@VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

@VodafoneUK Wow, just Wow! Such poor customer service. Trying to close my deceased mother's account. Everything directed to Tobi - which isn't working. 9 mins on hold and then failed call. Then 20mins on hold to speak to somebody!

Really sick to the teeth of @virginmedia now. Internet down again. Found out last WK they've shifted Vmobile sig to @VodafoneUK too, took me 2 years with the ombudsman to get rid of Voda 2016. They had a staff member take out multiple lines in my name, hid on their old system.

@VodafoneUK wow your service is unreal, customer for 12 years. Trying to upgrade my phone but the deals you offer for a returning customer are shocking. 4 different I’ve called to upgrade 40 mins plus on the phone and still no one “joke!” Time to leave.
