@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK Problem is previous tenant already cancelled his account more than 30 days ago, why am I still blocked, even when getting a service with another ISP? Previous account owner confirmed he has cancelled the account, but Vodafone hasn’t done it properly.

@lebara @VodafoneUK since porting my number on Monday I have no service and cannot make calls or text. Being strung around by customer service but need this sorting NOW. I am going abroad in 8 hours and need data to get around. I will leave this network if not resolved soon.

@VodafoneUK Ok Tim, I ve been with Vodafone for over 10years. Your coverage in North West is terrible. While other providers offer stable 4G or 5G you have barely 4G - in most of Lake District none. Each July and August is another bug in the coverage. 1/3

@VodafoneUK As pay as you go customer I had at least 5 calls a month asking to swap to pay monthly, had to reach up to the management for these calls to stop. Your product doesn’t work and you are overpriced. That’s why! 3/3

@VodafoneUK The signal is there but you can’t call or accept calls, messages undelivered in the centre of town such as Keswick. Customer care doesnt care at all. Last time I spoke with somebody who didn’t even know where Lake District is. 2/3

Thinking of using @VodafoneUK for fibre broadband? Don’t waste your time. 900Mbps line has been running at 3Mbps for over a week. Their customer support is completely useless.
