@VodafoneUK How can I get my internet fixed?! You've not provided me with service for 25 days now. My fault has just gone back to the "third line team" for the third time and still I am being told to "be patient and expect an update within 48 working hours"

@JesssicaAF @VodafoneUK to be fair to vodafone, we haven't had an issue, ever. But then, I can throw a stone at the exchange from inside my living room haha! I've just done the requested reset, so will see in about 30mins (or the morning if wine gets the better of me)

@JesssicaAF @VodafoneUK Have a glass on me :D I work in IT and many moons ago, qualified as a BT engineer. Had my fair share of problems in the past, and mostly, the problem boils down to the OpenReach network rather than the provider. Just a shame we have to jump through the Support hoops.

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK try dealing with @virginmedia customer complaints....absolute joke! Part of their email yesterday told me the resolution was they'd 'educated' us. Shame they had all.facts wrong

@VodafoneUK if I provide you with an IMEI number, are you able to tell if it’s locked to your network? The phone was bought around 2014 🙈

@PalaDinuka @VodafoneUK Yeah they robbed me of 3 months of my life talking to their super incompetent customer service team. My goddaughter is 8 and she could do a better job!

@VodafoneUK please can you explain why I keep being passed for pillar to post when trying to sort my internet out ? I’ve been told numerous problems which seem to change each phone call. Im a key working and I need my internet. I’ve even offered to pay for the engineer to come.!!

@VodafoneUK Don't worry, figured it out - for some reason plugging my work iPhone (which *is* on Vodafone) into my desktop PC's USB socket caused Windows to recognise it as a network adaptor.

@VodafoneUK it is a shame for you to steal from your customers when they missed the contract expire date and keep overcharging them! My plan was phone+sim and I have noticed that it has expired December 2020. You never let me know and kept charging £80. This is stealing! Shameful
