Unfortunately the contract is more than 14 days old and the vulnerable person needs someone else to be able to see that details of the account and help sorted it out. Leaving them to deal with Vodafone sales staff is what has caused this problem

I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! They said we couldn’t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name
