    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    Do you ever answer the phone (191) @VodafoneUK ? You e sent a text saying that my @SpotifyUK will end in 10 days unless I pay an extra £9.99 a month! I’m under contract with entertainment till 13/01/22 so makes no sense! Appalling customer service!

    @VodafoneUK disappointing service by uour sales team..Wanted to move my number across from a different network and the sales team screwed up. Not only I lost my number I paid 10£ for waiting on the customer service line to sort your mess out.Issue still unresolved!! Unbelievable

    @VodafoneUK I imagine it's made your hold-time stats look very good, but are you tracking how many people have their calls ended by the bot before they've even spoken to someone? My guess is those stats look terrible. This is a classic case of optimising for the wrong thing.

    @VodafoneUK You can resolve this by stopping your phone bot from ending the call after a customer has been on hold for just one minute.

    @VodafoneUK Hi i hope they sort my signal issues out🤢🤮🤮🤢🤕!!! Paying top dollar and getting a poor service!!. No call back when they said they would ring me . ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
