    @VodafoneUK Tried to sign up for your broadband earlier as an existing customer through the app, got to the last part and it kept saying there was an error and to try again later. Tried now online but the package is dearer. Can you help get the package at the original cost?

    @VodafoneUK Live chat is broken and no one is answering the phones once you find you way around the maze of call system. I should be able to do this online without spending ages trying to talk to a human.

    Absolute nightmare with @VodafoneUK , they had saved on the 2345 a card detail. Still wont remove it. So we have to cancel the card. I'd call the call centre fraud centre more like... Really fed up with them
