@VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Why do companies the size of Vodafone insist on outsourcing their customer services to overseas call centres? In my experience of dealing with these call centres, language skills are insufficient to deal with complex and sensitive issues at times. Billions made, Pennies pinched!

Had a similar exp with @BritishGas who set out a debt management firm for a estimated (made up) bill of £122 backdating from 4 years ago which they didn't inform me of. No matter how much calling/letters sent, they've refused to ack or fix it.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I would recommend referring them to ofcom and Financial Ombudsman Service. They have plenty of other complaints and will settle fast! Their call service agents are bullies, ignorant and rude! Their complaint process is a joke! The sooner they are out of business the better!

@Decembermum @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Never, ever have any communication with these agencies. Block their numbers, do not respond to letters - bin them immediately. They can't do anything if you totally blank them. They make their money from people caving in,which I recognise many do.
