    @VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

    @VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

    @VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

    @VodafoneUK Been through this, no chance. Just because you think Ive been with you 11 years had 3 contracts running simultaneous with you, you don’t treat customers like you lot do. I’m going with @O2 as soon as my other 2 contracts end!

    @Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ll give you this for free - spend some time overhauling your Live Chat service. My wife spent almost two hours on live chat just to cancel her Apple Watch cellular plan with no joy. I spent 12 mins on the phone and didn’t get success purely because it hit 8pm.

    @VodafoneUK what is going on with broadband and mobile signal. All gone down again for 3rd time 24hrs. Yesterday 12pm-9pm. Today went off 12pm-4:30pm and now just dropped 8:50pm Paying for a service and not getting it 😡

    @VodafoneUK great customer service.just talking on the phone with an agent name Dan. Dreadful customer service.was sharing an opinion with my husband and Dan got annoyed and answer back to us in a rude way and shut the phone on us.well done Vodafone on once again horrible service
