@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

@VodafoneUK Thanks, seems crazy that I can keep my number moving to a different network but can’t keep it if I stay taking out a brand new contract! Might want to consider ensuring upgrade deals are as good as brand new deals. Seems loyal customers being penalised with worse upgrade deals

@VodafoneUK hey, what's going on with the coverage in B90 postcode of late? Struggling to get anything good on 4G. Used to be decent coverage, now it's quite frankly crap! Getting between 0.70 and 2mbps! Paying £30pm for thin air!
