    @VodafoneUK you send out a text to try and fix a WIFI problem but the problem is the WIFI is not connecting ! So apart from running up a huge bill for data how do you think you can fix the problem ? Your CSO was told off in no uncertain terms when he tried to say it was the phone

    @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK Hi i was told on phone that i will get Pac on email once contract cancelled so i need to return sim with faulty phone but today i was told to ring vodaphone asap to get pac before they cancel and now i need to fill form to get pac & send ID proof etc. Tks

    @VodafoneUK never use these charlatans & robbers they promise u things then renege on the promise. If you complain via their chat line ( other means of contact r useless) they don't act on the conversation then keep sending threats for money u don't owe them & ignore ur request
