@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

@VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

Was looking to upgrade my phone this week. Went to both an @EE and @VodafoneUK shop, both had their phones bolted down above wheelchair user level so I couldn’t look at them. When you are bolting down the phones please ensure wheelchair users have access to see them too.

Luckily for @EE I was able to upgrade online (not my preference) but had the @VodafoneUK shop been accessible you would have lost a customer due to #AccessibilityFail all shops should do better to include #Disabled customers
