    @VodafoneUK I am really trying to upgrade my sim deal and every time I use your website either on desktop or my mobile, the button on the website doesn't work - a no entry sign appears. I have tried for the last week daily. Come on! Please sort the back-end of your website out.

    @VodafoneUK I agree. Access to the internet is essential - especially when both adults are working from home and three kids are at home in the summer hols. We switched our broadband to you 5 days ago. Still no internet connection though. When will you fix this?
