    @VodafoneUK Vodafone worst customer service and I would never go back or even recommend them to anyone.

    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    Bought a second hand galaxy S10 on marketplace advertised as unlocked, it wasn't requested NUC @vodafone @VodafoneUK 10 days later nothing. Contacted them this morning and instead of trying to help and unlock the phone they tried to get me to switch. Ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK why have I paid 9.99 delivery between 8am and 10 am when it goes not leave the depot u.tull 9.30 and I live over a hour away from depot . I want my money back and to cancel my new phone order

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

    What is going on @VodafoneUK ? Ever since you bought @ThreeUK your network has been awful. An Edge signal in the middle of @LoveMeadowhall ?!! Frequent zero throughput, degraded signal strength *everywhere*. It's like going back in time 20 years!
