    Morning @VodafoneUK mobile phone service is deader than a dead thing in Callander and we were so enjoying 4g.

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @BSTHydePark @VodafoneUK Phone signal was good, but no service for most of the afternoon, even on 5G. Might be better to invest on better mobile availability.

    @EmBombIbiza @VodafoneUK just be glad it's not something more important than an upgrade. My sister had her SIM stolen and Vodafone allowed the thief to rack up a £2k bill after they'd been informed, which they then passed to debt collectors while it was still being disputed. I would never use them.

    @VodafoneUK all I want is a pac code I still haven't got it and know I have got to leave the shop as they need to close you chat team are useless 1h 30min and still got no code no wonder I want to leave you customer service is rubbish iscthe any one can help me with this

    @vodafoneuk It is impossible to apply the NHS discount you offer. Email says login using the blue login button. It doesn't exist. Website says copy / paste discount code into voucher box at checkout. No voucher box to be seen. Your system is a barrier to the use of this discount.

    @VodafoneUK I'm so disappointed in this company, it seems they can't provide what they advertise, you can only contact them via a stupid bot that rarely works and when it does it can take 4 to 5 hours to get the most basic thing done,only to completely forgot what they promised.
