    @VodafoneUK when promised repeatedly this month sort out my installation (initially due 07/12) with a new date, only to be told of one **** up after another at each call to wait another 24 hrs. CEO complaint needed to get sorted I feel! 😧

    @VodafoneUK please can you help. New broadband installed in office on 14th Jan. Still not working, your technical team haven’t got a clue what’s going on, keep trying to send engineer after engineer out, but either dont show or don’t anything. Over 2 weeks of employees not being-

    @VodafoneUK terrible service yet again the Wi-Fi expert was rude and obnoxious said nothing he could do we have the Wi-Fi dropping out 5 times an hour is normal nothing they can do.

    @VodafoneUK Bit of a farce with your broadband. Booked for my elderly mother, turned up to connect but there was an issue. Spoke to your support chat..advised you were coming Saturday.. no one arrived. Then told a totally different story yesterday!

    @vodafoneuk Hi, please don't turn off the 3G network in England. There are places in which I can still only get 3G, the internet works on this. If the 3G network is removed, I will no longer have internet access there and will complain. Thank you.

    @VodafoneUK For some reason, my direct debit for my device plan was cancelled (not by me), it’s due tomorrow as far as I know, how do I go about sorting it because obviously that’s a big problem if you’re unable to take the payment on time.
