@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

@VodafoneUK instead they sent people to collect money... please look into matter ..this absolutely wrong.. They changed the plan as of their own never informed me with any short of message..on asking no reply..hence I did not done payment unless cleared ..

@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.
