    @VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

    Seems like @VodafoneUK have downgraded or oversubscribed their networks in London. Mobile data essentially doesn’t work here now. Time to change network

    @VodafoneUK Hello. My dad has been without his mobile phone since he got it nearly 7 weeks ago. The shop didn’t process the order properly so the line hasn’t been connected. I was on the phone for over an hour on Tuesday and then got cut off. I need this sorted now. Can you help?
