    @VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

    I can't believe how bad communication has been between @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre. My fibre service went down on 3rd February and still no signs of when it might be fixed. There's been no update on the fault ticket in 3 days! What's going on? No broadband for 6 weeks :(

    @VodafoneUK ... Picture this, you've had no internet for 15 days, shameful support from vf, not one update. Then they send you their first update on the issue saying "issue is now fixed", except the issue is not fixed. Vodafone can always do worst, champions of mediocre support.

    @VodafoneUK Why do you reply when you've told me multiple times only the tech2 team can help. And they told me they don't know anything. Obviously vf don't care to either fix issues or update customers. All that's left for your customers is suffering

    Went on to @VodafoneUK online support. Got connected to "Sara" which sounded positive. But unfortunately Sara turned out to be another utterly useless Indian support person who just made matters worse. An extra 9.3% this year for the same old absolutely terrible support. Thanks!

    @VodafoneUK I have never in all the 15 plus years with Vodafone experienced such bad customer service. I am appalled and rather angry. I have been a customer for a long time and you always give excellent customer service until today!

    @VodafoneUK I am moving home and my braodband is not supported. I have been told to call to cancel by your chat function but cannot get thru to anyone. Tried twice and on hold for over an hour and then line disconnects. What am I supposed to do????

    @VodafoneUK agreed a 24 month contract which was due to finish tomorrow and they want a 30 day notice. I pay £90 a month for it, I called a couple of days ago and they wanted £5 odds to cancel then. I agreed 24 not 25. Can a a manger get in contact and call me back please?

    @VodafoneUK I am abroad & keep receiving this message: “Sorry, the cost of your last request would've exceeded your spending limit, so we've automatically blocked it.” I should be able use my data for £6/day. What’s the problem?
