    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service sucks!! Arranging for a faulty handset collection from my elderly father in Lockdown. Been promising to pick it up since 6th of Nov.....radio silence.... an hour on the phone, passed to 3 departments, explaining the same issue, still not sorted!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. Our patients and carers can still not call 020 3513 5000 (SWLSTG MHT) from the Vodafone network. BT confirm the issue is with Vodafone and your routing interconnect with BT. This was raised b4 XMAS.
