  • AndrewCarrier
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

It’s a real shame because I’m otherwise really enjoying the #5G speeds of your #GigaCube - so much better than my old Sky Broadband. Please fix this problem, @VodafoneUK.

  • CE8_Edwards

@cribby15 @Kaimurphy1 @VodafoneUK So Vodafone is crap and Three are crap in London too. Is EE and their incredibly expensive contracts the only provider with an acceptable internet coverage?

  • AndrewCarrier

@VodafoneUK, do your support Family Setup on the Apple Watch SE? Trying to add my son’s watch to my plan but it’s not offering me the option during setup.

@TalkTalk crappy broadband service goes down at 8pm on NYE. Glad I’m joining @VodafoneUK on 9th Jan

  • jccurtis1
Joe Curtis (@jccurtis1) reported from Merton, England

@VodafoneUK I spent more than hour on your chat service trying to stop you delivering a phone to an old address that I DID NOT enter when upgrading, was told it was changed and you STILL try to deliver to the old address. What is wrong with your customer service?

  • pmodley
Paul Modley (@pmodley) reported from Hammersmith, England

.@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!

  • tonyjayfunk

  • jadesharp1992
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England

@AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

  • OFarrellSimon
Simon O'Farrell (@OFarrellSimon) reported from Richmond, England

@VodafoneUK I already have paid for add ons. It’s crazy the way you charge. How many add ons am I supposed to have? You’re pricing is unclear. I am escalating this issue.

  • strutcakes
Chris 🏳️‍🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

  • IanDavidRoss1
@thebadissuecollective (@IanDavidRoss1) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK I think you've helped enough by having me on the phone for over 3 hours first with a robot Tobi then finally a tech assistant I'm old and in bad health don't know much about teck problems if I did do you honestly think I'd be talking with one of you -

  • PaulKohlerSW19
Cllr Paul Kohler🔶SW19 (@PaulKohlerSW19) reported from Merton, England

Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

  • jadesharp1992
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England

@christatum49 @Darren_Fitzjohn @VodafoneUK Finance doesn't work for me. I'm registered blind, and Barklays don't accept disability benefits as a form of income. Trust me, i've tried!

    Graham Neden-Watts (@grahamneden) reported

@VodafoneUK you attempted to remotely eset two of our conpany phones yesterday. The "reset" has resulted in both phones having no mobile connectivity at all - no calls, no texts and no data. Your support chat both wants me to call 191 (I can't) and won't connect me to a person

@VodafoneUK messed me around last Friday with Internet not fitting it bein late to utter disgusting customer service

  • TheWildLemons
    Emma S 🩵☁️ (@TheWildLemons) reported

@SomersetBobby @VodafoneUK I have problems right now. I used my 5G to check the network connectivity site. Says there's no reported issues. Funny considering there's not a single light on the fibre box in the wall & not a single light on the router lmao.

  • Ed_Sabella
    Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported

@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
