I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers donโt believe your parent has died, itโs pay us or we put you to debt collection.

Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again
