  • Auds_Clark Audrey Clark (@Auds_Clark) reported from Bo’ness, Scotland

@VodafoneUK I’ve just activated my replacement sim but think my number may still be blocked as I lost my old phone. I’m not able to make any calls. Can you help please?

  • AGDun_162 Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK They will try anything to try and retain him .. by upselling. However he will never get any better deal than a brand new customer. He has every right to cancel out of contract and must say ,no offers period!.

  • Iainwalker6 Iain Walker (@Iainwalker6) reported from Kincardine, Scotland

@VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

  • Todoleo Matteo Doni 🇬🇧 (@Todoleo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Why did you let me order the service in the first place? Why wasn't I informed about the cancellation of the order? Why wasn't I informed about the cancelled installation appointment?

  • AGDun_162 Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK What he can do is port his number out of the network. By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

  • josephbrock Joe Brock (@josephbrock) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Hello. I wasn’t asking if there was a way to cancel over social media. Either via the online portal or a letter I can write? I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.

  • Haggiskings Haggisking💙 (@Haggiskings) reported from Brightons, Scotland

@VodafoneUK why after years of service would my phone suddenly come up with ‘Invalid Sim’ ?

  • Harry1Kong Hong Kong Harry (@Harry1Kong) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Hi @VodafoneUK , my data connection here has been particularly screwy and unusable the last few days, are you aware of any issues?

  • brian6211 Brian Thomas (@brian6211) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK After almost 6 hours of appalling customer service, they were finally able to get one BUT WAS THEN CUT OFF AGAIN when the chat was transferred to a manager to deal with the complaint. Despite them being aware of the issues; never even bothered to text or call back

  • scottygourlay Scott Gourlay (@scottygourlay) reported from Livingston, Scotland

So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

  • Iainwalker6 Iain Walker (@Iainwalker6) reported from Kincardine, Scotland

@VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats @VodafoneUK my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

  • MissHoneypenny Honeypenny (@MissHoneypenny) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK any fibre issues you know about in Edinburgh just now? Mine just died completely.

  • Zoelovespirates Zoë Berry (@Zoelovespirates) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK 2/2 on my original number. It’s only day 1 and it’s already a nightmare. I need a normal contract. I can’t operate my business like this. Please can someone help?

  • edinlibrarycat Library Cat (@edinlibrarycat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK were quick enough to sell her the deal (which they’re now saying didn’t exist) and sign her up to a new contract. Now when she spends her incredibly precious free time sorting out (their) problem everybody hot-potatoes her query. /2

  • brian6211 Brian Thomas (@brian6211) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@corriganscott1 @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Doesn’t work as more than 1 number on the account. Got cut off again shortly after they sent the code. Was allegedly being transferred to s as manager. Formal complaint being submitted

  • dalmenycars Dalmeny Cars (@dalmenycars) reported from Kirkliston, Scotland

@VodafoneUK can you help me please are Vodaphone systems down at the moment as I have 4 business phones as they won’t dial out they say call failed I can’t even call 191

  • Todoleo Matteo Doni 🇬🇧 (@Todoleo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK According to Katie (who called me) I won't be able to have the service until CityFibre wire the service shaft inside my building. I'm very upset as I took an afternoon off work for the installation and had no communication from Vodafone about the cancellation of my service. 1/2

  • williamp7 Will Patrikiadis (@williamp7) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Hi @VodafoneUK - when I cancel my home broadband and you don't ask me to return my router for recycling, reuse or whatever - how can you claim any sort of environmental credentials? Name one broadband provider that doesn't provide it's customers with a new router on signing up

  • Zoelovespirates Zoë Berry (@Zoelovespirates) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK hi I have a problem with my phone. I thought I had renewed my contract but I had someone taken out a 2nd one. This caused 3 hours of phone chat and the only ‘solution’ available to me was to cancel my contract for the 2nd phone and have a pay as you go one 1/2

  • dominicwhovian5 Dominic Walsh (@dominicwhovian5) reported

@VodafoneUK Please do not advertise with GB News. This planned news channel has the potential to undermine our democracy and promote hate against marginalised and stigmatised groups. If you support them I will take my business elsewhere #DontFundGBNews

  • colinevo evo (@colinevo) reported

@VodafoneUK was wondering do you price match at all been A customer since 2011 and having to leave as quite frankly you are pricing yourself out the market given notice but checking one last time that you are not willing to go a little distance to save a long time customer

  • suepenn18 Sue Penn (@suepenn18) reported

@VodafoneUK #DontFundGBNews Please have been loyal customer for over 10 years. This will stop if any adverts for you are run on GB News #DontFundGBNews

  • Horus_ROB Juliet, Dumbass 🦋 (@Horus_ROB) reported

Hi @VodafoneUK #DontFundGBNews. This country is polarised enough and if you support their hate, I will be jumping ship to another provider without a second thought.

  • OswinOswald223 Oswin | BLM ACAB | 🏳️‍⚧️ (@OswinOswald223) reported

@FionaFennec @VodafoneUK Same. As soon as my contract is up, I won't hesitate to switch to another network if just one ad is present on GB News

  • pat87260280 pat (@pat87260280) reported

@dolcevita_1402 @StopFundingHate @VodafoneUK Switch contact??? Is there a switch service for phones?????

  • BigDaddyDavee Pool's Closed (@BigDaddyDavee) reported

@VodafoneUK It's ironic that I get disconnected from web chats with your team so I have to #keepconnecting Of course it wouldn't be a ploy to negate your customer feedback system now would it.

  • Richardwilson27 Richard wilson (@Richardwilson27) reported

@FionaFennec @VodafoneUK I’m sure you will...Never seen a more retarded campaign in my life. Hope companies don’t give in to these crazy, authoritarian cretins.
