@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately she has not got twitter. I have been trying to cancel the broadband for her but your customer service has been shocking. If Vodafone cant seem to answer the call then we demand to speak to senior complaints team in the UK.

This is @EE/TMobile UK customer service at its best! Seriously? not even a DM or request for info to assist abroad? I think @VodafoneUK is about to get my💰instead. Such a shame the only global company (US+EU) is T-Mobile~sigh. And they’re handled by EE?! I’ll never understand!

@VodafoneUK hi Im looking at getting a contract with Vodafone via carphone warehouse, however I'm still with a contract on the three network for a few more months and I was wondering if I would be able to change my phone number using the PAC/stac code after a few months?
