Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming

I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.
