@VodafoneUK Thank you Josh. Sounds like a good idea to me. I’ll contact @SkyUK to cancel and then be in touch. Works out much cheaper that what I’m currently paying!

@VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

@VodafoneUK 15 percent price increase coming in April folks. My signal isn't 15% better, It's not 15% quicker to get customer services and the staff haven't been given a 15% pay rise. Avoid these profiteering ******** like the plague.

@VodafoneUK Hi, can I get an answer to my question please? I’m looking at becoming a customer and it’s not good to have a question ignored regarding purchasing.

@VodafoneUK So Openreach finally fixed the issues outside - so now our CRAP internet is down to the WiFi - so down purely to Vodafone. WHY am I paying £32 for my unbreakable internet when I could pay £20 for rubbish service elsewhere? Off we go!!

@VodafoneUK Hopefully this is the last time. I will give it a month and if all fine then we will be raising a formal complaint as no one should have to put up with what we have had to endure over the past 6 months.

@SheilaTheFox2 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup It’s madness - they are aware the network is not working here but not responding to any correspondence regarding when or if it will be fixed!

@VodafoneUK I have not used product for months. It was broken. For a communications company your communication systems are poor
