    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

    @VodafoneUK can someone help please, my plan is coming to an end, my entertainment extra will automatically renew and I don’t want this, I clicked on the link in my text which took me to nowtv, when logged in it says to cancel with you and you say to cancel with them so I’m stuck

    @VodafoneUK that's fine, i've followed all the instructions but the issue is it asks for the imei but i can't get that - can't get the phone open as it needs to be unlocked to get the new sim in the first place. so frustrating!
