Sent my phone for repair in January -advised it would take few days to repair. 3 months later and advisors still cant tell me where my phone is. Lost? Stolen? My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more.
