@VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats @VodafoneUK my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

@VodafoneUK excellent customer service. Went in store as my broadband was out of contract. Got a brilliant deal on the Pro II broadband, paying less that £2 more than I am at the moment for a faster speed. The service in the Stirling store was so easy from start to finish.

Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

@VodafoneUK I don't think your website is very well. Trying to upgrade and can't get through the checkout, 'something went wrong' with the chat function and now I can't even log out of the site. Not the best for customer retention.

@VodafoneUK what's happening?? It's that time again!! Upgrade phone and plan. @VodafoneUK can't offer me (Vodafone customer for over 22 years) any deals. A new customer can get same phone and plan for £14 cheaper than me per month! It's now time to move on to pastures new

@VodafoneUK 38 mins with live chat assistant about my crap broadband. Solution proposed, restart router. Agent obv handling multiple chats keeping customers hanging. When restart didn't work, agent disappeared. Call centre waits unacceptable. Pls let me out of my contract.

@VodafoneUK my mum has been without broadband since October 13th but you’re still taking the bills and didn’t even tell her that the entire line is faulty! She’s contacted customer service who said an engineer will be round to help but heard nothing since. Piss take!!

I mean why should I am being charged for the stupidity of a delivery agent. If I was not reachable,it was @VodafoneUK @vodafone's fault of low network coverage. And then that delivery agent who directly cancelled the order instead of initiating redelivery.
