    @VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

    @VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    @VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

It took me months to get money back they kept taking from my account and wouldn’t cancel. When I finally extricated myself from their disgraceful service they called to ask if I would return! NEVER!

    @beesinateacup @VodafoneUK I gave up trying to get it sorted. They confirmed that my email address is being used for two accounts. Yet they will not contact the other account holder to query this. What is odd is that the other account holder must never have received an email from Vodafone all these years!
