It feels like @virginmedia and @VodafoneUK are having some weird competition to decide who has the most inept and frustrating customer experience competition. No one is perfect but to be this consistently terrible is almost admirable.

@VodafoneUK after 1 store visit, 2 phone calls to customers services, 1 bot , these things I know The store staff are not interested in helping, The call centre says I'm a very important customer, the weather is hot in Asia, but nobody can tell me when my phone will arrive.

@VodafoneUK why stop my data and then send me a text giving me a URL which requires data to use. My data has been off for more than 24 hours unfortunately your support isn’t available 24hours. Good job - you are fast catching up with talk-talk’s crap customer service

@VodafoneUK I set up a direct debit when I took out my contract. Why have I just had a text to say payment overdue & you’ve added £5 when you’ve not attempted to take money.. nor tell me there was any issue with the direct debit. I’m not having £5 added for your incompetence
