    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @hannnx_ @VodafoneUK If your staying with Vodafone then you simply do an upgrade and that will allow you to keep your number. If you want to leave and go to another provider you have to ask for a pac code and that will then automatically provide the notice and cancel once it transfers.

    @VodafoneUK I will dm tomorrow because I think I have the chat log in an email and was just about to sleep. But an fyi 2 hours I was on chat with the advisor and 3 times he tried to sell me a new line. Towards the end he just became arrogant and rude.its made me feel like crap Tbh

    @VodafoneUK so after communication today, its apparent that you only care about taking money off customers. been with you over 6 years, have 3 lines, never missed a bill,have always paid on time, yet cant make an exception. Had thousands from us well no more when lines are up.

    I seen a video on itv YouTube that there is now a ban in place as of 2021 service providers will not be allowed to purchase Huawei equipment and removal by 2027, is the ban just for 5G equipment? and is 4G equipment not made by Huawei? Do providing remove 4G towers? @VodafoneUK

    @misspallen @VodafoneUK I was with them for 2 years and was counting the days down to the end of my contract. They were rubbish and expensive and you cant send or receive photos by text.

    @VodafoneUK My contract is coming to an end and on Upgrade it says 1GB Red Extra Plan which is double the cost I am paying now. That is an awful offer. I want a SIM only deal on my own terms. Can you offer that or do I cancel my two contracts and go elsewhere?
