@VodafoneUK why are the offers on your site not available on your chat live box (on your website) when the site says to contact the live chat team due to errors? I've had 2 SIM offers now that I want to upgrade to but when I try to they get revoked and the price goes up!

@VodafoneUK Been through this, no chance. Just because you think Ive been with you 11 years had 3 contracts running simultaneous with you, you don’t treat customers like you lot do. I’m going with @O2 as soon as my other 2 contracts end!

@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because of the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ll give you this for free - spend some time overhauling your Live Chat service. My wife spent almost two hours on live chat just to cancel her Apple Watch cellular plan with no joy. I spent 12 mins on the phone and didn’t get success purely because it hit 8pm.

@Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

The first contact said "we're very sorry for your loss" and immediately connected us to a tep trained in handling this type of thing. All very patient, respectful & efficient.
