@VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Do not use Talk Talk. We have them with Fibre. Completely useless customer service and the connectivity was better with normal broadband. We were going swap to Vodafone too!

@Craiglord14 @NickNairn @VodafoneUK I think they all probably have there problems, depending on where you are. Personally would never use VM again they were crap for me, especially there customer service and tech guys and I was with them for a good 10 years.

@VodafoneGhana @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK You deduct money for a data purchase yet our account will not be credited neither will the money be refunded. Last week it happened to me and it was never resolved, this morning too it has happened again. I need my data or money pls.

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Sky are great, unless something goes wrong. And then they are pretty useless. Friends in Edinburgh have second connection for when sky goes down, rather than dealing with customer services. BT have some amazing directly employed engineers, when you get one your have to keep them.
