    @VodafoneUK More than a little disappointed that I had to call customer services to discover my fibre install for tomorrow is cancelled. Really annoyed that the system shows the original operator got an error but made no effort to contact me, instead cancelling the order...

    @VodafoneUK Please help! I contacted you last Friday evening raising concerns one of your colleagues cancel my direct debit without notifying me! I would get a call back in 24 hours. Unfortunately I have still not received a call and I am worried you are going to cut me off!

    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I never got fone back even though they said ‘come collect’ it became too much hassle to keep going to find my fone. It was a material object that I wasn’t gonna waste more of my life chasing.

    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I did nothing wrong but was expected to pay fur a full 18 months the warrant was for the wife it was done in spite as I cannot walk never mind sell drugs!! The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

    @VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats @VodafoneUK my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

    @VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

    @Barriestweeting @VodafoneUK I am with Vodafone as well. They are the worst ever for service. In middle of calls and cuts off. Trying to resolve issues with customer service is horrendous as well. Roll on October when I can return to @O2

    @VodafoneUK I renewed my contract and was emailed to say my next bill would be an estimated -£3.96. Instead, it was £111.09. I've been conned. Tried to ask your #Colchester branch about this, but they were utterly uninterested in either me or my complaint. Disgraceful.

    Thank for. I wish I never requested to upgrade now. Should have been an easy transition upgrading to full fibre. Is this how @VodafoneUK conducts business. Do you like to leave your customers without internet service which was caused by your error??

    @VodafoneUK I have spent the last four days on your online chat trying to sort out my account. The latest chat has told me to phone 191 to speak to someone. 191 has just told me to go onto online chat. I’m going round in circles and getting nowhere. Is anyone able to help? 😵‍💫

    @vodafoneuk my customer account page shows offer for 140GB for £10 but when i click on it there is no offer? What kind of exclusive offer is it? Your staff tell me it is for new connections...why show it on my account page then? Help please!
