.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

@VodafoneUK avoid Vodafone. Tried for 3 wks to connect broadband but failed. Phone operatives are really nice but really useless. Moved to BT, after 5 days and two engineer visits cured the problem. Vodafone have just made contact, direct debit is now set up. WERE NOT WITH YOU!?!
