    @VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    @VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

    @VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

    Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

Insist on an engineer's visit if the operator hasn't been able to fix your service remotely 4. If no joy with these, consider contacting Ofcom with your issues

    @VodafoneUK 48 hours to actually speak with a agent on we chat. Which only happened after telling tobi he is useless. And because i can’t remember a pin I set up years ago and never used the agent is need to visit a store. Horrendous customer service one of the reasons I left to begin with
