In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

It's hopeless. Days without being able to use this phone. My wife the same. Very, very poor customer service.
