  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • dearden47 Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

  • markglynnejones Mark Glynne-Jones (@markglynnejones) reported from Gretton, England

@VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

  • troozers Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

  • GMac1985 Glenn Macandrew (@GMac1985) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Most service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal

  • IAmSteve_Ryan Steve Ryan (@IAmSteve_Ryan) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK considering you run a mobile network, your app is dog shit. Flappy bird works better

  • _saraax Sara Turner (@_saraax) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

  • abilitycic ABILITY Community Transport (@abilitycic) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. We are a not for profit #socialenterprise #buysocial organisation we watch every penny but you change our tariffs

  • NeilHemmington Neil Hemmington (@NeilHemmington) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK Just tried dealing with you, terrible customer service!

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@lionsofficial @C4Sport @VodafoneUK Dan Biggar has pretty much bossed the game well, not a bad first outing for the lads

  • swurra Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, England

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  • carlrwebb Carl Webb (@carlrwebb) reported from Northamptonshire, England

So continuing awful experience with @VodafoneUK and now their #DPD delivery driver lying, seriously lying about attempted delivery...

  • Steves_fishing Steve manning (@Steves_fishing) reported from Wellingborough, England

4th day with the WiFi up and down like a prostitutes knickers time to visit the @VodafoneUK shop

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AndrewJames18 MOG 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@AndrewJames18) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes but investing in your network is no excuse to increase prices further surely the contract monthly charge is set to cover that, in the current climate to then add an unexpected increase drives me towards a lack of trust and a contract end date when I shan't renew .. good luck

  • tominyorks Tom (@tominyorks) reported

On the phone to @EE - what a load of crap your upgrade offers are! Guess it's a move to @VodafoneUK then

  • martin_finch Martin Finch 🇺🇦 (@martin_finch) reported

@asentance @VodafoneUK @ONS The common variation of price terms in mobile contracts seem to be RPI + 3.9%. The additional 3.9% seems wrong, especially where much of many peoples contract relates to the "loan" for the purchase & not the ongoing service.

  • ara0055er Anbrrr (@ara0055er) reported

How difficult are @VodafoneUK to deal with. Getting absolutely no where after emailing their CEO. Appalling customer service. I will now report my issue to the @ombudsman

  • rookiecrowe Geoff Crowe (@rookiecrowe) reported

@VodafoneUK just spent an hour on chat to sort out a broadband router 4g dongle issue! Initial response was that it should have an error light! When I pressed I was asked to unplug from broadband! Then nothing as I lost the chat!! How do I get a refund for my useless dongle!?

  • Britanna8 Britanna (@Britanna8) reported

@VodafoneUK I cannot see a specific coverage, it only show the general coverage for the area. We are all with no signal. My local pub cannot even get the card machine working.

  • AndrewJames18 MOG 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@AndrewJames18) reported

@todaystartsNOW @VodafoneUK @ScottishPower There is a real crisis ahead and where is the mitigation , not even a sniff of a partially funded home owner move to solar possibilities... its a path of broken glass ahead if we remain on this path

  • AdamNor73581943 SNORTS (@AdamNor73581943) reported

@VodafoneUK Yeah I have spoke to three different people and they can't help me with My discount code.

  • RobertDBUltra Robert Bennett (@RobertDBUltra) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks will try that but will it be another call center as I really dont have another 2 hours to spare to be asked silly questions totally ignoring what ive asked. I do have a transcript to prove just how bad your customer service is and it’s appalling!

  • AdamNor73581943 SNORTS (@AdamNor73581943) reported

@VodafoneUK why is it so hard to use a VEA discount code on the website, all I want is a upgrade. No one at customer service can help!!!
