    @VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

    After sorting this problem out with @VodafoneUK back in June, and being reassured that everything had been ironed out, I am still being plagued by Zinc Company.

    [1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made. My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK The deals aren’t the best. Let’s be honest here Vodafone hasn’t offered anything that’s making me feel like a valued customer. I don’t want to waste any more of my time with this company that’s not willing to put the customer first

    @VodafoneUK I am confused as to why I’m being charged for upgrading when I was told I would get my new phone with no upgrade charge through the early upgrade promise? Your customer service agents couldn’t clarify this for me over the phone.

    @VodafoneUK Worst Broadband service I have ever experienced. Was supposed to be activated on the 14th of Dec. Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.

That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.
