@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@VodafoneUK broadband total loss of service for the 5th day now. Costing me money daily as I cannot work from home, are you going to cover the costs? Of course not. Can’t even get mobile data to hotspot with as I’m not a mobile customer. What a JOKE! I will NOT be staying

@VodafoneUK having a very bad broadband connection last couple of days and it’s turned for the worse today. Speeds is less than 1/3 of promised and less than 1/5 of what I would normally get. Is there an issue ?
