@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, your service is so abysmal i must be one of the 1.5m. You are truly the worst company in the UK for service delivery and customer service. Paying for an 80/20 mbps service, getting 6.5/12 Absolutely useless. I can see the FTTC from my window. Joke.

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone 👋 My signal has changed to "H+" instead of 4G lately, and it has been awfully slow/unreliable. I have a 5G contract, but understand 5G coverage probably isn't in my area yet, but I've always had a stable 4G connection, until the last few weeks I believe..

@VodafoneUK why is it that if I want to buy or upgrade, I get connected within 5 mins, but if I’m trying to cancel a contract line, I’m on hold for 45 minutes… then get cut off. Vodafone you bloody suck! 😡😡

Hey @VodafoneUK over the last week I’ve been in Dubai and Paris - your service perfect - but once again here in Mayfair it’s awful and I’ve just manually selected 3G to stay in contact. Why ?
