-
Matt McGrandles (@m13att) reported from Stirling, Scotland@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!
-
Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, ScotlandIt turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....
-
NickyLamö (@nickylamo) reported from Gargunnock, ScotlandNot even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.
-
Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.
-
Scotia (@Pauline_Toole) reported from Comrie, Scotland@Amalkadog @VodafoneUK We were both with @VodafoneUK for years - private and business contracts. We needed help from them with a connectivity issue. They wouldn't help and wouldn't release us from our contracts. Will never use them again.
-
David Shirlaw (@snoopd4ve) reported from Dunblane, Scotland@VodafoneUK I’m guessing it was Sounds of Silence in the movie The Graduate. And thanks for the offer of help, but my new iPhone11 Max pro and my wife’s new iPhone11 are just fine tsk
-
Ivor Campbell (@IvorGCampbell) reported from Callander, ScotlandMorning @VodafoneUK mobile phone service is deader than a dead thing in Callander and we were so enjoying 4g.

SFerrol (@SusanSmask) reported from Stirling, ScotlandAppalling service from our VODAFONE high speed installation and routing. If you’re thinking of upgrading in the Stirling area I would not bother! My husband is on call number ** trying to get a resolution. CEO Nick Jeffery complaint next. @VodafoneUK
-
Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland@TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

-
Lesley (@kt33uk) reported from Stirling, Scotland@VodafoneUK excellent customer service. Went in store as my broadband was out of contract. Got a brilliant deal on the Pro II broadband, paying less that £2 more than I am at the moment for a faster speed. The service in the Stirling store was so easy from start to finish.

Robert (@Poots1Poots) reported@DavidPoulden @VodafoneUK @TNLUK I found out only tonight that the National Lottery is paying 10’s of millions to organisations which support illegal migrants. I have withdrawn my funds and closed my account.
-
Dave (@David9Points) reported@Iromg @DevonDeb @VodafoneUK Don’t forget the MVNO’s that use the Vodafone network. Asda Mobile Lebara (Lebara Mobile) Talkmobile VOXI
-
Hal Apeno (@chilliholic) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK Well done Mike. As well as cancelling support to my fave charity The Salvation army for the same reason I also no longer donate to the RNLI for obvious reasons. I live on the S. Coast but I discovered that all funds collected are returned to the centre for re-distribution.
-
Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
-
StraightTalker50 (@talker50) reported@GBNEWS Well @VodafoneUK , has not a single person in your organisation taken any notice of how much the support for the RNLI has gone down because of helping the illegas, don't be surprised when you get the same response.
-
bjc (@bjc5473) reported@craigaradford @Iromg @VodafoneUK It’s called making a statement. These companies need to understand that people are sick of funding others. So are you a vodaphone customer Craig.
-
vince tanner (@TannerVinc26621) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK If you have gone to 3, check it out, it's owned by vodagrone. Many others use their cell network too.
