@VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

@MoistPirate @VodafoneUK, about 15 years ago i was behind on a bill. They told me to borrow some money from a friend and pay it. they then sold the £70 to a collection agency who demanded nearly £500. That was pretty damn disgusting.

Ηi @VodafoneUK . I am a customer of yours and I am getting spam calls to my landline all day today from a number that I am unable to see in my landline's screen (it says unavailable number) and therefore I cannot block it. They are calling every 5 min! This is very annoying.
