What an absolute shambles of a company, literally none of their customer service advisors help and that includes those in the directors office where a case was escalated to them. I'm very upset as I took an afternoon off work for the installation and had no communication from Vodafone about the cancellation of my service. 1/2

From experience That is what the Vodafone team will do if they are not supervised by an advocate. This is the second time the shop in Bishop's Stortford has done this
