    Morning @VodafoneUK mobile phone service is deader than a dead thing in Callander and we were so enjoying 4g.

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    @VodafoneUK My brother who is registered blind should have had broadband installed on 10th Dec, the engineer came across a problem and said we would be contacted. Despite 2 phone calls to yourselves and promises of a call back he still has no broadband

    @VodafoneUK been trying to get someone to assist me but you’re not following up on DM’s. Had two operators start a conversation and disappear. I’m a new customer trying to connect a new sim to a new phone - I can’t think of a simpler thing you can mess up on?

    @VodafoneUK we had 2 phones with you and 2 esims and were allowed to leave contract penalty free at the end of November due to various problems. We then had an incorrect bill which took 8 calls to sort out and now another bill with forward charges. Sort it out Vodafone.

    @schellm2012 @VodafoneUK Oh no that's terrible!! Hopefully they arrive on the 29th! I tried talking online with an assistant who wouldnt help me because I dont know the phone number and I said 4 times I haven't even recieved the phone to know, then wouldn't help even with tracking number!fingers crossed
