Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.

I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken
