    Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

    @VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I did nothing wrong but was expected to pay fur a full 18 months the warrant was for the wife it was done in spite as I cannot walk never mind sell drugs!! The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

    @TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I never got fone back even though they said ‘come collect’ it became too much hassle to keep going to find my fone. It was a material object that I wasn’t gonna waste more of my life chasing.

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    @O2 now into the 3rd week of missing data. How can 15mb just vanish from your account. 3 calls and no further forward. May be time to change network @VodafoneUK may be getting a new customer soon 📲🙃 @O2 help please

    @BBCWalesNews I have been advised by @VodafoneUK this afternoon that their network outage in parts of Pembrokeshire which has been down since 03Aug. is now likely to be down until the end of Aug. Most other mobile providers are also down. Are you aware of this @BBCWalesNews

    Horribly confusing broadband home move service from @VodafoneUK - multiple emails that say things like “welcome to Vodafone”, “sorry you’re leaving us”, “we’re delighting you’ve cancelled your switch.” Calling their support results in a 10 min wait before getting disconnected. 😡

    @VodafoneUK another question- I’m new to voicemail, and was wondering why People can only leave me messages if the phone rings? They just get the send a text/try later when phone is off, or busy tone if I hang up? I always thought these would go to voicemail?

    @VodafoneUK There is a lack of consistency between advisors, which is ironically the only thing that is consistent in VOD customer service. This suggests there is lack of uniformity in training and messaging. Some of these kids also sound down.
