@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

Trying to upgrade my mother in laws @VodafoneUK mobile. It is impossible to actually speak to anyone. Try ringing and it says use the website then cuts you off. Use the website and get a robot chat service that I can’t get past to get to a real person. Utterly rubbish!

@VodafoneUK It's against the law to deny people service because they are disabled. It's not my fault that I can't take calls from your engineers despite me telling you 100 times that I'm deaf and to text instead. Considering legal action. SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!!
