Have had the worst customer service experience with @VodafoneUK over the past few days! Despite being a customer for over 8 years they shown no value in my custom and complete disregard and lack of respect for my business - my advice stay well clear!!

Shocked at how terrible the @VodafoneUK broadband product is, we are up to 2 boosters and upgraded to Superfast Pro and still can't watch a full programme downloading to SkyQ or drops upto 10x on laptop. Cust care is great but doesn't rectify #pleasereleaseme #misery

@VodafoneUK Totally disappointed. We have corp acct with multiple devices, Voda clients for many years (& thousands of £s in bills). Called to obtain replacement to faulty device. After 1 hour waiting, got cut off (& never rang back!!) when asked to escalate call to supervisor.
