Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

@VodafoneUK haven’t received the two new iphones ordered two weeks ago. Numerous chasers but reponse ‘we can’t give you an ETA, it’s a problem with DPD. You can cancel and leave Vodafone if you want’. Great way to treat a long-standing customer. 1 of 2

@VodafoneUK ordered an upgrade for my phone and I was told that it was stock and would be delivered by 1/12. Chased today to find out it was never in stock and it will be two weeks wait. Seriously thinking about cancelling my order due to poor service
