    @VodafoneUK your processes are not customer friendly. It's nightmare to reach customer care. Even if it connects the advice given is irrelevant and unprofessional. I have to lose my valuable time to get back refund for the charges for SIM plan which has not delivered to me

    @iwightradio Yep, I’m one of those people! I was also told Christmas Eve… but no doubt with covid, staff shortages, and other delays it won’t be until the new year. @VodafoneUK what can you do for your customer that’s effected?

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying occasionally over the last 3 or 4 days to log into my account but have had a message saying there is a problem with digital services. Has this been permanent for a few days or am I just unlucky?

    I love how twitter as told me how many views this has gotten, and yet @VodafoneUK still hasn't contacted me Just shows how unless your company is in dealing with complaints , to the point of the customer having to file a legal law suit.
