafoneUK when can you separate the accounts so they operate independently? You are not the cheapest on the market but in the 4years plus I've been with you. You hardly ever delivered on your advertised service. @financialombuds

  • Hamzakhan239 Hamza Khan (@Hamzakhan239) reported

**** YOU @VodafoneUK Thieves , I've paid your amout for not using an anycase disconnected number , hope your treasury is getting filled more with the unfair charges you put and then give no help whatsoever to even contest it **** you @VodafoneUK **** you

  • lifechooser Richard Hopkins (@lifechooser) reported

You've got some ***** @VodafoneUK! A 5% price increase just 2 months into a contract, of which 4% is to cover network improvements - I'm funding network improvements by being a customer. 1% is for inflation because you know, 2 months right!

  • TatisLezama Tatiana Lezama (@TatisLezama) reported

@VodafoneUK I know that already, that's why I've been calling 191 but nobody picks up been waiting for more than 3 hours already, can I request a call from you? Oh and the chat doesn't work since I still need to call!!! 😑😡

  • PsyduckWild Wild Psyduck (@PsyduckWild) reported

@VodafoneUK need these issuesnive had fpr 2 years and a human from uk that actually can do something. Even after the contract ends you duck things up. 2 years of crap. Dm sent. Immediate and final resolution needed ASAP. Cant even use another network coz of your lies 2yrs ago

  • IamACE_SWG IamA.C.E (@IamACE_SWG) reported

@VodafoneUK can you explain why you link accounts?? It's so unfair to customers. There is a issue one of my accounts which you have not sorted out. You threaten me with restricting all my accounts? @financialombuds this is not s fair practice.
