    @SueSal41757 @VodafoneUK Hope your son got some answers and sent some of those online chats to his email address. The customer care service is better when you ring them, but hard to do when they have unfairly restricted the phone line, cutting off all communication was a matter of life or death for me.

    @tommmbtw @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK EE do a 30 day service that's £1 more expensive than their 12 month service, so that could be a no-brainer... and you should expect to have 14 days cooling-off period if the service ain't great.

    @SueSal41757 @VodafoneUK That's v bad customer service, yes you can spend hours trying to get through to the right department. I stood in a payphone for 3 hours trying to get through to various departments who put me on hold - then the line went dead, cut me off after waiting so long, was ill next day.

    @VodafoneUK @TomMurphyTM continues to work hard 12 hour days when he should be doing 7, he needs a new phone so he can make his current one his work phone so he can shut it down at the end of the day and switch off fully.
