    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK Very poor service from you. Been trying to contact customer service for over a week. Eventually get to cancellation department online, get to No 4 in the Q, customer survey pops up and kicks you out. Want to speak to person, not online chat!!!

    @VodafoneUK I recommend that people do not buy services from Vodafone when it is for a vulnerable / elderly person. Their online ordering fails to provide additional of another named person on the account. In the event of installation issues they will not talk to you until the vulnerable
