    @VodafoneUK WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Actually left in tears after waiting 40 mins to get through to VODAFONE AND THEY HANG UP ON ME!!!!!!

    Ok, so @VodafoneUK are arbitrarily retiring the SureSignal service. I wonder if we get a refund on the hardware we bought? Despite the "We've improved our network" blurb there's no reliable signal here. Interesting side effect: that removes the one tie I have to Vodafone

    So @VodafoneUK I have just received a message saying my sure signal will be deactivated in 60 days! I live in an area that signal is non existent!!! Why are you stopping my sure signal box??? It’s an emergency I have access to calls, WiFi calling is not my answer!! Unfair, Help

    @VodafoneUK does anyone know if when a company is not able to provide a service can you cancel your contract FOC? My phone has been down for 8 weeks now and still no date when the problem in my area will be fixed
