    @VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    @VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

    @TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @VodafoneUK It would be nice if you introduced your L & R hands. As a Vodafone customer why send an email asking me to switch to Vodafone? I thought this was to switch to the newer faster broadband. Wrong! Having sorted it out I now get constant cancellation notifications!

    I have tried to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract that ended in July last year for months mainly because whenever I have called the conversation cut out or online support disappeared. Yesterday I had success but it took ONE HOUR to cancel a contract that had already ended. Not happy.

    I have had the worst service from @VodafoneUK . They increased my bill without notification and now I have a whopping £100 invoice that’s come through when my usual, yet still extortionate, £25 for 1GB of data and barely any calls is what I normally get charged. Absolutely awful

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, but what about the problems @cuzlufc has mentioned? His wife found pictures on his phone of a dwarf mud wrestling with a 20 stone lady in a wet suit and he thinks Vodafone must have arranged for them to be sent?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been contacting customer service and technical team for a week now no response received. Been told that I’ll get call from technical support and still nothing. I am unable to use internet due to low signals at work and home but @VodafoneUK is not being helpful
