I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

Vodafone have the worst customer service out right and don't even get me started on three. If you want a decent serviced move to EE, you get what you paid for!
