Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
