Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Desborough and nearby locations:

  • Klim_Paul Pavel Klim DiS., MCPara (@Klim_Paul) reported from Cold Ashby, England

@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

  • troozers Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

  • swurra Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, England

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  • Steves_fishing Steve manning (@Steves_fishing) reported from Wellingborough, England

4th day with the WiFi up and down like a prostitutes knickers time to visit the @VodafoneUK shop

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@lionsofficial @C4Sport @VodafoneUK Dan Biggar has pretty much bossed the game well, not a bad first outing for the lads

  • markglynnejones Mark Glynne-Jones (@markglynnejones) reported from Gretton, England

@VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

  • JoPagett Jo Pagett (@JoPagett) reported from Theddingworth, England

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to contact your customer service by phone. But your IVR system is sending me round in circles! 😤 All I want to do is talk to someone #notahappybunny Why do you have to make so f***ing hard ...

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LycamobileUK Lycamobile UK (@LycamobileUK) reported

@N88750880 @VodafoneUK @cedrsays Further to your issue, please be informed that, once the PAC code issued to the other network provider for porting, as for the process the service to your number will be completely deactivated from Lycamobile network.

  • andrewboyle78 Andy B (@andrewboyle78) reported

@BBCNews I see @VodafoneUK have quietly withdrawn their service for TFL.

  • rachh309 Rachael Harrison (@rachh309) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks James - I do understand that’s what you are doing, my question was more why did you feel the need to do it but not communicate it to your customers? Are we able to cancel our contracts with no penalty as a result?

  • FireyRoxy Roxy 💙 wear a mask and respect other people's 2m (@FireyRoxy) reported

@ryles_mark @StopFundingHate @VodafoneUK You were talking to me, not to SFH. And I never said that it was their entire customer base, I said that if you look at the percentage of the two figures and map that to their user base, it would equate to that.

  • Gillyp171 Gillyp17 (@Gillyp171) reported

@0utdoors @VodafoneUK "We all know why". Well maybe if you're a Vodafone user you might. Dont be so secretive to the ones who see the offers and dont know why you feel this way. Help a potential customer make a choice.

  • JamesMi36448366 James Millar (@JamesMi36448366) reported

@Kellyclay13 @VodafoneUK yes, it’s the surprise bills that are really irritating. and the customer service takes so long and is abysmal

  • Kellyclay13 Kelly blue angel (@Kellyclay13) reported

@JamesMi36448366 @VodafoneUK Go to tesco. Friendly service and capped bill so exactly same every month. Customer service second to none x

  • ryles_mark Mark Ryles (@ryles_mark) reported

@FireyRoxy @StopFundingHate @VodafoneUK Not you. Stop funding hate. And if you think 125k people is a third of vodphones customer base you are sadly mistaken. It's not even a fraction of it

  • copperbottle3 Al Power (@copperbottle3) reported

@VodafoneUK Bye, bye Vodafone. After 18yrs I'm off. Nothing to do with your phone signal but your advertising and public signal is disgraceful and I no longer feel comfortable being associated with you

  • lucy_thomson07 LT (@lucy_thomson07) reported

@VodafoneUK Could someone actually let me know how to speak to someone? As a customer of 10 years, it has failed on the phone line with your digital assistant and your online chat won’t work either. Looking to move to a different provider and need some assistance
