@VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

@VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

She had to call you from her personal mobile and when once she got through you refused to help as if purchased it via your website, not from a store. Start to finish, absurd.

@VodafoneUK I'm sure you're trying to drive me insane this year. 6 weeks ago I'm offered £520+ on a trade-in. Today I go through the same process, I'm offered £158. No damage at all. Chat advisor found it funny and couldn't see how ridiculous this is. It's "policy" apparently...?
