@VodafoneUK is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The latest is that the agent kept going quiet for long periods when the questions were too tough, before just hanging up on me. Will Vodafone ever call me back?

@VodafoneUK called in regarding a complaint I wanted to make on my account, spoke to agent Farooq who was no help, was called by a manager roena! Vile human being! Didn't even want to listen to what I had to say.. after a heated argument I cut the call off and 5 minutes later..
