Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Keep getting told it will be with you tonight….and still nothing. We have four contracts with you but I don’t think this will be for much longer. Service is getting worse.
