@VodafoneUK hi, I have put an order in on the 13/07 to upgrade my broadband. This is the second time I've tried to do this, and the second time no one has been in touch, and no upgrade has happened. I don't know what the problem is with my plan to upgrade!

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK your customer services is an embarrassment. I have invested 4 hours in the past 2 days trying to simply close a pay monthly account I no longer use! It’s not difficult surely to press a button! I think customer services needs investment!

@VodafoneUK but I get promised speeds!! But when faceplate is back on master socket I lose 20mnps and I have a landline. Also screwed up my home move took them 4 days after home move to actually cancel service at previous address shockingly poor, looking to leave after 16 years
