I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.

We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom
