@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

@VodafoneUK No piece of equipment needed but I was told there was no line of sight due to the fact the splice point is installed on top of a pole. Hence I am questioning the reliability of just entering post code you will know already if you can get full fibre service or not.

2/2 Having researched the issue online we believe this is a split port issue that can only be resolved by The Porting Team who only work Mon - Fri. This has left my daughter vulnerable and phoneless in a rural area. Shocking Service from a huge international company! @VodafoneUK
