    Oh my days! @VodafoneUK have failed for years to take my money, every single month I have to manually pay my bill. Every DD has some kind of problem, never documented or explained, just doesn't happen. I even just tried to do it through a new account, the website just went 'duh'.

    @VodafoneUK Kieron, we have tried webchat. We have tried customer service. We have tried cancellations. We have even tried complaints. All we want to do is send this phone back. We simply can't .You leave me no choice but to go to my local BBC consumer programme

    @VeronicaMcWill2 @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t bother. Terrible customer service from Vodafone, they badly communicate something to my husband and we have to pay for that mistake! Glad I personally don’t use them!
