Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @VodafoneUK-disgruntled new customer!Brand new iPhone XR that I got only on Fri, I have had to ring 6x & used online chat to try & resolve multiple issues! I still can’t hear/make calls properly!Just reset my network settings as per your operatives guidance & still won’t work! 😠

    @UnifiedVale @VodafoneUK The service itself seems OK, just watch your bill and be ready to chase things... they have credited the account for their mistake (billing us for calls at the same time as billing us for an inclusive calls package!)

    @AsifChoudry @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @plusnethelp @VodafoneUK @TalkTalk I know it gets stick, but if you have Virgin in the area the wifi connection speed is phenomenal. 4 people in my house and no less than 9 phones/tablets/tvs/devices in use and no issues whatsoever. And I've always found their customer service brilliant.
