Never missed a payment over at the very least 15yrs!!!….. Upgrade denied?Called for assistance , no upgrade staff available!!! Well I’ll be missing this month! Touché #

It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼
