    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    @hollymorgs @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Hi Holly, I'm sorry to hear your father's issues. Sadly this is an all too familiar story. They do not take responsibility. Vodafone should be able to give your father unlimited data under their Stay Connected Promise

    @VodafoneUK There seems to be a fault with your FTTP migration system. Tried 2 migrate 2u last week. Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.

    How can we get out of our contract early with you @VodafoneUK ? You are not providing us with a service ...we are paying good money for no internet whatsoever, we ring your god awful scripted customer call lines and its groundhog day ... 2 weeks of this rubbish

    @VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.
