  @VodafoneUK I am confused as to why I’m being charged for upgrading when I was told I would get my new phone with no upgrade charge through the early upgrade promise? Your customer service agents couldn’t clarify this for me over the phone.

  @VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

  Are @VodafoneUK EVER goin to look at and act on the absolute shambles of a network they provide?? The app is (how can I put it….) **** , and that’s a nice way of putting it!! The reviews on the App Store should be bring their attention to this but they don’t seem to give a toss!

  @VodafoneUK took out a 30 day contract and told to phone to cancel next day so it doesn’t roll over. Then told I can’t cancel until after the payment has processed. Now told I have to give 30 days notice so minimum contract is 45 days not 30!

  @VodafoneUK Placed a new order yesterday before the cut of for next day delivery. Hasn’t even been dispatched and now I’m being told Monday for delivery. What sort of joke is this, is there nothing Vodafone can do to get the phones to the customer on time, there is a DPD service on weekend
