Most service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

@VodafoneUK considering you run a mobile network, your app is dog shit. Flappy bird works better

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

@VodafoneUK @JohnBro72984163 The hell with your 5G. How about some 4G in our village now that you are shutting down the almost unusable 3G that only works if you have a Suresignal, which you are discontinuing? Don't say "WiFi calling" - that's a cop-out, and will cost many customers more money.

@VodafoneUK Bugger the beer. Bugger the rugby. Bugger the "rewards". Bugger the "exciting" folding phones. Bugger the competitions. Provide a working 4G service across the South of England, and don't shut down SureSignal until you have.

@VodafoneUK hello, I've had two wasted trips to pickup my phone which is 'ready for collection'. Due to incorrect stock numbers, they don't actually have it. I've tried Web chat, 5 calls to the store and 2 calls to support centre. Any chance of someone actually helping please?

@VodafoneUK I already renewed! The deal was that which was online and was told to apply online for my advantage discount as they could not do it in store, applied only to see you no longer class the police as an emergency service! A Vodafone customer for 28 yrs , very disappointed!

And @VodafoneUK, if there remains another usable network that doesn't do this, I'm ditching you. Incidentally my contract comes to an end a month after the reintroduction of these fees.
