It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

.@VodafoneUK Been waiting for a month with no broadband for new fibre to be installed on Wednesday, logged in and says it's cancelled. I didn't cancel it. They didn't contact me to say it's cancelled. Wtf?! If they make me wait another month I think I will explode
