    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @VodafoneUK Worst service ever! Can't get signal in N16 6 area. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Paying loads of money every month and I can't speak with my wife or send a message. Send someone to just walk around my area. Kyverdale, Cazenove and Alkham Road. #Vodafone

    @vodafoneuk hey guys, is there any chance that you will start to accept @starling_bank as a direct debit payment method, when taking out a Sim only contract with you? At the minute, it seems like you can’t use them. You just get errors all the time.

    @marshal912 @VodafoneUK is absolutely useless mate. They all working from home and making **** ups for fun. They switched off my broadband by accident apparently and I had to get a whole new line out. They are a joke.

    @VodafoneUK honestly ur network is so ****. I'm considering switching over to some one who has better 5g coverage and one that doesn't switch off data out of the blue. Coz of you guys dead net, I couldn't end my @limebike at the location I was at. Had to ride it further to end it

    @VodafoneUK - for over 3 hours ,your assistant was rude , cutting me off as my battery was dying after asking me to take a pic of my router which cut me off when I went to the camera app ,I've just tried to contact via the app but apparently they're having tech problem's

    @VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

    Having a really bad experience with @VodafoneUK this evening - on hold for an hour and a half (and counting) after finding out the sim-only rolling deal I thought I had actually locks me in for 2 years! Poor service all round. Never going to usr them again.

    @vodafoneUK Just received a letter telling me that you have passed my "debt" on. What debt? You can't cancel an account with money owing! IF I did owe you why didn't you WRITE to me at my address. Cos seems it's ok for sending threats! In the words Bros #ioweyounothing 😡 AWFUL

    @vixx_83 @VodafoneUK Better than @virginmedia my dad was in intensive care in Sicily, calling every day to see how he was and how I could help. They put an international block on my phone as my phone bill was too large! Hope whoever's in hospital is feeling better soon!
