    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I never got fone back even though they said ‘come collect’ it became too much hassle to keep going to find my fone. It was a material object that I wasn’t gonna waste more of my life chasing.

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

    @VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

    Appalling service from our VODAFONE high speed installation and routing. If you’re thinking of upgrading in the Stirling area I would not bother! My husband is on call number ** trying to get a resolution. CEO Nick Jeffery complaint next. @VodafoneUK @alanferrol

    @MilliesCookies @VodafoneUK the male staff at Stirling store was so rude my sister in law and mother in-laws could not use the #VodafoneTreats due to an error on the till and the voucher code only lasted for 10 minutes.

    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I did nothing wrong but was expected to pay fur a full 18 months the warrant was for the wife it was done in spite as I cannot walk never mind sell drugs!! The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

    It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

    Thanks #vodafoneuk for making my customer experience so difficult! I put my #samsunggalaxytablet in for repair. I had to take it to your store to be repaired, you won’t post it back to me, my daughter nipped in to pick it up so I called ahead to authorise her but it’s not allowed

    @JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

    @TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

    @VodafoneUK TERRIBLE service, trying to move to a new SIM WITHIN Vodafone as moving from a corporate to a consumer contract: “no service” on my phone now for 4 days and counting. Chat service incapable of resolving, besides being assured it would be in minutes. WHAT IS GOING ON?

    @virginmedia 18 months of disastrous service. The current “open” referenced complaint concerns billing errors despite being assured it had been resolved. For added spice this tweet comes to you courtesy of @VodafoneUK 4G because I have, yet again, no broadband!

    @VodafoneUK @_dam19 They don’t work though. I’m still being charged for two years for two curve trackers I don’t have, they went missing because their location was wrong in the app and Vodafone refuses to cancel the contract.
