So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

@VodafoneUK Enjoy being billed repeatedly for services you cancelled months ago, and enjoy listening to a recorded tune for hours on end while you try to get this remedied abs make a complaint. Vodafone - more than just useless!

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK Been a customer since 2006, called twice to upgrade to iPhone 13- both times I’ve quoted deals with O2 and 3 Mobile in the hope that you’d match them. Twice been given my PAC code which I’ll now be using. Shame to be leaving Vodafone but you only seem interested in new business!

@VodafoneUK My mum found out on Friday that she can move into her new house today. Obviously this is an issue for the broadband she has with you. I've checked, and it is available in her new place, so how do I go about getting it working ASAP?
