So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

@VodafoneUK What a wonderful corporate answer. I have tried to contact Vodafone this morning, yesterday afternoon, yesterday evening and last night to be greeted with the same message. As I want to cancel, this seems to only be possible by calling, making me want to leave more. The Irony.
