  • EllieGeog GeograTea (@EllieGeog) reported

@VodafoneUK I've never experienced customer service as poor as I've done with you today. Over 3 hours later, still no resolution to a failed broadband connection, trying to cancel a SIM and now being told I have to go in person to a store to prove my identity. Ridiculous.

  • pompeyhedge ed francis (@pompeyhedge) reported

@Bedford_Hatter @VodafoneUK Don't do it. Their service is deteriorating, zero customer service and bills rocketing, for this pleasure.

  • ducky79 Mark Allard (@ducky79) reported

@VodafoneUK it’s still not working. 4 days now! What’s happening and when can we expect to get a signal again?? This is rather frustrating now.

  • Danjones_uk Dan Jones (@Danjones_uk) reported

On the phone to @vmbusinesshelp to chase up what they're going to do to fix my dodgy broadband only for @VodafoneUK signal to switch between 2G and 3G every 30 seconds or so... what a mess.

  • KenyanMoe KenyanMoe (@KenyanMoe) reported

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK It’s nothing to do with merging networks, all tube stations had public Wi-Fi available, this was provided by Virgin Media. You would join the network, then pick your provider and log in, giving you access to the web. Vodafone have taken over from Virgin, providing this service.
