    4. I ask @VodafoneUK for the code please, answer? No, you need to submit a form, but, can you see my code I ask? It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

    @VodafoneUK we have a business landline with level 4 care and a fault but going around in circles reporting it - for over 30min! You supposed to fix within 2hrs who do we call please??

    SIM card changed, Gigacube changed, loads of hours wasted to tech support, same old problems only mean one thing, and like I originally thought it means @VodafoneUK 4G/5G is ****, pure lies on their website stating good coverage, now get me ******** out of this contract #frauds

    @VodafoneUK Still no fibre after 7 days - promised resolution by @CityFibre at noon - nothing. 2 more hours on phone tonight. Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order for a new personal line, porting a number in. I received the new SIM, but have had no service for over 24 hrs. Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

    @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.
