@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Got so fed up of getting nowhere with issues not of my making with online customer services @VodafoneUK so I went to my local high street shop. The manager there couldn't have been less interested if he'd tried so filed a formal complaint against them and him. Awaiting a reply.

@Huawei can you please help as @VodafoneUK have left me phoneless after hardware probs showing no sim on handset p30 pro , so far it has taken 6 days for solution to problem, I am disabled and cannot get out my home, they just keep saying it’s possibly water damage on chat
