So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

Apparently @VodafoneUK don't want any new customers because they cryptically cancel web orders due to 'technical errors' the next day and then won't pick up the phone when you try to call them. Been on hold for 15 minutes and about to give up. Looks like I had a lucky escape

@VodafoneUK @O_OHannahF I was told it would be fixed by 18.25 then had to contact again at 21.45 and was told it was fixed but they were testing so it would be fine after midnight. It’s still not working and told again ‘there is an outage’ I work from home so will have lost at least 2 days work.
