@VodafoneUK Then someone messed with my address which resulted in me needing an ID check. I have been a customer since the very beginning of the company but that doesn’t seem to count. I don’t have time to be on hold for literally hours. If anyone wants to help, ring me tomorrow. Thanks

@MuhammedAB_ @VodafoneUK Tell us all about your case. My landline has been broke for over a month. I have paid Vodafone for that service but after doing line checks that confirmed a fault they have done nothing.
