@VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

Appalling service from our VODAFONE high speed installation and routing. If you’re thinking of upgrading in the Stirling area I would not bother! My husband is on call number ** trying to get a resolution. CEO Nick Jeffery complaint next. @VodafoneUK @alanferrol

@VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

@TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

@VodafoneUK please help. Trying to install Pro 2 router. Managed to get it paired with the app (eventually) the lights are all on but no internet connection available. Can’t get online so having to use mobile data to figure out what is wrong

Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

@VodafoneUK excellent customer service. Went in store as my broadband was out of contract. Got a brilliant deal on the Pro II broadband, paying less that £2 more than I am at the moment for a faster speed. The service in the Stirling store was so easy from start to finish.

@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

@VodafoneUK Vodafone have taken approx 20 hours of my time regarding trying to get my services fixed then cancelled once Vodafone couldn’t fix the broadband. They agreed to not charge a fee to cancel, then hit me with £170 bill and now say they can’t see the notes.

Data on #vodafone in parts of hove is so abysmal. Signal not great In places , in fact whole of 30min walk , and data virtually zero throughput. Seriously considering switching network on next renewal . @VodafoneUK BN4 1WB currently (beach) but applies broadly
