I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠

Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!
