It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

@VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

@TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK I called and say “cancel upgrade” to the robot and I was given the link for robot chat. Seriously? If my cooling off period ended while I’m going back and force you have a serious problem like last time you send my iPhone to a wrong address 😒

I'm exhausted with it - I've had calls back since Friday night, and PATCHY 4G since Saturday night... but when I say patchy, it's still INCREDIBLY slow, can't watch anything on Disney+/Netflix cos of the infernal buffering, sometimes it's taking half an hour to load

I see @VodafoneUK are down again in SW Scotland. It's not good enough to say to use wifi-calling. It should go to another provider as wifi didn't work in power cuts - how do you support calling for help?
