Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. Lesley (@kt33uk) reported from Stirling, Scotland@VodafoneUK excellent customer service. Went in store as my broadband was out of contract.
