I’m trying to speak to a human to set it back up again but they won’t let me speak to a human as I have an overdue balance and it keeps diverting me to an automated collection service. Maddening.

What an absolute shambles of a company, literally none of their customer service advisors help and that includes those in the directors office where a case was escalated to them. Waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes and gave up and tried the chat option they text me a link to. Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming

Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file
