@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK customer service and overall experience dealing with Vodafone Uk is shockingly bad, a call system that is not fit for purpose and anyone with a ounce of customer service experience would see that. 2 hours 3 calls and still no voicemail. Chatbot broken 21st century??

@VodafoneUK I just can't emphasise how disgusted I feel with your lack of good customer service, the promises made of credit etc, think its time you ended my broadband contract without penalty due to you mis-selling product that doesn't work!

@VodafoneUK been with you 2 days signal coverage seems really poor. 1 bar on Blackpool promenade on an e sim (the full bars underneath is o2 on my work sim) anything I can try as it can’t be right

@DanielVassiliou @VodafoneUK We have exactly the same issue, our activation date was yesterday and still no internet or landline!! Been told it could take another 48hrs, we were on a plan already with them too! Absolutely disgraceful
