    @VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

    @VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

    Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Enjoy being billed repeatedly for services you cancelled months ago, and enjoy listening to a recorded tune for hours on end while you try to get this remedied abs make a complaint. Vodafone - more than just useless!

    Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

    So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

    I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

    @VodafoneUK Just gonna add to the other comments. Getting what I pay for and/or some good customer service would be a great prize. Waited a month for a reply for my complaint, called late, can't explain half my issues and now just cut off half way through. Assuming I won't win though.

    @VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards if I can’t have anything my grandad deserves any bit of money/voucher to go towards a stair lift as he’s nearly 80 and certainly not well, he’s really struggling to get up the stairs & my Nan can’t help him as mug anymore, they’ve lived there for over 50 years x
