@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply Simon. I am in a 5G area I had 5G connection last night but for some reason I’ve been on 4g all night. I can’t see any masts on the website for some reason. So I can’t see if there’s any down.

@L333LHC @tom550993 @VodafoneUK Aye the chat service is really helpful when you CBA calling - and they're just as capable as phone staff - for dealing with money / contract queries, like negotiations (like lowering data on your plan for lower £ etc)
