    @Amarpre46422796 @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK It was probably fortunate that they rejected us, as their customer service is appalling. This action seems to verify it. The funny thing is that every month I get a credit note from them for £23.50 from way back when I purchased a laptop with a Vodafone PCMCIA card!

    Avoid @VodafoneUK business broadband. Two failed attempts to switch. Hours on the phone to unhelpful staff and cut off when speaking to ‘customer service’. Looks a great package but service appears non-existent.

    @ARQuider @VodafoneUK Same problem here. Another evening another hour and a half on phone with no resolution. 4 hours on Saturday. Daily calls and no help. Broadband just went down 8 days ago. Tech support utterly useless

    Just come across a case of appalling administration/service from @VodafoneUK with a relative. Checked @VodafoneUK complaints history; ye gods, how are they still in business?
