@VodafoneUK urgent issue. Three network numbers cannot contact my Vodafone number. It is saying it is unrecognisable, yet they can text me. I can ring Three network numbers but they cannot ring me. Maybe some routing files were not transferred over from Three mobile to Vodafone?

@VodafoneUK Customer service advisors are unable to put me through to unlocking dept. Also unable to explain why 2 previous colleagues have been through exactly the same process and failed. Unable to say why it will work this time. Unable to provide anything other than wait another 10 days.
