    @VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

    Morning @VodafoneUK mobile phone service is deader than a dead thing in Callander and we were so enjoying 4g.

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

    So @VodafoneUK can't help me with my new mobile broadband SIM which they deactivated before I even bought it. I bought it from @curryspcworld Whose website is so poor I can't get help, thanks a bunch #***********

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I solved the problem of your incredibly low customer service rating. Someone has abducted all your managers! Over the past week of terrible broadband everyone has refused to put me in touch with a manager. Special mention for Ben, 6hrs to reply to dm!

    @VodafoneUK please can someone contact us directly regarding broadband not working. Online chat ppl keep telling us to reset the router but still not working. I'm trying to keep my child entertained, work from home and talk to family. It's becoming quite stressful. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK my phone is less than a year old and doesn’t work. Wont replace it and the customer relations rep I just spoke to started asking why I can’t leave the house (unrelated??) so unprofessional and shocking service

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer ever since my first mobile phone. Please don’t spend any money advertising with this organisation - instead invest in fact based news outlets with integrity. If I see an advert I’ll switch network providers immediately. #DontFundGBNews
