    @VodafoneUK Thank you Josh. Sounds like a good idea to me. I’ll contact @SkyUK to cancel and then be in touch. Works out much cheaper that what I’m currently paying!

    @worldmeetdani @VodafoneUK It took me over 3 years to cancel a contract I didn’t know I had with them (I forgot) I couldn’t pass security for obvious reasons. So I ended up cancelling my direct debit. Got a black mark on my credit report. Thankfully got it sorted

    @VodafoneUK passed around 3 people on live chat finally will get a refund for no network (26 hrs so far) . Shocking service , tell your customers about planned maintenance and auto refund them for no service !

    Dear @VodafoneUK - if I'd designed your customer facing website, I'd have been fired. Honestly the worst user experience I've ever seen. For the record, I'm not a customer, was helping my mum out. But sort it out.
