Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

I’m officially done with @VodafoneUK - my direct debit was cancelled by accident. I’m trying to speak to a human to set it back up again but they won’t let me speak to a human as I have an overdue balance and it keeps diverting me to an automated collection service. Maddening.

After 20 odd years it looks like I’ll have to find an alternative phone/data provider to @VodafoneUK 4G has been getting less and less reliable over the last two years and now I’m missing half my calls & notifications as the signal drops out when my mobile is in my pocket 😡

@VodafoneUK We waited the whole month, and today the Open Reach engineer was finally due and they did not show up. I also still have not had a response to my complaint email. Every single person I've spoken to over chat has said "I'm sorry about the inconvenience, I can't do anything".
