    @VodafoneUK I’ve got a complaint ongoing with your customer relations team, they’ve said they tried to call twice but I haven’t had any missed calls - also submitted to the portal that email is easier. Says they need more info but haven’t told me what

    @VodafoneUK literally has to be the worst provider out there. Two weeks later and I can’t receive incoming calls and just been told to wait another week, what out of all your employees no one can fix a fault - embarrassment! Get me out of my contract😶

    @VodafoneUK I've had a problem porting my number away from Vodafone to O2. I put on a pac transfer but canceled the o2 contract before it could be ported, O2 say they don't have the number as it was canceled, how do I get the pac from you now my Vodafone sim is disconnected? Ta

    @VodafoneUK I have had regular texts and emails but none of them have any information besides what you're saying here? Which is no help at all. Likewise tracker just says back order. SOME information would actually be helpful - or are you saying nothing has changed in 4 weeks?

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service have had an issue going on last 4 months Have spent at least 4 hours on phone this week alone and then to top it all call disconnected after 40 minutes now. Fuming I will be taking my buisness elsewhere
