    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    So as a long-standing customer with @VodafoneUK I can’t get as good a deal on renewal as a new customer. It goes to further demonstrate they don’t give a damn about customers !!

    @VodafoneUK really disappointing the difficulty moving my eSim from one phone to Another, a bit of advice after 2 days and poor customer service I suspect it will be easier to change provider
