@NickNairn @VodafoneUK I'm now out of my contract with Vodafone and now have a new provider. Vodafone's broadband is the WORST EVER. I complained every time and basically they only ever said it's working normally. Vodafone should be BANNED from being a provider.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone seems to be broken today. Website tells my wife she has a £400+ bill on a/c but when I ring Vodafone they have no explanation as they can't see it (it's a payg a/c). I don't see how a bill arises on a payg a/c. She has no other phone.
