.@VodafoneUK FINALLY got “free” succulents from month ago & loads broken. Less plants & more propagation. Expected more from YouGarden & yourself. All 3 boxes contained broken succulents. Basically leaves. Packaging should’ve protected so think they were broken b4 sent out.

@VodafoneUK Erm, no. Let’s keep this public. Explain why, if I failed to notify Vodafone that I wanted to cancel/change my rate would be the same as it currently is. The ‘bundle’ was airtime and handset, the handset had been paid and ownership is now mine.

@VodafoneUK right Vodafone broadband in kidsgrove,stoke on trent is half speed...infact its terrible. Online check says its good. In person: ping 34+, Jitter 175 =ms, download 11.1mbps,upload1.4mbps. Its suppoed to be much much faster.

Terrible service from @VodafoneUK , it seems that their systems have serious limitations in how they can ACTUALLY help their customers. Instead I am now on day 3 of waiting for a call back, despite several calls to Vodafone from myself.
