    @VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service is the pits. Currently chatting to their team and after 39 mins still no answer to my question.

    @VodafoneUK And it's been going on a year. My area constantly shows issues on reporting sites and its apparently just been fixed. A year or so of it. Utter joke, hence my patience now running out.

    @cardsbyclaire @VodafoneUK Honestly, worst mobile company I've dealt with. Giving them a few days to sort, otherwise contract will be cancelled. I understand delay is from Samsung but surely @VodafoneUK could at least communicate the delay. It's not difficult to send an email.

    @VodafoneUK I am in a queue for last one hour for termination of my broadband service. When as a customer I can pay and buy services online then why I can’t request termination online?

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to change address for my home broadband and have been hold for the past couple hours. Is there anyone else I can speak to? I’ve used the Live chat for the past 4 days but that hasn’t resolved the issue either. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK why is your customer service so bad? I've now spent an hour on hold today - was told by a chat advisor to call back at 3 as "would be quieter" and is even busier. All I need to do is sort a home move, I can't understand why this can't be done by email or chat.
