Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming

Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!
