    @VodafoneUK Enjoy being billed repeatedly for services you cancelled months ago, and enjoy listening to a recorded tune for hours on end while you try to get this remedied abs make a complaint. Vodafone - more than just useless!

    @VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

    Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

    @VodafoneUK hi can you help please. I have received a letter detailing a new phone contract using my name and address but I did not set this up. Unsure if letter is a fake or whether someone is using my details and/or bank details.

    Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

    So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Called 2 or 3 times nothing substantial offered, outright refused to give the offer which was for new customers only. Tbh I've been telling her to shop around for years but she said you were the best network. This was the last straw and she's left now. 20 years is a long time.

    @VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach All I’m asking is for you to take my money. I need an installation date in March (which are getting rarer and rarer) and would like to apply the £150 voucher. Phone service unhelpful and complaints (don’t want to complain - just place an order) department hung up on me. 4/4

    @Noz_T3rra @VodafoneUK I agree, I've tried to get help from them with an issue they created. But nothing, transferred back and forth, no answer, no solution... And lately ignorance. That is their solution.
