Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.

Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.
