@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK This route to resolution DOES NOT WORK from past experience.....you just NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR DREADFUL customer service.....I am moving to another provider as I am out of contract....can't be putting up with the stress of your call centres
