    @NOW Hi. Not sure if you can help. We were due to move over to @VodafoneUK today but they have made a bit of a mess with installation so can't get us on-line and can't tell us when they can. Can you guys save the day and not cut the service which was due to stop today.

    @VodafoneUK I just want a human being to call me. I’ve not had wifi for two months. I’ve come to you because the other companies were so bad. Now you say simply plug in your box… it’s not that simple. I can’t get through on your phone lines. PLEASE someone call me.

    M - I'd like to upgrade @VodafoneUK - Sure £46pm Me - Its £28 for same network and offer elsewhere Voda - We can do that over 36 months Me - But its £28 for 24 months here Voda - Will you take less Data? Me - No, its £28 if I get it elsewhere Voda - ok that $46 is now £46.95
