    @Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Abroad and can’t access my network unless via Wi-Fi. Confirmed no restrictions through the app but receive a ‘Spend Manager’ text saying the ‘cost would’ve exceeded my limit’ - I don’t have a limit! Totally unacceptable as virtually stranded without access

    @VodafoneUK not a great look for your customer support that last 4 days you've been 'experiencing technical difficulties' .... It's even worse to learn you're cutting off 3G when frequently in Brighton (yes that small remote fishing village) that's the only signal I have -WHAT?

    @John1986ire @VodafoneUK Up across all of them. Gone with cheaper before, learned it's better stick to the big 3 or 4 who own the network and not piggyback, just accept it's all annoying and you're getting screwed but at least you've coverage to complain about it. Buy your phone outright, and SIM only.

    @VodafoneUK My specific issue is using my ps5 to play ea titles. Anything that requires using Internet to play just doesn't work on a Vodafone router. Tried resets, WiFi, wired, reinstalled games. Nothing works. All Vodafone customers are in the same boat as of a few days ago

    @VodafoneUK Mobile login system changed last week. Now need Username, password and access code to get in - except it doesn't work. Been trying for days with no success either on phone or computer browser. Contract up next month and time for a change.
