@VodafoneUK I know you are widely known for having poor customer service… but 35 mins and waiting after calling at 3:30pm on a Wednesday just to rearrange an activation is very poor.

@VodafoneUK I told you it was a waste of time! @VodafoneUK have given up & can’t resolve the issue. It’s just a simple we will credit your account! No resolution, no apology just it’s that or deadlock. But the service is still available on the website..but they can’t get it to work!! @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK I have been waiting since 3/11/22 for my broadband connection @BTOpenreach1 I have called numerous times, made a complaint, had a complaint closed and now I’ve been given a date for an update 20/12/22. This is unacceptable.
