Anyone in #Coventry who gets a mailer from @CityFibre / @VodafoneUK DO NOT sign up for their broadband service. It’s so buggy & since having it installed 3 weeks ago, I’ve spent over 4 hours to customer service and still nothing 😭 Wish I had stayed with @skytv

@VodafoneUK It wasn’t a disconnection I was hung up on multiple times, I have been robbed of £2880 over a 2 year period I don’t think you have even bothered to read my tweets once this is sorted you have lost a customer and hopefully any good reputation @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup
