    @VodafoneUK Thank you. Unfortunately the contract is more than 14 days old and the vulnerable person needs someone else to be able to see that details of the account and help sorted it out. Leaving them to deal with Vodafone sales staff is what has caused this problem

    What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

    @corriganscott1 @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Doesn’t work as more than 1 number on the account. Got cut off again shortly after they sent the code. Was allegedly being transferred to s as manager. Formal complaint being submitted

    @VodafoneUK That won't help unfortunately as he will need an advocate present to make sure he doesn't get taken advantage of. From experience That is what the Vodafone team will do if they are not supervised by an advocate. This is the second time the shop in Bishop's Stortford has done this

    @VodafoneUK After almost 6 hours of appalling customer service, they were finally able to get one BUT WAS THEN CUT OFF AGAIN when the chat was transferred to a manager to deal with the complaint. Despite them being aware of the issues; never even bothered to text or call back

    @VodafoneUK hi I have a problem with my phone. I thought I had renewed my contract but I had someone taken out a 2nd one. This caused 3 hours of phone chat and the only ‘solution’ available to me was to cancel my contract for the 2nd phone and have a pay as you go one 1/2

    @VodafoneUK unbelievably bad customer services. Waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes and gave up and tried the chat option they text me a link to. Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming

    This is a joke. Cut off for the 2nd time on webchat after waiting 2 HOURS !!!! all I’m trying to do is help my mother in law get a blooming PAC Code @VodafoneUK @Ofcom over 5 hours we’ve been at this now #vodafonenightmare

    @VodafoneUK It’s an iPhone 7. It’s been an issue for weeks but it’s getting a lot worse. The call cuts off on most calls I make now. Also lots of issues with intermittent signal on calls. The sim was replaced a couple of days ago but it’s actually worse now

    @VodafoneUK Having been a ‘loyal & valued customer for 10years (Vodafone’s words, not mine) I am still waiting on a call back to resolve a complaint I have made. I am 8days into the cancellation period, I need this resolved ASAP else I’ll have no option but to cancel my contract
