    @VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    Appalling service from our VODAFONE high speed installation and routing. If you’re thinking of upgrading in the Stirling area I would not bother! My husband is on call number ** trying to get a resolution. CEO Nick Jeffery complaint next. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

    @TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

    @VodafoneUK Morning, please can you help? I've had two lots of payments come out that i've not been billed for, my bill this month was £49.23 but i've also had £30 taken off me that I wasn't billed for, my monthly bill is only meant to be £55 but i've currently got a discount!

    6. & data wasn’t changed Where is the communication among your customer service support @VodafoneUK ? This is extremely frustrating. Over 3months without a phone and all you guys care about is your monthly payments for a device you even claim has not being bought from you….

    @VodafoneUK drive me crazy. I pay for worldwide connectivity. I am in Philadelphia and cellular doesn’t work. Nor on my wife’s phone. Why have they discontinued US service? It’s a rubbish service.

    @VodafoneUK awful service from you today really disappointed only looking to upgrade no one available when a rang then got rejected on the app only been with you since the 90s so obviously a risk how bad to treat a loyal customer for that many years and looking to renew !

    7. After 3 weeks of escalating the case for review, the case has been closed because for some reason one customer sevice person stated i wasn’t accepting the offer. @VodafoneUK can you ask? If i didn’t accept the offer why was the phone picked up from my house for repair again

    @VodafoneUK no broadband for more than 30 hours in GU6 in Cranleigh - with very poor mobile signal too we are pretty much cut off - any information on this please?
