Just paid £164 to my phone bill with @VodafoneUK and now they’ve disconnected one of my devices.. worst mobile nectwork ever man!!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK I spent 20 mins with advisor this morning (Jenil) regarding issues with the Very Me Rewards. Jenil gave me a number to contact the rewards team but when I call the line is always closed! I’ve emailed and done webchat already. Can someone please just contact me ASAP😤

INSANITY! Phone gets locked and requires PUK. @VodafoneUK say they can't help as my number has moved to @SkyHelpTeam. But Sky, after we tried 2 new SIMs say I need to get the PUK from Vodafone. Another 30 minutes with them and they insist it's Sky who need to help. ENOUGH!

Dear @PostOffice. My mother in law is 80 and lives alone. She moved her line to @VodafoneUK. It is over a fortnight and her old number has not been transferred. @VodafoneUK have been helpful but have not received it. When I call you I am fobbed off and get nowhere. Please help!

Ordered a new phone from @VodafoneUK on Monday to be delivered by @DPDgroup_news on Tuesday. Received a message that there was a delay and would be resolved within 24 hours. Contacted Vodafone, unwilling to help. Contacted DPD, rearranged for today 8:30-10:30. Still not received?
