    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK So today all the devices in my house are connected to my router with great signal. However, two devices are now connected to the router but unable to see the internet. They are both mobile phones, and so they are eating our data allowance. We need a fix.

    @VodafoneUK Hi there. My 2 year phone contract is due to expire but you guys seem to have made it impossible to cancel over the phone? I get cut off over the phone and given a text link to 'Tobi' which is useless.

    @VodafoneUK I can't connect to the Internet with my mobile it says no connection. Held for over an hour and gave up, re started router, reset router and wps, waste of time, out of contract in 2 weeks and looking, service zero 😡
