@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

.@VodafoneUK the irony of a mobile phone company where you can’t actually talk to a person to resolve an issue on your account. Most frustrating company ever! #customerservicefail

  • dknndy Darren Kennedy (@dknndy) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm a new customer, bought a big value bundle sim, £30 100GB Data. Activated the sim and in the app, it says I am on a pay-as-you-go plan with £30 credit and 50mb of data per day. This isn't what I was expecting, am I missing something?

@MercerNorah The wonders of modern technology. Well Into our third week without internet. And over three weeks since we informed them of our move. 60hrs since they opened a ticket. Is it down to @VodafoneUK or #openreach ?

  • feewilson81 MissK (@feewilson81) reported

@VodafoneUK Again I am experiencing the most dreadful customer service from what I understand to be a reputable company. It would appear it is as difficult to cancel as it is to take out a contract due to their system issues. #disatisfied

@VodafoneUK vodafone rewards are becoming quite the joke. Never win anything and the "free" things are never free.
