@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@TLCMarketingUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I won a Vodafone Competition before Christmas and nearly 7 weeks later I have still not received my tech bundle!, struggling to get any response to my emails, very poor level of service.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

@VodafoneUK why do i regularly get no phone signal. Not even 3g! Just been for a walk and it just disappear s. None even in my house yet supposed to be "good" signal. Didn't have this issue with 3. Is there an issue?

@VodafoneUK way to treat NHS staff Vodafone! Have been with you (with NHS discount) for 2 years. Renew contract with discounted rate.. Apply... Receive reply "no discount for you..because you have a business account". Which you set up!! Dishonest. Underhand. Missold. Thanks a lot

@VodafoneUK There’s different messages from different numbers 2 -3 times a day I just despair how much money is leaving our country each day to these scammers - it’s got to stop and these big companies need to do more to stop them after all there using your business to do it to your customer

@VodafoneUK on to sales chat now and their answer is jus let the order cancel. its my fault they didn't send me a loan agreement to sign, they didnt even tell me there was a loan agreement. i was told wait 2-3 days for delivery to contact you.

@VodafoneUK how difficult is it to take an order for a new phone online. Vodafone have a terrible, unresponsive, bug ridden website. They use 2 of the worlds biggest application vendors sw and it must implemented by donkeys. i don't switch because the others are just as bad.
