@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I never got fone back even though they said ‘come collect’ it became too much hassle to keep going to find my fone. It was a material object that I wasn’t gonna waste more of my life chasing.

@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

@VodafoneUK @aligav_torr needs a new phone. Throughout lockdown she has missed out on pain killing injections and hands on back support yet still helped out with our 93 year old neighbour to get through this and still have a smile. She has been epic

@VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

Very useful service (which shouldn’t cost much) being cancelled with no notice just as we are beginning to move around again? Terrible customer experience degredation. @VodafoneUK I moved house. One engineer visited on 28th June. He accidentally cut off our TV line and left the landline wire hanging outside, not connected to our house. Another engineer was booked to fix these all, but the engineer failed to turn up. Help!

@VodafoneUK been using service for more than 40 years, phoned last week to get an upgrade and no phones turn up! Ring today and a problem with sorting the credit because at some point vodaphone have changed our account to a soletrader. Terrible service wouldn’t use them again!!
