@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

I would advise ANYONE thinking of joining vodafone to forget it. Customer services are the worst I've ever experienced. Not letting this go and looking to cancel.
