@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@O2 my 4g has got steadily worse for the last 3 years. My call signal is non-existent. I don't have the 4g capability to connect a video doorbell. Having to use a PAYG @VodafoneUK similar card to install it. It's pathetic

@VodafoneUK I’m in a Vodafone store with a wonderful man Fernando trying cancel my sim data only card. I’ve been trying to cancel myself for months. Fernando has been transferred four times by VF customer service. Now they want to send a pin to a data only sim!!
