    @RichardHitchc18 @VodafoneUK In all fairness—Despite feedback, the South-Asian gentleman was efficient. Call quality was atrocious, but the phonetic alphabet got us through the call. Astoundingly bad infrastructure for a company that once prided itself on being … oh, what's that expression? "World-beating"?

    @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre me and my housemate have spent 4 months waiting for fibre broadband to be installed, and last night the dongle we've been using for wi-fi died. I'm having to use my phone as a hotspot to get even *some* connection. Please help us get back online.
