Unfortunately the contract is more than 14 days old and the vulnerable person needs someone else to be able to see that details of the account and help sorted it out. Leaving them to deal with Vodafone sales staff is what has caused this problem

My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They said we couldn’t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name
