  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  I have been a customer with Vodafone business for 8 years. I requested my PAC code to leave because their customer service has been awful yet they continue to try and upsell me. Terrible company. @vodafone @VodafoneUK
