Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.

It's definitely not the phone cos it's new so I'm wondering if there are any signal issues currently in Glasgow.

We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours.
