@VodafoneUK Thank you Josh. Sounds like a good idea to me. I’ll contact @SkyUK to cancel and then be in touch. Works out much cheaper that what I’m currently paying!

@GeorgeMonbiot @rc210352 @VodafoneUK A friend of mine worked there. The most venal, self-satisfied bunch of buttkissers she’s seen in her career. It’s like that cartoon where each monkey looks up and sees the butt of their manager, and looks down to the staff they crap on - and tell them the crap smells of roses.

@VodafoneUK Been through this many many times. I spent a month messaging you and chatting to people. It's pointless. Awful company that wasted my time and damaged my business.

@O2 I’ve already messaged you earlier today. In some very rare occasions I’ll get 4G but hardly ever. Also it’s not a fault with my phone, my wife’s SIM - who is on @VodafoneUK - works flawlessly. Your shambles of a network, however, is useless

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss & your experience. Virgin media are just as bad. After I had informed them several times of my father's death they continued contact & even sent a letter to my father acknowledging a complaint! On the other hand Churchill insurance were amazing @Churchill

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Thank you @GeorgeMonbiot for your dogged determination to shame these disgraceful practices. And for using your profile on behalf of so many disgruntled customers. I will NEVER use this company again & gladly share my experience A Comms company you have to write to on paper!!.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So many companies showed such kindness after my mum died in Feb 2021 and made things as simple as possible. Far and away the worst was @VodafoneUK who caused unnecessary angst that went on for months. Thank you for bringing it to light. I assumed it was just us.
