    @VodafoneUK just spent over an hour on chat trying to end one of my contracts. Paid in full with first person, put through 2x people then on to 2nd link I was told would only take a few minutes to find I had to upload photo id. Went to get id came back and all gone! Wtf

    The lady refused the purchase and I put a complaint into @VodafoneUK I tried to purchase the 5G GigaCube on a 30 day contract with 200GB of data a month with an upfront fee of £50 and a monthly cost of £40,

    @VodafoneUK offered a free curve tracker at upgrade... Never used it but am being charged every month for it... Sloppy customer services who didn't explain it wasn't actually Free.... Can I get hold of anyone to talk to??? No of course not!!!!!!
