@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

Getting through to @VodafoneUK is a joke!!! I haven’t had data for over a week now even tho I have full data! And then I’m top of that you can never get through to an actual human. Never growing with them again

@VodafoneUK .@VodafoneUK I've not heard anything back yet after giving my details to the DM bot an hour or so ago. It said it might have to send me a code via text, but as you should be able to work out from my description of the issue, I obviously wouldn't be able to receive that code...

@LondonAmi_K @VodafoneUK They keep saying it will be sorted shortly. They didn't even warn customers that they were removing online and app services . And its been all day . Very poor customer communication from Vodafone 😠

@VodafoneUK That’s the message I’ve been getting since yesterday & only in the last hour has it changed to ‘undergoing maintenance’, so clearly there’s been an issue for quite a while but no one bothered to change the service message. Thanks for responding

@VodafoneUK @LaurseyXO This system is so broken when trying to use it on a phone. Text box keeps going missing, if I app switch to look up a detail, it resets and I go back to the bot.
