    @windsurfingfish @VodafoneUK I imagine the issue is similar to Virgin Medias last week. Seemed to be an issue with their DNS server. To all intents and purposes, the router was connected to the internet, just couldn't resolve most websites... The router thinks it's connected, so the 4G backup won't kick in.

    @VodafoneUK It’s so frustrating since 7 in the morning trying to find fault at our end. Why didn’t you send a text informing of the issue.

    @VodafoneUK Was a replacement SIM for a lost/stolen. Filled in the activation form on the 6th, agents keep saying an escalation has been raised but still no service. 😭
