@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the very worst of the worst. They wouldn't know a customer if one fell out of the sky and landed on them. Appalling shower. Hence leaving them this year after having been a customer since their early days, when car phones, not mobiles, were the thing.

Hi @VodafoneUK ... OK, so I reached my data limit and M-- from your customer service team rang up and asked me if I wanted to add a bigger data packet to my plan. Does this affect how I'm charged for roaming, if I do? He said not. I'm unconvinced. Isn't this a contract change?
