    @VodafoneUK I have messaged but after 3 hours on the phone today, over 10 hours this month on top of that and a lot of personal stress due to your customer service I would be surprised if anything is fixed

    @VodafoneUK That won't help unfortunately as he will need an advocate present to make sure he doesn't get taken advantage of. From experience That is what the Vodafone team will do if they are not supervised by an advocate. This is the second time the shop in Bishop's Stortford has done this

    @VodafoneUK unbelievably bad customer services. Waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes and gave up and tried the chat option they text me a link to. Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming

    @VodafoneUK Thank you. Unfortunately the contract is more than 14 days old and the vulnerable person needs someone else to be able to see that details of the account and help sorted it out. Leaving them to deal with Vodafone sales staff is what has caused this problem

    @VodafoneUK After almost 6 hours of appalling customer service, they were finally able to get one BUT WAS THEN CUT OFF AGAIN when the chat was transferred to a manager to deal with the complaint. Despite them being aware of the issues; never even bothered to text or call back

    @VodafoneUK were quick enough to sell her the deal (which they’re now saying didn’t exist) and sign her up to a new contract. Now when she spends her incredibly precious free time sorting out (their) problem everybody hot-potatoes her query. /2

    @VodafoneUK hi I have a problem with my phone. I thought I had renewed my contract but I had someone taken out a 2nd one. This caused 3 hours of phone chat and the only ‘solution’ available to me was to cancel my contract for the 2nd phone and have a pay as you go one 1/2

    @VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

    @VodafoneUK @O2 I am the MSP for Argyll & Bute and my office has been in regular touch with you about this problem on behalf of my constituents. You have a range of complaints - look at the emails & tweets from @GaynorJSimpson for example. Please act and on them w/o delay.

    What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

    @VodafoneUK According to Katie (who called me) I won't be able to have the service until CityFibre wire the service shaft inside my building. I'm very upset as I took an afternoon off work for the installation and had no communication from Vodafone about the cancellation of my service. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK might give me the best signal in my area versus competitors, but they are hands down the WORST company to deal with if you have an issue.

    It’s time for me to part ways with #Vodafone after being w/ them for 8 years. @VodafoneUK customer service is utter sh*# & the network coverage is been awful since Dec 20. The only reason I stayed this long cos of coverage, it’s brilliant in North Africa to Northern Europe.

    @tophat_lady @VodafoneUK @CPWTweets They said they couldn’t tell me why and all they advised was check my credit score and reapply in 90 days. My credit score from Experian is a perfect 999/999 so it’s an unacceptable response. Thinking of submitting a formal complaint for sheer incompetence &lack of communication.

    @VodafoneUK Avoid Vodaphone internet that can’t offer any support for line issues. They rely on openreach who do not care about Vodafone, our engineer from openreach didn’t even come to the door to help. Just said he had checked line from exchange and it is fine apparently. No internet 13day
