    @VodafoneUK The worst communication ever. Still waiting for my broadband installation almost 6 weeks after order placed. Have spent god knows how much time on the chat function. Have been fobbed off with different dates. Latest is that it is happening now - I know for a fact that it isn’t!

    @JuliannaJ3 @VodafoneUK Yeh I do it for stuff off YouTube. Not sure how good it would be for Prime video though….I don’t have a great signal either tbh. Maybe I’ll try it and see what it’s like. 👍

    @VodafoneUK Not @VodafoneUK who cancel an upgrade 2 days later and expect you to sort out there error and think its acceptable to leave you with no phone!! Go with someone else!!!

    @VodafoneUK Improve your services and then it might be worth the extra charge but since I'm on the lowest broadband package getting **** speeds, the increase is a slap in the face

    Why is Vodafone customer service so terrible? I am moving house and want to cancel. The website says "just call" but the line is never, ever answered by an advisor. Maybe just cancel the DD.. @VodafoneUK
