My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

From New York City to washington DC, can’t connect, T Mobile, 5 bars, but only E for data. half the time it just says no service can’t swap manually

We are in a "geographically challenged" area. We still only get basic Freeview telly for example - but we do get RTE so I dunno....
