    @TimHotham @VodafoneUK Vodafone have the worst customer services, when you call up it all just seems a waste of time. I’ve been putting a call off for weeks as I end up losing my temper with the incompetency of the call handlers 🤬🤯 Hope you get sorted Tim x

    How is it that a speed test shows a good speed but in reality it's so slow. Regretting moving to @VodafoneUK for their broadband. Shocking service. Much better on @SkyUK which uses the same lines. Clearly some harsh traffic management policies.

    @VodafoneUK Contract up for renewal on 26th Feb. Want to early upgrade to get the S21 offer (expiring 25th Feb) and denied! One CS rep would be possible a few weeks back and now today CS said rules have changed! Please help

    @VodafoneUK really are a bunch of incompetent bellends. You should actually be embarrassed about 1)the company you work for and 2) in some of your cases the level of incompetence you continue to show. It’s so bad some of you should use fake names when replying to messages
