@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

I've had about two hours out of the whole day where my broadband has been working properly. I don't know what is up with @VodafoneUK and their awful broadband connection, but I may as well be throwing my monthly payment for it in the bin at this point 🙄

The amount of issues I’m having with my @VodafoneUK signal lately is insane! 2 bars of 3G & nothing loads (just says no internet connection), poor call quality, calls dropping out, calls not connection & I don’t even get a signal where I live, everything has to be done via Wi-Fi

@VodafoneUK 35 years the same number , loyal customer wants to cancel 20 mobiles due to poor service , overcharging , your proceeses are not for the customers. Please DM me.
