    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    @VodafoneUK can I speak to a human please? Everytime I try to ring up it says speaking to an online advisor is the best option; which I can assure you it isn't. Customer service at the moment is pretty poor.

    @DavidButler34 @VodafoneUK I generally find they're the best of a bad bunch. The main issue is they're a billing engine with an inconvenient customer services and mobile network bolted to the back of it.

    @VodafoneUK can you help with a sudden influx of fake / dodgy calls from unknown numbers? Seems someone has sold / passed on my number to god knows who. I have had 5 calls today and a number of the last couple of weeks.

    @VodafoneUK appalling service. 3 days without a 4G or 5G reception in London Hackney. I rely on Vodaphone for Mobile Phone and 4G Broadband. Still no resolution. I’ve spent over 5 hours on calls with support and they lie! Please Vodaphone fix this. You are losing me to EE!

    @VodafoneUK why is your "repairs" page blank on the website? 5 hours I have been trying to resolve this phone issue and get information on a warranty repair/replacement. Chat keeps cutting off and I have spoken to 4 advisors. One told me to go to store when they are all closed.

    @VodafoneUK my terminally ill mother has been without vodafone signal since 15 December and your customer relations team are appalling! Contradicting the information publicly available on your website. We need phone and SMS for life saving drugs! WiFi calling is not a solution!
