There was no specific explanation, just a random "happens sometimes". Can't apply again before 90days... So much for customer service and loyalty! @VodafoneUK is there anything that can be done about it??

[1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made. My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

@GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

@VodafoneUK Worst Broadband service I have ever experienced. Was supposed to be activated on the 14th of Dec. Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.

@VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

@VodafoneUK Thanks Thomas, but been there, done that, with other numbers. It’s not good enough. Surely your company has the ability to detect, take down and have prosecuted for what is so obviously systematic abuse calling from Vodafone numbers. Please escalate this complaint.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK When my father died I transferred the vodafone accounts to my mother -it was one of the biggest mistakes I have made -it took over 3 months to resolve , so many phone calls and so many e mails , their complaint system doesn't work and their bereavement team have little empathy.

@VodafoneUK definitely one of the worst customer experiences out there. Would avoid if thinking about moving to them. 7 years a customer and will definitely move next time. Over a month without a router and nearly 2 weeks without internet coz of these scripted clowns. #avoid
