    @VodafoneUK so I have been trying to call customer service for three days now, but no one available to answer. I try to chat via Toby thing on my Vodafone app but no agent available. Can someone tell me what sort of business is that? You better close it all down.

    @VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn You simply gonna robbing me down! Adding extra 12£ to existing contracts. And charging me extra for old phones that i allready payd for! CHARGE FOR NEW CONTRACTS MORE! WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR OVER 1 YEAR OLD PHONES MORE? AVOID CONTRACTS. THIS IS MY LAST CONTRACT WITH YOU

    @VodafoneUK I’ve called twice now to notify You I’m moving. 1st time you hung up, 2nd time your voice assistant wasn’t giving me the right option. To save my sanity, could someone help me? Via message or direct call would be fab.

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    @VodafoneUK Hey - our mobile signal services have been pretty poor recently, connecting to 5g with 1 bar, then having to go on airplane mode to disconnect, then connecting again on 4g, and that sometimes not working too - we're finding this consistently in maida vale area, london, but also on the move. anything going on?

    @VodafoneUK hey Vodafone, no wifi for 24 hours now, was told it was a City Fibre issue that would be fixed by 10pm last night but its still out, and today I cant get through to any agents via the chat function on the website.... I need an update please

    Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English 🤔 Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue 🤔

    @ThingsByNik @VodafoneUK Apparently they are doing some work on the mast in Rainhill village which might be affecting it. Mine has been poor since I switched 6 months ago. It’s practically a dead signal when I’m in Dentons Green watching FC St Helens. Disappointing
