@VodafoneUK Hi Ben! Whilst I appreciate your response, It seems the DM service is just as efficient as the call line. And whilst I'm in full appreciation of @Adele vocal range, it has become a little irritating after 90 minutes. Could you call Susan from broadband and ask if lunch is over?

Praise where it's due, a @VodafoneUK employee did a fantastic job today. I have moaned about Voda in the past (disingenuous claims re EU roaming) but the service I received today was second to none. Huge credit to Hira up in Hull, a real credit to the company.

@VodafoneUK help. I just want to talk to someone about my price plan. It changed, I want to change it back and I don’t want to use live chat as I didn’t agree with what the person was saying. When I ring up it says it can’t answer the call. I just want to speak to a person!

Had poor Fibre this weekend with @VodafoneUK and their helpers couldn't help. I called their WiFi experts who told me my Internet disconnected Saturday and the 4G dongle on the router cut in to work. Seems @OpenreachHelp need to attend a "water affected" cable somewhere!

@VodafoneUK took me six hours to contact your home moving team, two calls to your complaints team and twice you hang up on me after 60 minutes! I am still queueing!!!! I raised a complaint to OFCOM, you should not be allowed to sell Broadband!
