Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

@VodafoneUK excellent customer service. Went in store as my broadband was out of contract. Got a brilliant deal on the Pro II broadband, paying less that £2 more than I am at the moment for a faster speed. The service in the Stirling store was so easy from start to finish.

@w1a1y1n1e1 @VodafoneUK Left Vodafone for same reason. They kept passing us over to 1 department just to then pass us back to previous department. Best network, by far the worst customer services in the history of customer services. We had 10 devices with them at 1 point, now got 0.

Love how @VodafoneUK call me at least 10 times a week when they want to sell me something, but actually getting in contact with them for customer support results in being batted off to an online robot who just tells me to call Vodafone customer support 👏🏼
