@VodafoneUK It was done through a third party with a new data plan. I was never told anything about a reconnection process and the number has now been authorised for disconnection. What about the bill you're making me pay for a phone I won't be using?

Awful service from @VodafoneUK agreed an upgrade on Saturday. Got a text that evening saying there was a problem getting the order done at their end. Just spoke to an agent and I can't have the same deal now as black Friday sale has ended. #notgoodenough #timeforachange

@VodafoneUK Hi vodafone, I signed up to broadband on the 6th, my installation was set up the 15th, pushed to today 29th, and after taking time off for the installation today, just been told its now 20/12/22. I need help because this is a joke.

Fairly unimpressed with @VodafoneUK customer service. Firstly it took well over 20mins to get through their god awful automated answer machine. I needed to return a Google pixel 6a that a bought in a back Friday offer. They would not send out a replacement. And would only refund

@VodafoneUK Worst start to my relationship with a Company ever. Broadband engineer doesn't bother turning up. An hour on hold to get connected to speak to someone after live chat cut me off twice. Told it would be chased and responded to by last night or today - nada. Frustrated!

@VodafoneUK hello I’ve tried cancellation of my Watch account so many times but I keep getting passed around on the chat. Finally someone said I need to ring 191 now I’m on hold for a month. Why is it so hard to cancel. I should be able to log in and just press a button

Having been in a queue via “TOBi” to cancel the contract, I was at 43 in said queue, got to 1 and then went back up to 45 again. I restarted the chat, TOBi sent me a link. I followed it and it kicked me out of the chat. @VodafoneUK say that my contract continues until I cancel it
