@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@VodafoneUK Your customer service team are an embarrassment. Just signed up to Virgin broadband in two minutes after days of trying to sign up on your toss website and call centre. Can't imagine how **** you treat existing customers considering how you treat ones that are trying to sign up

@VodafoneUK I've been with Vodafone for 20 year's roughly and my phone Internet reception is the worst it's ever been it's slow keeps dropping and I've complained numerous times but it's still the same my work ee phone is tons better 😡😡

@VodafoneUK Was literally told my a ‘manager’ over the phone “say what you want on social media”… so I will. Vodafone are awful and if you’re thinking about using them - don’t! They weren’t worried about losing my business so surely won’t care about gaining yours.

@VodafoneUK worst network I’ve ever had!! 6 times I’ve spoken to a employee who have promised me they will remove the £1729.10 charges on my bill!!! Which I was told by a manager that was a mistake as I never asked for an early termination fee !!!do not recommend!
