    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    @VodafoneUK 4 days after the date that my broadband should be up and running and still no internet, no help from your "advisors". Can someone advise me when I can expect my service to go live or at least let me know why it isn't up and running yet.

    @VodafoneUK I have now been waiting 5 days for a call about a complaint that I should have had on tuesday. Here's the 'deal'. If I haven't been called by 12 tomorrow I will be cancelling all 4 mobiles on my account and going else where. You clearly don't value me as a customer.

    @beatmonkey @VodafoneUK Great isn't it. I did the same but in the end had to leave. To get to the point where someone can actually help is damn near impossible.

    @VodafoneUK we pay for super fast 2 broadband... 63mbps. Yet were told yesterday that we will only ever get 25mbps in our area. We weren’t told this when we purchased the package months ago and now The wifi signal doesn’t reach the next room from the router! #unhappy
