@VodafoneUK Thank you Josh. Sounds like a good idea to me. I’ll contact @SkyUK to cancel and then be in touch. Works out much cheaper that what I’m currently paying!

@VodafoneUK your customer loyalty is absolutely shocking 😳😳😱😱 I've been a loyal customer for 25+year's, was offered a new deal on Monday via web chat, told to call 191 the next day to take up the offer and now you've put the price up 39% overnight Absolutely Criminal 😤😡🤬

@VodafoneUK now 62 days and still no unlock code, hugely frustrating. I imagine other network providers would have had this sorted when I first messaged. What a disaster @VodafoneUK .

@VodafoneUK I've sent you all info. And you're still coming up with excuses... If you're incapable to provide simple broadband & get it fixed. You're not really providing any service you're contracted to do that I pay for.. Not really legally binding is it..

@VodafoneUK Hi Adam; I was given a dongle to use whilst my broadband was down during a house move. I need to return it to you but can’t get the answer as to how.

@VodafoneUK I have been on the phone for hours, and twice you have told me that you will send me a repair envelope. I have still not received it. Your customer service is appalling.

@VodafoneUK I have been with Vodafone for many many years. Now i am seriously considering leaving. I have 2 phones both not working. I have waited weeks now to have them uplifted and fixed. They still take the money out my bank account very month for phones that don't work.

So tried to cancel my mobile broadband with @VodafoneUK in January. Told 8 different people on their webchat i was cancelling. I got transferred from one person to the other in an absolute comedy of errors. Now they're telling me I owe them £101 for not cancelling the account

@kiangii @VodafoneUK Lame reply again. They don’t believe I can’t receive their texts, asking when I last took out a contract with them, what my last bill is. As a PAYG customer it’s kind of hard to answer. If I call them it’s £2.40a min and if they ring me £1.60 a min - they won’t call my. Landline
