Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Took me really kicking off Judge Judy style to get resolution after a very snide ******* the phone said that I was an habitual late payer.😳

From experience That is what the Vodafone team will do if they are not supervised by an advocate. This is the second time the shop in Bishop's Stortford has done this
