@JessicaGabb @VodafoneUK Honestly they've been asking me to do the same thing since Sunday, then reset then back into the queue. Yesterday I sent my iPhone back, after being told it wasn't a network issue. Today after insisting on a manager, I'm told its a general effing issue! Arggggggggggg

@VodafoneUK you were unable to activate broadband even after 6 days after lying many times. I am having worst experience after opting you. Schools are closed and working from home is still a priority. You don't care all these.

@jameswwatts @VodafoneUK If they don’t sort the issue out within a stated time you’ll be allowed to leave as you are not getting what they’ve stated you would in the contract. Send them an headed email with dates and what they have said they would do to resolve the problem & what time frame. 👌🏻
