    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK you sent my boss the wrong size GB phone and are telling me you are unable to help?!! He is a VIP and I need to get this sorted ASAP. I have sent the phone back but it’s not showing on your system. Happy to go to a new provider if you are unable to help ASAP.

    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @GiddsTeach @VodafoneUK I had huge problems with Vodafone back in March. We’d just gone into lockdown. I wasn’t happy. Everyone I spoke to said something different. Just to appease me, I think! My advice: seek another provider.

    Day 37 network issues Cannot call any UK numbers @VodafoneUK Cannot call any EU numbers except Danish numbers (Yipeee!) at least that's an improvement since yesterday. I can text now! 10xtimes to online tech totaling 20hrs, 6 complaints made, one 1 person call me 2 days ago
