Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Despite them being aware of the issues; never even bothered to text or call back

Waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes and gave up and tried the chat option they text me a link to. Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming

I'm very upset as I took an afternoon off work for the installation and had no communication from Vodafone about the cancellation of my service. 1/2
