@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

@VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬
