@VodafoneUK Seriously your support is hopeless. broadband off Friday 18 Dec. Many calls. Many lies , many promises of call backs. Couldn't get to talk with anyone who could help. Issues with ip's .. it's clearly your end, last call 1h30m no one answered ... Just sad..

Casually waiting for some kind of compensation or a apology gift box from @VodafoneUK day 31 & phone still broke and every time I call or ring them I’m told we’re fixing it .. we’re in a god damn pandemic and the cheek of still taking £70 out my bank and I can’t take any calls!

@VodafoneUK So, any chance you could start being competitive in this space? I love Vodafone as a network and for your great customer service and I'd hate to move, but for a while now you have been one of the most expensive for iphone 11 and 12 monthly contracts.

@VodafoneUK just DM’d you. Broadband still down in Ashford Kent. Was told @WeAreOpenreach had an issue which was due to be fixed by 8pm. No luck do you have any update ?
