So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

As usual, @VodafoneUK creates issues. Got changed on Pay as you go. I top up and buy a bundle. The robot says to wait for the sms with the bundle confirmation. Nothing arrives. I try and make a call. No credit or allowance. I try data. Works. But it takes £2 from THE CREDIT??
