So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

@VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

@VodafoneUK @aligav_torr needs a new phone. Throughout lockdown she has missed out on pain killing injections and hands on back support yet still helped out with our 93 year old neighbour to get through this and still have a smile. She has been epic

@VodafoneUK didn’t even get answered by the wrong department before getting cut off AGAIN. 3.5 hours of waiting, being put through to wrong departments, waiting and being cut off only to have to start again. Not great service.
