@VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK Reported - over the past week I've gone from full phone signal and full speed 4G to one bar signal and terrible 4G speeds. Everything is buffering. We use mobile data for our home MiFi so if this isn't resolved ASAP I'll be changing provider at the earliest opportunity.
