@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK is by far the worst network to get hold of ever. Absolutely pathetic. Been trying to switch my broadband to my new home for two weeks.

@VodafoneUK 49 minutes on hold being told ‘we are busy’ followed by ‘the team aren’t available right now’ . You keep me waiting but can’t be bother to answer when your service isn’t working.

There was no specific explanation, just a random "happens sometimes". Can't apply again before 90days... So much for customer service and loyalty! @VodafoneUK is there anything that can be done about it??

@VodafoneUK Don't worry - you've conviced me that moving mobile network is the right way forward - after all selling someone a device that then *two months* declare will be useless *during contract* is outright mis-selling, and I'll be following up with trading standards / small claims court

@VodafoneUK Well, why don't find out and reply to this thread? I'm asking straight and simple questions and you're unable to say if the G9 Play YOU ARE SELLING NOW is compatible with your own network. Imagine I'm a customer looking to replace my daughter's phone (& I might be) and try again.

@VodafoneUK I did! I was upgraded my plan and bought an S22 ultra... It was 10 days ago and now I got a message, it's still not in stock and they are updating me 10 working days... Wtf? Why you says, ohh it's available now just buy it if you didn't have stock bruh. Really big disappointment
-
Michael «*»
(@sparkslabs_com) reported
@VodafoneUK Oh, and as a final detail, despite several emails to the effect that it's not compatible and despite lots of messages from a "Nirav" stating that it's not compatible, the information on the device says "Mobile voice network type - 4G" which suggests you're completely wrong.

@SiWard01 @VodafoneUK Vodafone rip people off. They completely did a number on my 73 yr dad. Cancel and go with someone who doesn’t steal.

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee You asked me to DM you after you gave shoddy service. So I did. You haven't replied. Any chance you could answer basic questions about products you've sold and currently sell?
