    @VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

    @VodafoneUK been without a working landline since 11th July following ‘ upgrading’ from Vodafone ADSL to very Vodafone fibre. Despite advising you that my wife has critical health conditions and NHS only call back on landline we continue to miss essential support calls. Advice?

    @VodafoneUK I left work to be home when fault team promised a call at 1830. But no one called (same yesterday). After 30 mins I called and started again for 4th time. Now they’ve asked me to send pictures of the ONT, which is all fine. False call promises I’m afraid. Awful service. Truly.

    @VodafoneUK 4th week without WIFI. Nothing since start of contract yet still took payments! AVOID VODAFONE TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!!

    @VodafoneUK amazing, my 11th call to Vodafone took 1hr 42 minutes which is a record compared to the other 10 that only lasted 50 minutes or so. Problem still not resolved, no phone, 8 contract summaries emailed, but no phone. Inept, amateurish, and outright annoying.

    @VodafoneUK another day sat at home while the engineer you swore / guaranteed / promised would arrive, er, hasn’t. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You honestly must work hard at it to be this poor No broadband for 5 days now

    After 3 months of trying upgrade our @VodafoneUK broadband (and endless hours on the phone & chat) the bot tells us it has now, yet again, been cancelled!!! I've never known such a hopelessly inefficient company. We're now looking to transfer to BT.
