@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK #applewatch @AppleSupport 3 days, numerous "advisors", and reset/unpair my Watch many times while trying to get Vodafone to sort out the ability to get an eSim installed on the Watch! promised a call back within the hour (2 hours ago) and nothing!. Vodafone are poor!

@VodafoneUK What the hell is with Vodafones upgrade options?!?!?! 3 calls to enquire about upgrading to sim only deal 1 wk earlyl. 1st says cant be done, 2nd guy says have to cancel contract then call back when it ends next mnth. 3rd guy says id lose my no. so reinstated it. Wtf @VodafoneUK
