So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

@oriflame_941967 @VodafoneUK It is very frustrating that all support is switching to AI chatbots that really do not solve your problem or answer your question. It would be a cost efficient solution, but just leads to dissatisfied customers. It's like being held hostage by the Tech Cy's.
