[1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made. My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK Worst Broadband service I have ever experienced. Was supposed to be activated on the 14th of Dec. Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.

@VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I used to work for them and when I did, we would fax a copy of death certificate and they closed accounts. This was still the case when my friend had to close down her mums account last year. I don't know why they are making this hard for you. Absolutely disgraceful.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I am sorry this is happening to you. We had to cancel my dad's account once he moved to a retirement home. They would not do it. We had to get a lawyer to grant the children powers. Even with that, we had difficulties. Not contracting with them ever.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK George, condolences for the loss of your mum. Vodaphone is disgraceful. I would suggest you post a piece on LinkedIn and tag as many senior execs as you can and also get this picked up in the media. I vowed never to use Vodaphone again as they way overcharged me.
