Charles_voice_mail (@Charlesvoicema1) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It's at times like these that you find out what Customer Service really means and who actually has it. Good on you for calling them out...
-
Proinsias (@Proinsias22) reported@Srooney67 @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK That’s not helpful is it Sean?Whether he has or hasn’t checked his credit rating, should not result in such awful treatment.
-
Kate (@katerosestewart) reported@VodafoneUK is your system down?

1836golf tour (@1836golftour) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Had the same experience with Virgin Media. They`re a disgrace 3 months down the line.
-
Ravinder Sangha (@Varntvar) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Made the mistake of signing up to VM, didn't provide the agreed product at the agreed price, when I contacted them they 'upgraded' my product to the agreed one and doubled the price. Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since

Rich Habbershaw (@Little_Rich_H) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Firstly raise a complaint via the credit reference agency - Equifax, Experian et al as they’ll be able to force Vodafone to review your credit file and make right. Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file
-
Randall Flagg (@RandallFlaggDT) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Did the same to me, lodge an official complaint with Vodafone. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.

KusariNinja 🏴🏴 (@KusariNinja) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia did similar when my first wife passed away. They owed around £300. Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for £25 outstanding bill lol
-
Roxy (@roxycampbell) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss. The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

Sameena Ahmad 🇪🇺🏴 (@SameenaAhmad7) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was surprised that Sky were good when my mum died. BT were awful, demanding to speak to a dead person. Only just got fibre at my place a couple of months ago, will not go with Virgin, too much poor feedback.
