    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve just spent 55 minutes being put on hold by your incompetent C/S and then cut off! Am am eligible for 6mths free Discovery+ offer but when I sign up for it it says I am not a ‘pay monthly’ customer. I AM A PAY MONTHLY CUSTOMER!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

    @VodafoneUK #OpenReach Why does my son have 2wait 4over 10 weeks to get his new broadband supplied by u guys? He’s a brand new customer, in a house that has NO broadband atm, how can he work from home without any internet? This is NOT good customer service, he is NOT very happy😳

    @trapdoor456 @virginmedia Companies are awful, when my mum died we went to @VodafoneUK with her death certificate to close her account and they kept telling us that only the account holder can do that. How can she do that when she’s dead? They gave us so much hassle, I’ve never recommended them since
