    @VodafoneUK hi can you help please. I have received a letter detailing a new phone contract using my name and address but I did not set this up. Unsure if letter is a fake or whether someone is using my details and/or bank details.

    Never again will i ever buy anything of vodafone 2hrs 45mins of phone calls and still no further forward cant wait till my contracts are finished never again will a go with them @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

    Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

    Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

    So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

    @VodafoneUK Not really, I want to know about @VodafoneUK LTE & 5G network, and maybe why they haven't deployed any 5G in my area HU. EE have already deployed their N28, starting minutes after receiving the licence. I can't get the service I'm paying for! The poor C/S is starting to annoy me.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Mo, ok, so I just select"I want to move from Pay as you go to Pay monthly" and complete the form? There is no reason to obtain a PAC from Voxi? Will this also cease my service with Voxi and no further payments will be taken? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK I requested a network unlock on Monday 26/04 which should have only taken up to 48hours, but Im still waiting on an update. Can you look into this please Thanks

    I know that companies don’t like customers cancelling contracts, but @VodafoneUK take it to a new level. My contract expires on 7 June, but as the payments are in advance, the final payment comes off around 17 May. I thought, I’ll cancel the account today, and even with 30 days..

    Hey @VodafoneUK can you fix your voicemail setup please? Dialling 1210 reports "Your voicemail service has been switched off" ... yet I still get voicemail :(
