    @VodafoneUK Very poor service from you. Been trying to contact customer service for over a week. Eventually get to cancellation department online, get to No 4 in the Q, customer survey pops up and kicks you out. Want to speak to person, not online chat!!!

    @VodafoneUK I managed to speak to someone the phone after many attempts. The local cell tower to me has been having issues in the UB5 area. Lucky me as my Virgin broadband is also down so I’m double infuriated.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, my mobile data isn't working and has been so weak for ages. I'm on a red bundle unlimited plan and it's been disappointing. As a key worker I'm having to rely on slow public WiFi. Could you look into this please and let me know what my options are?
