@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK You really are a joke. Just tried calling the complaints number to make a complaint, but it does not recognise the landline number for the broadband. So I can’t make a complaint. When is someone going to intervene in this and end this misery?

@VodafoneUK Hi in brief no a happy Vodafone customer , have had constant Broadband issues before and this week still not resolved and have called 3 times today currently on hold with you for an HOUR and half hour twice before hanging up ! This is ridiculous..you have 10 mins

@VodafoneUK I got a new contract in November and a new phone and it's still not come. They offered me a coffee as compensation. I blame myself was the same nonsense last time I renewed my contract. Worst customer service I've ever seen as well.

@VodafoneUK can someone please resolve broadband issue! In excess of 8 hours of phone calls since installation on Monday 10Jan with no resolution! Now told another 3 working days! Unable to talk to relevant team old they will contact us! Seriously poor service
