    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely horrendous 2 hours online to complete a upgrade , nothing in store today as promised, to be told on pending! So far 4 hours of my life never getting back!!!!

    @worcestercourt @VodafoneUK Mine isn’t working either. Hasn’t been for 3 days! Trouble shooting does nothing they need to get the network fixed! This happened a couple months ago too!

    @VodafoneUK you customer service is horrendous. When I joined I complained multiple times and now I'm trying to leave, you're making it as difficult as possible. Absolutely awful

    @VodafoneUK awful service from you today really disappointed only looking to upgrade no one available when a rang then got rejected on the app only been with you since the 90s so obviously a risk how bad to treat a loyal customer for that many years and looking to renew !

    @VodafoneUK nearly a month without services(broadband) and yet I still have to wait until the 6th Sep for an engineer & the 9th Sep when I'll be switched on.. I signed up nearly 3 weeks ago.. shocking service really is..

    6. & data wasn’t changed Where is the communication among your customer service support @VodafoneUK ? This is extremely frustrating. Over 3months without a phone and all you guys care about is your monthly payments for a device you even claim has not being bought from you….

    @vodafoneservice @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK , Are UR IT guys stupid? If you do not allow to pay the bill via app & deactivate in the profile, how a customer is able to pay the bill ? Do you want to loose customers due to UR Stupid program managers ?
