@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the very worst of the worst. They wouldn't know a customer if one fell out of the sky and landed on them. Appalling shower. Hence leaving them this year after having been a customer since their early days, when car phones, not mobiles, were the thing.

@VodafoneUK Very poor service from you. Been trying to contact customer service for over a week. Eventually get to cancellation department online, get to No 4 in the Q, customer survey pops up and kicks you out. Want to speak to person, not online chat!!!

@VodafoneUK I want to return a £50 SIM I have talking on the cat for 1 hr & I have never experienced such incompetence! I have not activated the SIM. Why would I top it up? Why send a security pin to a phone number you know I haven't activated?

Inspired by @joelycett I have just responded to an email from Donna, Business Development Executive at @VodafoneUK who has offered to ‘Better Connect’ me and my business. Being able to get Vodafone mobile phone signal inside my house would be a good starting point Donna 🤔

Have been told my broadband would be activated on the 15th December which did not happen, then again on the 29th which did not happen, been told that it is now going to be 31st when I get the next update!! @VodafoneUK is saying it is @OpenreachHelp fault. #customerservice #fail
