They wouldn't know a customer if one fell out of the sky and landed on them. Appalling shower. Hence leaving them this year after having been a customer since their early days, when car phones, not mobiles, were the thing.

Eventually get to cancellation department online, get to No 4 in the Q, customer survey pops up and kicks you out. Want to speak to person, not online chat!!!

Stupidly we decided to take out broadband with Vodafone too. Installed on 6th March. Still not connected. Shocking service.

Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.
