@VodafoneUK are the WORST broadband providers in the UK. Hands down. No Internet for more than 3 hours and 2 of those spent doing troubleshooting and STILL no answer after online chat and phone chats. Joke. Never ever go with them.

My Vodafone Sure Signal just popped and now makes a rattling sound, so probably fuse inside is gone. This is a known issue with these devices. Vodafone are turning them all off this year anyway. Just sad because I don't have great signal in my flat! @VodafoneUK
