    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @moonzafi @VodafoneUK I had this issue recently. Turns out I paid Jan bill before December so behind on December and two weeks early on Jan bill. Called them up and the payment was switched round and lines came back on.

    @VodafoneUK why is the Gigacube so poor?! £30 per month for the worst internet ever! It completely drops connection every 24 hrs and I have to reset it! The speed changes from ok - to super slow - when my mobile phone 4G is fast and consistent
