@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK Vodafone UK are happy to not only not provide a service but then are happy to charge you for wanting to move on because you have no service. They did this to my mother after she lost my father and could make phone calls to sort out his estate.

@VodafoneUK Nothing you can do. I have literally just put the phone down after nearly two hours. Waste of time. Just to cancel. Thank heavens for Scottish David in the cancellation team who put my faith back in people doing their job properly.
