    @VodafoneUK here's a great idea. Stop cutting off your customers' ability to sms in places where you still don't provide proper network signal. Especially as #pandemic Test & Trace is by sms. & 2-step verification is becoming essential for, like, everything.

    @VodafoneUK stole over £500 from me by over billing and now refusing to give me a PAC code so I can move to another provider. Not sure if it’s simple incompetence but either way I won’t be returning. To anyone out there do not use them. Awful company

    @VodafoneUK 2/3 ...as you have just cancelled my vodafone contract out of the blue. I had been a vodafone contract customer for over 2 years and never missed a single payment but you choose to disconnect my phone line without notice. I also have a refund due too... #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I’ve dropped you a DM for what it’s worth. The reliability of Vodafone broadband is the worst I’ve ever encountered - even when it is on it is so slow. Locked in on contract and seems little I can do. I’m certain @BT @sky can do so much better.

    @VodafoneUK what are you doing about the awful 3g/4g in Homerton/East London? The whole ambulance services iPads run on Vodafone and we've been struggling for months now. My two colleagues have Vodafone phones and are hotspotting off my EE 4g constantly as can't load even Google
