    @VodafoneUK gets all this money from customers yet they have their system glitching and down constant... It’s rubbish! Sooner my contract is up the better!!

    @VodafoneUK The deals aren’t the best. Let’s be honest here Vodafone hasn’t offered anything that’s making me feel like a valued customer. I don’t want to waste any more of my time with this company that’s not willing to put the customer first

    @mdg______ @VodafoneUK I had the worst time trying to cancel my daughters phone which I paid for . I received threats of bailiffs before they even started to listen ! Dreadful company

    @VodafoneUK I was a previous customer and in September I paid my last bill, well I thought I had. My contract ended and I ported my number to a new provider and I was then charged again in October.

    Not happy @VodafoneUK. I agree a new broadband contract on the phone at £19 per month. When the contract document comes through, the price is £22 per month. When I query this with your call centre, apparently there is nothing that can be done. Poor customer service!

    You make it hard to contact customer services about broadband problems @VodafoneUK . No email address, your chatbot won't talk to me unless I have a vodafone mobile, so can only wait on hold on the phone. Why does my broadband routinely go down at 12:07am? #BroadbandFail
