    .@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

    After sorting this problem out with @VodafoneUK back in June, and being reassured that everything had been ironed out, I am still being plagued by Zinc Company.

    So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

    Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Enjoy being billed repeatedly for services you cancelled months ago, and enjoy listening to a recorded tune for hours on end while you try to get this remedied abs make a complaint. Vodafone - more than just useless!

    @VodafoneUK hi can you help please. I have received a letter detailing a new phone contract using my name and address but I did not set this up. Unsure if letter is a fake or whether someone is using my details and/or bank details.

    Never again will i ever buy anything of vodafone 2hrs 45mins of phone calls and still no further forward cant wait till my contracts are finished never again will a go with them @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK send your phone away to get fixed with the insurance told it will definitely be back in time for me going back to work now there saying 10 days already been in repair for 7 days shambles of a company nothing but problems with them

    @VodafoneUK James. Your (Vodafone's) "offer" was BS. I spoke to live chat (see screenshots) and so far all your "technical experts" have done is FURTHER slow the connection down and SLIGHTLY lower the buzzing on the line (VERY slightly). If you mark this as "fixed", then I'm going elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Countless issues over the past years, but this time, I’ve called you 5 times to activate a SIM card, still not activated, despite assurances. I assume that I will be refunded for the days lost as we are unable to use the phone?

    @VodafoneUK Trying to look at deals occasionally for family and friends who allways ask me. You guys has gone worst.Been a loyal customer for 10yrs or more. You have stopped now looking after your regular customers. No more good deals only what I found online. No more annual upgrade scheme
