    @VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

    @VodafoneUK your TOBI chatbot is not fit for purpose, neither is your customer services support. I just need my broadband fixed, but it's hurdles, hot coals, ant trial by fire before you can even speak to someone helpful! Disgusting

    @VodafoneUK I’m being age restricted despite being 18 and having the age controls unblocked on voxi. I can’t turn off the controls on My Vodafone as I’m a voxi user, please help

    @VodafoneUK Hi George thank you for responding. I have since managed to access my account & run a broadband test which returned showing no faults. I have borrowed a 5m ethernet cable and moved hub nearer to my PC. The PC found my network & connected but it didn't last. Need a wifi booster.

    @TwystedRoots @VodafoneUK Our broadband went out over a week ago, due to be fixed by 29 Nov🙈I'm hotspotting my data from my phone and my current signal strength is H+...It's proving a bit of a challenge🙄Hope yours is sorted soon🥰
