@VodafoneUK - it's not good form for your sales staff to talk of problems with @iD_Mobile_UK and then refuse to say what they are. You're now likely to lose a long standing customer when my contract ends in January. I'll go with the very helpful and personable staff I had at ID.

@VodafoneUK I’ve done all your trouble shooting steps ..im sick of doing them your mobile broadband service is completely hit and miss and I can’t get a straight answer as to why this could be . If it was a fault at my end I would imagine it wouldn’t be as intermittent as it is
