So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

This rumbles on. Contract is apparently finally being moved from the handset they destroyed by blacklisting to a new sim but instead now no service, have tried re-activating sim, nothing. They won’t help @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup #worstcustomerserviceever
