    @VodafoneUK Vodafone worst customer service and I would never go back or even recommend them to anyone.

    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

    @VodafoneUK please help me. I should have had my new broadband working yesterday but nothing and still nothing. I have tried the online but it keeps cutting out. If its easier, please cancel my agreement and I will try elsewhere. I do need WiFi

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disheartened by my experience today - can’t get to speak to someone who can do something - everything has to be logged onto the system in the hope they will pick it up. 30+ years as a Vodafone customer is likely to be coming to an end.

    @VodafoneUK 4g not working again in BS21 I am so glad my contract is up tomorrow so I can move to EE what an awful service you have @VodafoneUK, pure rubbish

    Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst

    All mobile providers are crap bar signing contracts but really, I waltz into @VodafoneUK to buy a Samsung tablet, at first, "pick it up 2 days" , then, the no reply emails start; 1st another 4 days, then 4 more days, then 10 days, now another 10 days Arrrrghhh. F'king useless
