@VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply.. but unacceptable service from a contact centre style business…who are now palming off loyal customers with robot chats & then get palmed off to a service advisor who palms me off to someone else! I could have driven between Birmingham & Glasgow in 4hrs!

Trying to upgrade on @VodafoneUK website. The only advice is a "bot" you may aswell pee into the wind. Wesite should just stick to whats in page instead of trying to mess with you. Try order phone £31 trade in discount to be confonted by £46 bill. Nobody available to help
