I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.
