    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

    @TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    @VodafoneUK Trying simply to change contract on one phone and used Tobi to no avail. Used 191 and in a queue for nearly an hour and still unresolved as agreed new contract and live went dead. Rang back and left another 49 mins to no avail. I’m appalled as customer for 32 years with 4 lines !

    @VodafoneUK is there some issue with broadband again? I’m only getting 6Mbit/s when I’m supposed to be guaranteed 40Mbit/s. It’s practically unusable like this

    @VodafoneUK I miss the old days, I could phone you and be done in minutes now all I get is forced self service and on chat some wally that asks stupid questions, can't spell and takes forever. 30mins so far and im still being pushed to reset phone to fix a cracked screen.
