    @VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK please help. Trying to install Pro 2 router. Managed to get it paired with the app (eventually) the lights are all on but no internet connection available. Can’t get online so having to use mobile data to figure out what is wrong

    @VodafoneUK excellent customer service. Went in store as my broadband was out of contract. Got a brilliant deal on the Pro II broadband, paying less that £2 more than I am at the moment for a faster speed. The service in the Stirling store was so easy from start to finish.

    @VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

    @Amalkadog @VodafoneUK We were both with @VodafoneUK for years - private and business contracts. We needed help from them with a connectivity issue. They wouldn't help and wouldn't release us from our contracts. Will never use them again.

    Appalling service from our VODAFONE high speed installation and routing. If you’re thinking of upgrading in the Stirling area I would not bother! My husband is on call number ** trying to get a resolution. CEO Nick Jeffery complaint next. @VodafoneUK @alanferrol

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

    @TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

    Upgraded with @VodafoneUK after 10+ years of being with them. Confirmed with an agent the delivery time of my phone. Have had others confirm since that it would arrive by Friday. Today, told another 2 week wait. Then told they can't give me a complaints email address. WTF.

    @VodafoneUK Hello. I cancelled a mobile broadband account in June. I’ve since had 3 letters threatening debt recovery against me.. been trying to sort it for 6 weeks now. just spent 10 mins on hold… poor service #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK why is it that I’m in a 4g area I can’t access to the internet through mobile network. I’m literally 700 meters from a Vodafone mast with 2 bars of signal on my phone yet not internet. Sorry but the signal has slowly been getting worse since January

    @mimbarber @VodafoneUK Not really a whole lot of point in your customer service people 'reaching out', commencing a chat and then literally not saying anything after 'Hello', is there? Is that Vodafone's approach to customer care?
