    @VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

    @EE Let’s be honest, you pay RootMetrics to rig the results because when people actually test the network, @VodafoneUK is faster. I can never contact my brother who is in Cardiff because his signal is always dodgy.

    @VodafoneUK is not disability friendly. The web chat team seems to only try and help and get you off as quickly as possible without resolving the issue forcing you to call. When you call you get told x, y and z should have been done by the web team.
