@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK @jackptyler335 Stop having people check your network status through your website. This map only shows the area your network covers, and this has nothing to do with the fact that you may have a problem with signal quality.

@VodafoneUK broadband fibre installation has cost me a full day off of work and a nightmare few days!! Absolutely horrendous customer service. Hours on chat, hours on hold on phone and still messed everything up for me!!

So…..between @plusnet broadband being down and @VodafoneUK signal being slower than a week in the jail, my working day has been utterly wasted. ANY chance either could be fixed for purpose tomorrow folks?!?

@VodafoneUK I have never had such bad customer support. I am a new customer and have been on hold for 25 mins and your chat bot straight up doesn't work. How the hell can this be acceptable. I will be advising EVERYONE never to go with Vodafone. This is crazy
