@VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

@VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

@VodafoneUK It's £33/month. Fix the link on this advert or you will lose customers when they see a blank page with a warning, it is blocked to most users by their browsers, antivirus and ISP/DNS providers. Your marketing department needs to wake up! Don't pay people to lose business.

@VodafoneUK @ATHLETETBOY 4G won't be on the tube for years, still. The problem here @VodafoneUK is - and I'd appreciate if you'd pass it on - that we will be annoyed by the lack of Wifi every time we go on the Underground (Mon-Fri). Which means that those of us who can, will leave.

@LucyMaps I noticed that the other day, it sucks! Plus now having gone outside the @VodafoneUK signal quality where I live is absolutely awful, even the pub up the road are always annoyed because vodafone people can't check in.
