I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? Hopefully we'll complete soon.

Im not on their mailing lists despite asking nunerous times to be removed, and the door knockers come monthly
