    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @jonnieirwin @virginmedia @VodafoneUK. The're all the same Jonnie these service providers. My son got robbed at knifepoint 3 weeks ago we blocked his fone. He got it back but they still havnt unblocked it. Hes got no fone when hes walking the streets to school. Truly shocking. Dont care about Child safety

    @O2 i have been a long standing customer for over 20 years and wake up to not being able to receive calls or make calls all day and never mind signal at all. Over the years your service has declined cant even use my data in my own home thank god for wifi. @VodafoneUK see you soon

    Whilst I appreciate everyone apparently wants to stream in 4K in cities, could @vodafoneUK perhaps divert some of its 5G budget to providing an adequate level of *4G* coverage on one of the country’s main rail routes? @EastMidRailway reception has been awful for a decade plus.

    @DrDublin1 @VodafoneUK Still? We had the exact same issues 2 years ago trying to cancel my father's account when he died. We wrote numerous complaints and got the standard 'sorry, not sorry' response. @Vodafone need to do better.

    @BrianMBarwick @VodafoneUK United Airlines is rookie material compared to Vodafone. Never dealt with anything like it. The customer service, the web site, all of it - just trash from top to bottom.
