    @VodafoneUK ombudsman delivered poor service stating it was reasonable you took me out of contract which you didn’t and I couldn’t accept. Three years paying for a phone I didn’t have and Stealing from loyal customers.

    I just texted @VodafoneUK for a PAC number so that I can switch to an EE Sim with BT Broadband I have just been informed by Text that I will be charged a Cancellation Fee of £227.96 I only pay £16.86 a month because I have Agoraphobia and never go out! Is this charge normal?!
