@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

@VodafoneUK I have a new router and it doesn’t support my 2.4 smart plugs as it’s a 5GHz. It’s says dual on the router but when I asked Vodafone they said that it was only 5. so now I have a load of smart plugs that don’t work! The old network worked!

Hi @VodafoneUK ... OK, so I reached my data limit and M-- from your customer service team rang up and asked me if I wanted to add a bigger data packet to my plan. Does this affect how I'm charged for roaming, if I do? He said not. I'm unconvinced. Isn't this a contract change?

@damianb4821 @VodafoneUK Eventually. They admitted it was their fault. Rectified the record (on the second attempt) and paid some compensation. Not a great customer experience!

@VodafoneUK are use having an issues in the Glasgow area, I havnt got any 4G (having to connect to WiFi) not getting text messages through and when people try to phone me it's going to voicemail ?
