    Morning @VodafoneUK mobile phone service is deader than a dead thing in Callander and we were so enjoying 4g.

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    Been an @VodafoneUK customer for 22 years my contact ended on the 19th was told to look around for deals found a deal with @O2 contacted voda asked them to match deal or better it,they offered me £1 off on a phone that was already £7 a month more expensive loyalty means nothing

    @VodafoneUK It was £10 for 100GB and yet I’m being charged £17.10 now! On top of the initial £35 of my old contract since I’m trying to keep hold of my number. I want to cancel my second sim and not get locked into a misleading scammy contract please, really disappointed

    @VodafoneUK Hi, my number is expected to change from pay-as-you-go to my new pay monthly sim today. Will I know when the old sim has no signal anymore as it hasn't happened yet or can you confirm when it will happen?

    @VodafoneUK After 9 months of 1mbps mobile Internet, in a 5G area, today there is zero speed, no Internet at all. I am so sick of paying £100 every month for an utterly useless service on two contracts!! Nothing changes whatever you do.

    @VOXI_UK Nearly a month and still not working even though a manager has been looking into this for 3 weeks. I have DM'd but get no response. This is actually a joke, even the @VodafoneUK agreed!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Ben, I appreciate you want to help but I've been through it a dozen times now, nothing changes. It always used to be a very good signal. Last 9 months it's the exact opposite.

    @VodafoneUK keely from vodaphone would like to discuss why they have taken £322 from my account despite not being a customer. I think she wants me to give personal account details over here instead of calling me despite having DM my numer. Does this sound like a good idea!
