@AdmirRusidovic @VodafoneUK I can’t believe how bad their service is? They asked me to DM them. I did. they said their only social media rep and gave me a number to call? Did that. Again Egypt, shouting and threatening me to put notes on my account saying I’m to blame?

As I reach the two hour marker on a call with @VodafoneUK I’m wondering whether anyone in Vodafone Management would put up with this nonsense. Guess I’ll never know because Vodafone Management are better protected than the Royal Family #badservice

@VodafoneUK @crispybear1 A few days ago your customer support told me to text my pin to some number as that is how you apparently get your PAK code. But it didn't work 😕
