@VodafoneUK please can someone call me about my awful WIFI. Fed up of calling weekly and it being raised with the highest tech team - to then get a text saying it's 'fixed' the next day. Don't have time to be calling on a weekly basis. Please DM for my number. 🙄

@VodafoneUK You're not busier than normal, it's always this way. I've been on to the tech team 4 times since Sunday. Done the same checks each time. Got told it must be my phone. Sent it back. Just been told its a known issue. Honestly, I'm livid. It's shocking service.

@VodafoneUK still pathetic service in Ipswich town centre. The link showing coverage, doesn’t work if you have no signal. My bill is going up, my phone is 5G ready. Barely gets 3G.

@JessicaGabb @VodafoneUK Honestly they've been asking me to do the same thing since Sunday, then reset then back into the queue. Yesterday I sent my iPhone back, after being told it wasn't a network issue. Today after insisting on a manager, I'm told its a general effing issue! Arggggggggggg

@VodafoneUK Yeah they won't do nothing Quidco don't care, as a incentive was offered i'm now fully in my rights to cancel even though it's been more than 14 days, ofcourse i don't want to do that but i will if it isn't sorted. Quidco say it is Vodafone who declined it.
