By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

What an absolute shambles of a company, literally none of their customer service advisors help and that includes those in the directors office where a case was escalated to them. Never shopping at Tesco again thanks for cheating us Vodafone.

Despite them being aware of the issues; never even bothered to text or call back

Waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes and gave up and tried the chat option they text me a link to. Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming
