    @samsonbx @VodafoneUK @CityFibre It seems to be chinese whispers multiple steps down the chain to any sort of engineering team with days of round trip time.

    @VodafoneUK I would love to know how many of your service tickets are actually marked as resolved because consumers cannot be bothered. Your process is so complex, with so many steps to resolve simple issues, that I am losing interest every time

    @VodafoneUK Sooooo I just don't get it when a particular phone is a 36 month and comes with a 24 month 2gig of data. What am I missing this is proven to be very miss leading to a customer

    It’s funny how when @VodafoneUK are trying to sell you something they ring every 30mins, when there’s a problem they call you once every 3 hours. And you can’t ring back.
