    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    Morning @VodafoneUK mobile phone service is deader than a dead thing in Callander and we were so enjoying 4g.

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    @VodafoneUK need help I’ve had multiple phone call and got no where, I had a 18months contract and over paid by 44 months on hold yesterday for 48 minutes worst customer care

    Why is the service in South Kensington so bad ? My mobile Data / internet still isn’t working after 4 days ? How much longer will this problem last for ? @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Thank u for ur reply,they can't help any more and my loyalty was a waste unfortunately,when they want to sell me some offers the say u r special customer cause u have the sim card since 2003,otherwise I'm just a customer,any way i will not use @VodafoneEgypt more

    @VodafoneUK Not good enough. Call centre cannot deal with problem. Staff at store don't want to help. Vodafone now have £20 but have not supplied service. Everybody says its someone else's fault.
