    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    Appalling service from our VODAFONE high speed installation and routing. If you’re thinking of upgrading in the Stirling area I would not bother! My husband is on call number ** trying to get a resolution. CEO Nick Jeffery complaint next. @VodafoneUK

    @TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

    @VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK my screen packed up on my phone today, just gone black, its not even 2 years old I think. How long will this take to be fixed or replaced? Can it be done in store, or should I cancel my contract and go elsewhere, I need my phone for my business

    @Salfanackerpan @VodafoneUK Gave up with them years ago. Now use GiffGaff, rarely have any issues, cheap rates, £6/month for unlimited calls & texts plus a decent amount of data.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nisa, yes that's the form I used. Haven't used advantage scheme for a couple of years (contract just ended) but I have been a Vodafone customer for a long time & it has always worked before, and I'm not aware of anything having changed

    @VodafoneUK It says up to 60mbs, I used to get that speed now it's slow all day until people are sleeping. Like I said your masts are over subscribed! You need to fix this issue build more transponders or speed up 5g. I definitely will be leaving soon as I'm out of contract. 👍
