Dear @VodafoneUK I'm trying to cancel a broadband installation due in a week's time, and your agent is telling me it's too late! I'm moving, so it will be pretty pointless installing it, especially as we can cancel within 14 days of going live. I'm trying to help you here!

@VodafoneUK I'm on a contract with Vodafone and my phone has stopped connecting to the network. I was told max. 6 days when you collected it, then max 10 days. Now I'm just told 'as soon as possible' and that you can't supply a new one. Is this standard Vodafone service?
