    @VodafoneUK WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Actually left in tears after waiting 40 mins to get through to VODAFONE AND THEY HANG UP ON ME!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK @ThatEquineGirl Same issue here. All offers on Voda seem to be 36mth contracts and massively more expensive for Pixel 6 compared with Pixel 7 at CPW. Plus nowhere near the Inc data either. It's just ridiculous

    Hi @VodafoneUK any chance I can speak to a UK based manager. I’ve never been able to get 5 G on my phone, it’s 5G capable and your tech teams have been hopeless in the 9 months it’s taken so far. Still no 5G

    @VodafoneUK most shocking company the people that work at Vodafone don't have the permission to communicate with there own back end team most shocking customer service they have no idea how to treat the customers

    @VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

    @VodafoneUK No I had power switched off while work was being done but my phone was only getting a 3G signal, occasionally hitting 4G
