So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

Appalled that you can sign up to @VodafoneUK online but you can’t cancel your services online. If you’re a non speaker for whatever reason you have to phone or go through a third party to speak ( on the phone ) for you. Is this so they can dissuade you? #broadband #Disability

@VodafoneUK I'm so fed up with how useless your customer service is. Lost my phone and just want to replace the sim card and the 'Order a new SIM' button doesnt work. Nothing happens and 'TOBi' is a degenerate waste of space. Worst network on the planet!
