    I cannot describe how utterly hopeless @VodafoneUK support is. Every month I call and get different stories about getting a VAT invoice - they stopped making available online. Just been holding for 44mins for the resolution team. Turns out their resolution is to just cut me off.

    @VodafoneUK I've been in contact with my new network provider. They're saying everything is OK. I'm trying a sim swap. If it doesn't work, I'm going to have to have a new number. Not happy as I've only ever had one number since owning a mobile. 20+ years

    @VodafoneUK I would class Vodafone one of the worst organisations in the world, I literally opened my phone when getting out of the airport and was charged £6.85 for doing so, no data used, I've been with you for 20 years, I'll definitely be changing when my contract ends
