@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

@VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown Spent 2 hours on the phone before thinking I should Google if there is a problem. Would be great to have an auto attendant relay a message about a complete collapse of your services. If this isn't back before 7am tomorrow I will switch to starlink

@antonynibloe @VodafoneUK Sky are worse, our internet was off more than it was on with sky, this is the only issue we had with Vodafone and things like this happen, not the end of the world that the internet has been down for a day

@rickashworth @VodafoneUK @FrogBlended I've voted with my feet and cancelled my contract. £9.33 a day if the outage lasts for 2 days... laughable and not a good way to look after customers who have lost out

@VodafoneUK Already been there and done that and got no help. Most help I have had was from the Hartlepool shop, where the manager was great, but ultimately can't give me the refund. He wrote extensive notes so it could be sorted. My hubby and I have been on phone for 40+ hrs. No refund.
