It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@VodafoneUK just been talking to one of your BB helpline guys who said he could@not help as our account is sole trader. Gave me a number which he said was open to 9pm but every time I call it says team is not available and hangs up!!! Really frustrated, all I want I my wifi back

Hi @VodafoneUK - I've had no mobile data for 36 hours now. Unlimited data plan. 4 online chat conversations and two visits to a shop where I'm told there is a "known issue with rolling data on certain plans". Is this true? When will it be resolved?

@VodafoneUK I'm a virgin mobile customer and recently I'm experiencing network issues. They said because before they were getting the sims from EE, they're now getting it from vodafone. This must be the issue, virgin said that might be the issue as we are still using the ee sim
