Fran 💚 (@bonnieofclyde) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

really.. who cares!! (@mugen112) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Feel your pain. Tv license people for me were horrible.. "will there still be a tv in the house" the thoughtlessness
-
Jane Gilbert (@agonydoc) reportedShocking service from @VodafoneUK - the #bereavement team spent so long transferring my deceased father's account that it triggered defaults and intimidating threats of legal action and cutting off the mobile, broadband and home line of a vulnerable, grieving 89 year old woman
-
Gray Jones (@GrayJon44548451) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK After my contract ended with Vodafone, they continued to take money out of my account for 8 months. I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.
-
left blank (@leftblank111) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I closed a buisness accou t with them and it took 9 months of chasing to have the account classed as closed on my credit file!!
-
BayoX (@realbayoX) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Imagine destroying someone’s credit over a contract you cancelled yourself. That’s not customer service, that’s a side quest.
-
dash (@dashiellwood) reported@VodafoneUK your fraud line connects directly to the regular customer phone line - do you have an actual contact number for the fraud team?
-
Bruce Danton (@BruceD16659) reported@davegarryfish @AvantiWestCoast @VodafoneUK Very bad there then too?

🅲🅷🆁🅸🆂 🚜🚛 (@rigga_mortis) reported@306notout @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Shame you've not got Connect Fibre Matt (UK call centre), just moved to them with 1Gb up and down, and going over to Sky Ultra for TV in a couple of weeks - I know its not always about money, but £50 less per month is worth it.
