So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Hours of calls every month until eventually I stopped trying, resulting in debt collectors who thankfully believed me & passed it back to Vodafone. Never again.

On the deaths of my parents I wrote a letter (remember them) as executor (with copy death cert.) to each one & stopped payments. I found I had few problems. Any that were I simply ignored.
