    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK tell that to our 0.09-5.6mbps broadband! what a JOKE! Now you are "monitoring line for 72 hours" repeat customer after recent house move and you just had 10 days to fix this what is 3 days going to do!? should be "unbeatable network for reliably terrible!"

    @VodafoneUK Is there an update? Because this is now day 2 of not being able to work from home… I.e not being payed. Will I be compensated for the money I’ve lost not working?

    @ThomasLukePrice @VodafoneUK They are a nightmare! Left and right hand say totally different things - constant service interruptions because infrastructure is down - no system capacity - but happy enough to drive you in circles and bank the money! 😡
