DiKey (@xcetveli) reported@VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

John Gly (@chuxjohn) reported@VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous.
