    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Sorry to do this publicly but to be honest I’m sick of chasing your customer service and One Project to add my property to your database despite cabling my flat. Whilst it may not be a loss to Vodafone I will not be getting their broadband!

    @VodafoneUK Rather than selling sweets you should concentrate on getting services right. My internet in SW2 has been down for 2 days. Today I was told that there is an outage and it may be back by Monday. Totally unacceptable. I can’t work and I can’t access any online entertainment

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @Vodacom Help me!!! I haven't internet connection on the vodafone modem. Since 14.07.21 no internet at my home. We use internet packets on my mobil phone but it finish tomorrow. Therefore we want solve this problem. I oped the case on Vodafone Turkey.

    @VodafoneUK I ported from Vectone to Vodafone a month ago. Since then I have stopped receiving messages from everyone apart from Vodafone - banks, NHS, amazon, friends. Tried everything from talking to your customer care, performing a sim swipe, changing phones etc. to no avail.

    @VodafoneUK I feel like I've been a victim of the Fair Use policy (which I did not abuse) and Covid altogether. You know there is no way I can get to the UK at the moment, and now my PAYG service is disconnected and I'm stuck, and money lost. Not reasonable...

    @VodafoneUK customer service is appalling I’ve been lied to on chat then went into store and told incorrect info, then on the phone to them for over an hour which did not get resolved. Then 70 plus messages from Vodafone spamming me

    How **** is @VodafoneUK broadband..... My God, don't think they've honoured their "GUARANTEED" speed once since I've had the thing! Surely this is a breach of contract on their part and I'm within my rights to look elsewhere??

    @VodafoneUK your WiFi is garbage, paying a fair fee each month for slow connection and service which is regularly interrupted. My internet has been off for more than 48 hours now with no sign of changing, what can I do to fix ti?
