@VodafoneUK have you a problem in central Godalming surrey as past few weeks both my work and personal phones say they have 4g but the Internet will not load nor will twitter or Facebook etc!!!!

@VodafoneUK How? I've been told compensation can be sought only after the issue is fixed? You've offered me unlimited data on my phones... but they are already unlimited. I don't think it is a serious issue. I think it's #bandwidth. The #WiFi drops out at the same time every evening

@VodafoneUK Spent ~ 2 hours in an online chat with 4 individuals in 3 different departments all of whom failed to solve the problem and passed me on Customer Services #FAIL Technical Support x2 #FAIL Upgrades #FAIL So you see @VodafoneUK are consistently bad whichever 'method' you try
