    Since March I've spent more than 11 hours of my life on the phone to their customer services, I've had to spend ยฃ100s on mobile data, it's literally impossible to properly function in 2022 without broadband. It's been 118 days - @VodafoneUK when will you finally fix this?

    @tinbum @VodafoneUK This is the 4th day of trying to get a response from the customer service team. Something has gone really wrong with a communications company that refuses to communicate!!!

    @VodafoneUK @BritishRedCross Due a upgrade but vodofone prices are ridiculous for existing customers time to change I thing not happy after over 20 years as a loyal customer

    @HuaweiMobileUK A pleasure to speak to @HuaweiMobileUK technical support. Much more help than @VodafoneUK who give be different information every time. Still no closer to getting the NUC but at least I now know it is Vodafone that should have it.

    @VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

    @VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    [1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made. My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

    @DPDgroup_news I'm waiting on a parcel. 1st time you sent back to @VodafoneUK as it was broken, you've now delivered 2nd time to a neighbour, no card put through door and we can't find neighbour matching name. Please discuss... this parcel is required for tomorrow

    @VodafoneUK team couldnโ€™t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1โ€“5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

    @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

    Dearie me @VodafoneUK: here's at least one customer checking when her contract's up as I try very hard to not buy good or services from businesses that demean women at the expense of men. Not to mention ones who believed every wrong thing Stonewall told them and have, apparently, completely missed the SC judgment in FWS. Catherine Wright is a she/her btw ๐Ÿ™„
