@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. We are a not for profit #socialenterprise #buysocial organisation we watch every penny but you change our tariffs

@MoistPirate @VodafoneUK, about 15 years ago i was behind on a bill. They told me to borrow some money from a friend and pay it. they then sold the £70 to a collection agency who demanded nearly £500. That was pretty damn disgusting.

Ηi @VodafoneUK . I am a customer of yours and I am getting spam calls to my landline all day today from a number that I am unable to see in my landline's screen (it says unavailable number) and therefore I cannot block it. They are calling every 5 min! This is very annoying.
