The @VodafoneUK advert says their broadband is “5 times as reliable…”. When I changed to Vodafone broadband (because it was cheaper) it regularly stopped working. I went back to @BT, paid more and got a great service.

@VodafoneUK Wait in between 1 & 6 for an engineer you said. You could charged if no-one's in you said. Waited in all afternoon - no engineer, no phone call, text, email, nothing. Great service for a communications company...

@VodafoneUK I think they fell into Vodfone's fibre black hole, along with the fibre connection that they promised me for 10th November. Judging on the non-existent response from Vodafones customer disservice team, they'll likely never be seen again and Christmas will be elfless forever more
