    @VodafoneUK really getting annoyed with Vodafone’s inability to do a phone upgrade they are now saying they haven’t received our old phone when it was handed in to their store as they never sent out the pack for it I think I might need to move our whole family to EE at this rate

    @VodafoneUK you have once again let me down, phone still not unlocked, no communication from you and no response to my message. A simple request but you have managed to make a loyal customer want to cancel my contract.

    Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

    So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

    @VodafoneUK @aligav_torr needs a new phone. Throughout lockdown she has missed out on pain killing injections and hands on back support yet still helped out with our 93 year old neighbour to get through this and still have a smile. She has been epic

    @VodafoneUK Please help! I contacted you last Friday evening raising concerns one of your colleagues cancel my direct debit without notifying me! I would get a call back in 24 hours. Unfortunately I have still not received a call and I am worried you are going to cut me off!

    @VodafoneUK Hi I've signed up for an upgrade on a new contract/phone. My order has been constantly pushed back. Is there any way I could cancel the order as I can now get the same phone on a cheaper deal elsewhere and get it right away? Thank you

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK 2/2 I was told eachtime that it was fine, and my £1100phone was 100% coming to my current address, not the old one that is nowhere near me. THREE TIMES. And guess where it got delivered today? The old address. What is the point of your advisers? Awful start Vodafone

    And still not bloody phone signal despite being outdoors for last few hours. @ThreeUK you’re a joke. Just cancel my contract and let me go with a network that can actually offer me a phone signal since it’s too much for you @VodafoneUK @bt_uk you offer anything above 3G in EN4?

    @VodafoneUK are there and network problems in Waterloo (L22) area of Liverpool......most of my calls are going through straight to answer machine due to weak signal

    @VodafoneUK And I am sure you would and I would be quite happy for you to do so but the fact of the matter is the complaint is with your directors complaints team and even they are getting the basic things wrong All I want is a resolution and for you guys to take ownership
