  • m13att Matt McGrandles (@m13att) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

  • liamrun Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

  • liamrun Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland

It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

  • liamrun Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

  • danny_ltd Danny (@danny_ltd) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

  • the_mekon The Mekon (@the_mekon) reported

@fascinatorfun @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Come on Fionna, they did tell us that Cummings trip to Barnard Castle to test his eyes was 'acceptable' and breaking international law was 'acceptable' and bullying was 'acceptable' as long as it was 'unintentional'. I've got loads of emails from mine on these 'important' issues.

  • timspencer1 Tim Spencer #GTTO (@timspencer1) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Imagine being a talk talk customer when Dido Harding was running it. What a disaster that was! Sounds eerily familiar no?

  • Jaspercarrot2 Jaspercarrot (@Jaspercarrot2) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Why don't you write your complaint on the side of that bus and go for a spin by their Head Office. Im assuming the whopper that was there has been removed.

  • rahuqrafcmiba Abi (@rahuqrafcmiba) reported
