    @VodafoneUK Very poor service from you. Been trying to contact customer service for over a week. Eventually get to cancellation department online, get to No 4 in the Q, customer survey pops up and kicks you out. Want to speak to person, not online chat!!!

    @VodafoneUK WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Actually left in tears after waiting 40 mins to get through to VODAFONE AND THEY HANG UP ON ME!!!!!!

    @stupidythings @VodafoneUK Been with them since the days of the fixed car phone. No clock and today finally left them due to their woeful so called customer service.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the very worst of the worst. They wouldn't know a customer if one fell out of the sky and landed on them. Appalling shower. Hence leaving them this year after having been a customer since their early days, when car phones, not mobiles, were the thing.

    @VodafoneUK The deals aren’t the best. Let’s be honest here Vodafone hasn’t offered anything that’s making me feel like a valued customer. I don’t want to waste any more of my time with this company that’s not willing to put the customer first

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Is your network having trouble in Beverley East Yorkshire? the postcode is HU17 0LF. All week so far I have no internet or call signal, I also cannot send messages. sometimes it flicks to EDGE or H+ but not the 3g or 4g status checker says I should get.

    @VodafoneUK Cancelled my internet to come accross to you,been 3 days without internet as my date keeps moving back,no communication on anything, I work from home I feel so frustrated, this was a straightforward you taking over an existing line that there was no issue with

    @VodafoneUK Ive 2 hours sat trying to get through via phone / live chat to discuss my upgrade. I'd like to know if there is an email address / postal address where I can send a complaint please, the amount of hours spent on your website in the last 2w trying to sort is a joke!
