    @VodafoneUK Had your fibre package installed Tuesday. Internet fine. Landline not worked since have spent four hours on phone trying a remote fix. Installation was botched need engineers back to property. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK Another call I’ve made to Vodafone, another promise that the problem will be solved and a call back within 2hrs. The problem isn’t fixed an the advisor hasn’t called back. I’ve just requested my PAC code and will be going elsewhere. Your customer svc is dreadful.

    .@SadiqKhan, @VodafoneUK's withdrawal of wifi on @TfL Tube is a safety and security issue for travellers. The ability to contact loved ones and friends has been removed summarily and has a major impact. Either bring it back or provide free access to other wifi providers...
