Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

Sent my phone for repair in January -advised it would take few days to repair. 3 months later and advisors still cant tell me where my phone is. Lost? Stolen? Tried complaints dept twice who still haven't phoned me back with any update 😔 help

Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

This is the third time in asking now? I can’t really phone support when the call keeps breaking up 🤪
