@VodafoneUK have acknowledged that they have overcharged me for the last 3 months but are refusing to refund me the full amount I’m owed??? I was already considering leaving their network and this has helped confirm my decision 👍🏼

@VodafoneUK please will someone help! Broadband down in NN4 since the 29th, have had a shed load of different excuses, and now saying could be Tuesday! More than just me affected and not a single call from Vodafone, I’m having to chase! Shocking service!
