Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

@VodafoneUK Enjoy being billed repeatedly for services you cancelled months ago, and enjoy listening to a recorded tune for hours on end while you try to get this remedied abs make a complaint. Vodafone - more than just useless!

So, finally got to the bottom of why 2FA via SMS was not working for me on @Twitter. My phone operator – @VodafoneUK – is 'not supported' by Twitter. Despite it being one of the biggest networks in the UK. So, I guess you've not been paying your SMS bills? @TwitterSupport
