@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@VodafoneUK I have never had such appalling and disgusting customer service from a company in my entire life!!! A complete catalogue of errors on your part trying to upgrade our existing broadband to fibre! It is still not resolved and this has been ongoing since early December
-
Jenny pryer (@JenPryer) reported
@VodafoneUK When you make a complaint and trying to get it resolved you get cut off in 4 separate calls in 3 days. This complaint relates to something that is about to lose me the house I’m buying. #appallingcustomerservice #pissedoff

@VodafoneUK your customer service is simply shocking. I have had issues which I have been trying to sort out since July. Your instore have refused to help and your call centre leaves me on hold for 1.45 hours just to hang up. Awful

Lydia Hardy (@lyddiepopshardy) reported
@VodafoneUK Thank u Trev - it has been sorted out now. The point is it was a really painful difficult experience 2 contact VF - and navigate the telecommunications systems with various call options - none of which fitted - so I want to make a complaint to raise awareness re dissatisfaction

@VodafoneUK I've been a customer 10+ years, on the same contract since 2018? Does that mean I'm a OK?
-
Stu Harker (@Noodle86stu) reported
@VodafoneUK are an appaling company. It's near impossible to speak to someone who can actually help. No service where I live since November yet I'm told the masts are strong with no issues. 🤔 Please just terminate my contract
-
Loyiso (@Loyiso_91) reported
@VodafoneUK Been speaking to one all morning and she’s absolutely useless. Telling me my service has issues in 5 different postcodes it’s laughable. And that my internet should be less than 2mb. You are robbing people blind the sooner your company close the better
-
TheOceanaut (@TheOceanaut) reported
@VodafoneUK possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had and I haven’t even been able to get through to them….2 hours and 45 minutes on hold!!!!!!!!!!!

@VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected. Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network
