@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I never got fone back even though they said ‘come collect’ it became too much hassle to keep going to find my fone. It was a material object that I wasn’t gonna waste more of my life chasing.

@VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

@VodafoneUK downdetector has been reporting problems broadband since just after noon, your own service status says no issues.well my connection that was sold to me as ultra fast, has dropped from 72mbs(although you now claim I can only get 35mbs now) to 17mbs working as intended?

@woody_cafc @VodafoneUK This is what they told me.. "The incident is close to the exchange, which is why it's affecting multiple customers. There's a break in one of the major line, which the signal splits off to reach multiple homes. As mentioned, the engineers are already on site to rectify this."
