If anyone has a choice NEVER sign up with @VodafoneUK. They have completely ****** me over. They made mistakes and they refuse to fix it. I have done investigation work for them and when I try to tell them about their mistake they just HUNG UP on me! I am completely disgusted.

@VodafoneUK Now the live chat isn't loading at all. I've just spent 40 minutes on hold just to be cut off and now the live chat I was originally on for 3 hours is not working.

@peterPhotos @VodafoneUK Thanks Peter. It’s really kind of you to take the time to offer words of support. I should say, when my father died, the bereavement team at Vodafone were just lovely, and did what they said they would. Most helpful. This is really wearing though!

@VodafoneUK I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. @OpenreachHelp sent an engineer who didn't have the equipment to do the installation today, it seems there is only one vehicle with a bucket lift and it broke down last week...

@VodafoneUK Sorry Danny, DM'ing doesn't help because one team will say something and another team will say something else. The team I DM'd earlier were aware of the dispute however the collections team are not and hence they locked my account. I suggest @VodafoneUK get their act together
