Also, @VodafoneUK 's staff is working from home, so the connection trying to speak to someone is extremely frustrating as well... Very poor customer experience this whole thing. 🤯🤬

@VodafoneUK very poor (1 bar) 4G signal at home in Brighton which used to be much better (3 bars). Please look into this and fix. I think an antenna etc. must be down?

@VodafoneUK @8amy232 Nick Jeffrey, some festive advice... Sack your customer service department for 2021. They're about as much use as a chocolate fireguard! Shocking levels of incompitance, not even a response from a formal complaint.. I have now left Vodafone!

So if I’d switched to another network from @VodafoneUK I’d have no loss of service (dual sim) . Our new contract and double back via Payg. But just an upgrade . Easy right? yay let @Mobilescouk cut you off. Utterly stupid
