    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    @VodafoneUK your instant chat is not very instant. Terrible transfer process, delays in responses, agent typing for 2 mins for a ten word line. The Customer Experience is awful. Now chatting with Malik for 4 minutes (4th person in 40 mins) who is yet to say hello.

    @EE I have an English number with @VodafoneUK but I am currently living abroad. Because of their changes, I want to leave them. But I would like to keep this number. Is it possible to keep it but changing the service to you? And how can I do it please? (Especially, at distance).

    @VodafoneUK absolutely furious. Had an on going complaint which hasn't been resolved. Just received my bill for this month and you've practically doubled my bill! Your service is shocking and your online chat is a useless service!

    2 hours trying to buy a Galaxy Smart Watch on @VodafoneUK. After numerous attempts at registering my account. It still won't allow me to proceed. 45 min on the phone and the line just cuts because "Tony" has the answers.... your service is a joke.
