@1edmountain @VodafoneUK So - why don’t we adopt the same connectivity delivery system as abroad ? When we go abroad we use a number of different networks as we move . Using our own which is @VodafoneUK for me I have no issues with them - I would say coverage affects all UK mobile providers.

@MartinSLewis How can I get @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya to fix my broadband? I was falsely promised better coverage from an upgrade that doesn't actually work? Many calls and messages with no serious reply or solution other than upgrade further at extra cost to me.

@VodafoneUK I've sorted that but found an issue. One of the contracts seems to be in contract until Jan 2023. But the device contract would've run out maybe 18 months ago. How is it tied into a contract. Surely it should've gone month to month ages ago.

Shocking customer service @VodafoneUK Forgot to take direct debit; then have trouble taking payment over the phone; then take twice. To be told they can’t give the second payment back I have to claim through my bank. Utterly shocking behaviour
