@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

@VodafoneUK On the phone to your colleague Ali for 20 minutes and then on hold for 10 minutes to Troy only to have the call ended on me. I don't have 1 hour of my life to be on calls to you people when I only want to cancel a contract. I need to work too!
