@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

@MilliesCookies @VodafoneUK the male staff at Stirling store was so rude my sister in law and mother in-laws could not use the #VodafoneTreats due to an error on the till and the voucher code only lasted for 10 minutes.

Thanks #vodafoneuk for making my customer experience so difficult! I put my #samsunggalaxytablet in for repair. I had to take it to your store to be repaired, you won’t post it back to me, my daughter nipped in to pick it up so I called ahead to authorise her but it’s not allowed

It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

@VodafoneUK On the phone to your colleague Ali for 20 minutes and then on hold for 10 minutes to Troy only to have the call ended on me. I don't have 1 hour of my life to be on calls to you people when I only want to cancel a contract. I need to work too!

@VodafoneUK Hi. I called into a Vodafone branch and enquired if my contract allowed US calls etc. they assured me it does. Then nothing all week. Same with my friend. However the 3rd person in the party was with another provider and had no problems. Cheers

Still kicking up more fuss and compensation is now £55 which is getting close to the original amount promised that they refused to pay, guess I best take it but have told them I leave them as soon as I can, they cannot treat customers like this! @VodafoneUK
