    @VodafoneUK why are we paying and no one is bothered to give us any explanation about the lack of any service? How hard is to say haw long is going to take for @VodafoneUK to fix their issue??? How are we supposed to work with no network and Internet connection???

    @markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

    @VodafoneUK I am subscribed to those, but the issues have been going on since before Christmas, it's unacceptable really! There really needs to be an ETA of when this will be fixed!

    @VodafoneUK I’m being bombarded by spam/robot calls every day from different 7785 numbers. I’ve had 7 already today. Besides blocking these individually, is there anything Vodafone can do to help with this?

    @VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

    @vodafoneuk hey guys, is there any chance that you will start to accept @starling_bank as a direct debit payment method, when taking out a Sim only contract with you? At the minute, it seems like you can’t use them. You just get errors all the time.

    @VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

    @VodafoneUK finally fixed. Fault began on Wednesday. All down to @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp buggering lines up but the customer service has been awful. Can’t believe I have to pay today

    Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

    @ArunHebbar7 @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp In my view, they have recognised liabilities on account of spectrum dues but not actually paid. Out of this, 55254 crores worth dues for spectrum, 36950 crores spectrum dues payable till year 2028 has been adjusted with equity issue to govt. someone could check and confirm.

    @VodafoneUK iPhone up Vodafone and spoke to someone from Vodafone and I asked him about my Amazon gift card and she told me that they would not issue it until six months in because they want to make sure that people pay and don’t just back out after getting their Amazon gift card so
