I've been travelling and now in a major city (5G connection) so I do not believe it is a regional issue. Cleared cache. Restarted phone. Issues persistent.

Had appointment for engineer visit to move fibre point today in preparation for builders arrival next week. Checked earlier in week that this was confirmed.

I raised a complaint (that isn't really a complaint) in Nov 2022 and still am suffering from QoS issues as I didn't request to speak to the Res Group
