@VodafoneUK took advantage of your Black Friday deal but moving to your network has been the worst mobile change experience I have had in 35 years. You’ve managed to retain a customer for just 1day Well done. Off to the shop to cancel contract as you can even do that online

@O2 Been trying for 3 days to give you my PAC code. No chat, or phone lines available and the online form is not working. Thinking of staying with @VodafoneUK but can't get through someone to cancel the contract now. Wow.

@VodafoneUK Their automated system wants a number, except the number I had with them was ported out to another provider so that doesn't work. The number has since been taken on my employers into their account - with @VodafoneUK! So getting through to collections (?) is proving difficult.

Having a nightmare in Spain with Vodafone. Impossible to log into account because Vodafone security texts not coming through. They have not provided any alternative option except stupid computer bot @VodafoneUK
