    @VodafoneUK if anyone is trying to get this internet, from this year its been absolutely dog ****, my Mum even got the upgraded version of it and its consistency is terrible, some days my PC can't connect to the internet.

    This is a joke. Cut off for the 2nd time on webchat after waiting 2 HOURS !!!! all I’m trying to do is help my mother in law get a blooming PAC Code @VodafoneUK @Ofcom over 5 hours we’ve been at this now #vodafonenightmare

    @VodafoneUK A “technical glitch” has cancelled my new contract twice since last Friday. I’m now waiting for my payg to be reconnected. Have spoken to 9 different advisers who all promise to fix the issue. How can something so easy go soooo wrong?#chooseadifferentnetwork

    @VodafoneUK #rubbishservice made so many complains to cancel broadband after being out contract still getting charged termination. Even note on account by Care team says not to charge but still getting charged. Day light robbery. #poorcustomerservice #stressed
