    @VodafoneUK Thank you Josh. Sounds like a good idea to me. I’ll contact @SkyUK to cancel and then be in touch. Works out much cheaper that what I’m currently paying!

    Calming my 78yr old mum!after trying to close my dad vodefone contract. He has MND ! Can’t not speak but person on phone insisting they speak to him!! close it. Hate to see mum crying and dad end stage of this disease @VodafoneUK customer service Disgraceful! & thoughtless!

    @VodafoneUK hi I am a new customer (was a previous customer last year but recently rejoined) and I can't login to the app for any of my three accounts as it's saying my accounts are closed, please could you advise? I have new account number but think my email address is the issue

    @VodafoneUK I got put through to the customer retention team but they didn’t really offer me anything. They couldn’t even give me the contract I was previously on which was all I wanted plus a new handset.

    @VodafoneUK @stmaryshorsham Hi @VodafoneUK my sim hasnt allowed me to make calls for a long time even though I’m on a pay monthly voxi sim and then two days ago I got a message from Vodafone saying that because I haven’t made calls for a long I have to buy a plan again please could you help me w my issue

    @VodafoneUK How long does it take to get through? Never been like this. 1 hour. Even after covid. The funny thing is. You sell phones. But there is nobody to speak to the other end. What is going on?
