Got a brilliant deal on the Pro II broadband, paying less that £2 more than I am at the moment for a faster speed. The service in the Stirling store was so easy from start to finish.

I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

I had to take it to your store to be repaired, you won’t post it back to me, my daughter nipped in to pick it up so I called ahead to authorise her but it’s not allowed

The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity. Just found this in my Draft box. @X is weird

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
