Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jason (@btc8500) reported@VodafoneUK I guess you don’t care about your customers Service but why am I struggling in South Yorkshire to make phone calls that don’t break up while on the call to somebody? This is the third time in asking now? I can’t really phone support when the call keeps breaking up 🤪
-
L.J.C. (@cheesepudding3) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Yep Virgin Media and the TV licence people - they are awful.
-
Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
-
linnet 💙 (@HelenWe16937034) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We had the very same with Virgin too wen my dad died, awful service, swore then never will we do business with them 😡
-
CiderVisor (@ryansilverfox) reported.@VodafoneUK Still no resolution to the outage in BS48. Unable to call you obviously as the network is down 😡🚮 #ukcustomerservice #ofcom
-
Stuart Dunn (@StuartDunn2) reported@VodafoneUK how come coverage is so poor and slow recently?? Prices go up yet product quality goes down. Make it make sense?!
-
jolene Pittock (@joleneepittock) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.
-
JizzCoin (@JizzleShizz) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Its quite simple. They do not give a **** about their customers.
-
Paul Ryan (@pjryan51) reportedGiven up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
-
Max Point (@Max_Point23) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
