@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

so the @VodafoneUK phone bot thing now just hangs up on you if it decides that the team you want to speak to are unavailable? Well that's a truly fresh kind of hell to experience when sitting on hold was already bad enough...

@VodafoneUK trying to upgrade but can't anymore till my agreement ends. Customer retention does exist anymore 1 hour of my life wasted even though I was told in December I could upgrade in October. Its OK plenty more providers I can spend £2500 on 3 contracts

@VodafoneUK I want to cancel broadband & landline. I’ve only been with you 4 month but am constantly billed incorrectly, the broadband is intermittent and I’ve spent an age on live chat with no success. I can’t even call for help as it just disconnects because you’re busy.

@VodafoneUK It’s been going on for 3 weeks now. One minute it works and the next nothing is loading. It’s so frustrating as it still states I have full signal and 4G but nothing works. Phone is an IPhone 11 Pro Max. Thank you
