    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @theBrokerList It's always down. And 4G runs at a pathetic 1mbps. I wouldn't recommend @VodafoneUK to anybody. And CS have told me there's no issues, even though people all over London report the same.

    @robbielockie @VodafoneUK @EE You're not alone. When 5G works it's great, but it rarely does. On 4G I'm getting speeds of 1mbps for a whole month now, and all they do is tell me there's no issue!

    @1scottishladdie @VodafoneUK So I switched to 3 from Vodafone and what I would say is whilst signal is pretty good in most places, where I work in soho is basically a dead zone for 3 despite my phone saying it has 4/5G it just doesn’t work. Sometimes cheaper isn’t better

    @VodafoneUK been unable to make / receive calls and use data services in Chelmsford for over 5 weeks. Confirmed there’s an issue by your shop yet no one at your customer services dept will confirm there’s an issue. Appalling service #nosignal #chelmsford #vodafone
