Well it looks like I’m leaving @VodafoneUK when my contract is up since they are introducing roaming charges to EU again. What is another UK network that don’t charge for roaming in the EU?

  • lukeshungry Luke Austin (@lukeshungry) reported

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK Won't ever go with any company that reintroduces roaming charges, those days are long gone, I hope any company that reintroduces them fail and see the error of their ways quickly, we can't accept bavkward steps like this

@VodafoneUK the saga continues guys, ANOTHER failed callback. A member of staff telling me that the phone is rubbish and he would never buy it and a manager basically refusing to come to the phone. You cant write this

@TeddyDwan @VodafoneUK This is the only reason I am still with Vodafone considering that the network in my area is absolutely awful and has been for the past 2.5 years...

@MrProWestie @VodafoneUK And here I thought we Indians were the only ones facing terrible Vodafone service for years.

  • SeanQPR Sean (@SeanQPR) reported

@VodafoneUK @SPENCE_JOHN Vodafone, the worst network in the UK

  • JoshAlexCairo Josh Scully (@JoshAlexCairo) reported

@AKindOfMusic @VodafoneUK Three have woeful coverage around here. I can get signal in Berlin or Barcelona but not in Bromley or Brixton. I ditched them in early 2019 after years (I made use of their free roaming when it was unique) of waiting for improvements, and awful customer service too 🙃

  • bigmaverick1 BIG MAVERICK🍀🇮🇪🍀 (@bigmaverick1) reported

@JohnOBrennan2 @Pmacgiollabhain @VodafoneUK They always were the biggest thieves in the phone market so to be expected! Also the worst customer service in UK!

  • DRACLAD DRAC Lad 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@DRACLAD) reported

@VodafoneUK I want an actual explanation of why not a list of what you are offering and if you can't provide one I'll change to a network that offers free roaming in the EU when my contract is up in a few months
