@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

Thanks #vodafoneuk for making my customer experience so difficult! I put my #samsunggalaxytablet in for repair. I had to take it to your store to be repaired, you won’t post it back to me, my daughter nipped in to pick it up so I called ahead to authorise her but it’s not allowed

@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

Appalling service from our VODAFONE high speed installation and routing. If you’re thinking of upgrading in the Stirling area I would not bother! My husband is on call number ** trying to get a resolution. CEO Nick Jeffery complaint next. @VodafoneUK

It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

@VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

@MilliesCookies @VodafoneUK the male staff at Stirling store was so rude my sister in law and mother in-laws could not use the #VodafoneTreats due to an error on the till and the voucher code only lasted for 10 minutes.

@VodafoneUK Because you tormented my daughter as a teenager , your bills never made any sense, always months away from actually time of use, sent her threatening letters over wrong bills, made her life a misery and this went on for years after she had paid everything, horrible company.

Hello @VodafoneUK I was told in a shop I could call / contact you aa my signal with 4g is often lower than advertised and was told by the lovely man in the shop I could possibly have some of my contract reimbursed as there is nothing they can be fixed apparently
