Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. From experience That is what the Vodafone team will do if they are not supervised by an advocate. This is the second time the shop in Bishop's Stortford has done this

Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

Xtine 🌑 (@xtinexoop) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.
