What an absolute shambles of a company, literally none of their customer service advisors help and that includes those in the directors office where a case was escalated to them. Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.
