    @VodafoneUK gets all this money from customers yet they have their system glitching and down constant... It’s rubbish! Sooner my contract is up the better!!

    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @RobNoLastName @JamesJWYork I have an ongoing problem with @VodafoneUK that is now getting serious. And I'm angry. Had a mobile router thing. Can't contact them to cancel it so Email and cancel direct debit. They are now leaving 'unpaid ' markers on credit record.

    @VodafoneUK Not sure re router light but I logged in to the router and it says fibre is down. However the fibre point on the wall (the box which connects to the outside cable) has internet light on

    @a_defi_life @helium @VodafoneUK The Things Network is a significantly smaller network then Helium, they don’t have the crypto component incentivizing people to join like Helium does. Last I saw they only had about 20k nodes vs Helium’s 500k+

    @danfrost @VodafoneUK Literally never had a useful answer from one of those, and every time I've ever used one has made me think far, far less about the company pretending to help me

    @jbillers @JamesJWYork @VodafoneUK Very frustrating. I “owed” three for a contract that had expired. I kept trying to cancel but couldn’t. Eventually I cancelled the direct debit and changed the phone number they had for me.

    really poor service from @VodafoneUK. Eligible to upgrade using the AUP, but no-one will process.
