Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

My unlocked iphone with no sim restrictions has been sim locked when inserting a replacement sim from vodafone @VodafoneUK they are refusing to fix this and the best they can do apparently is refund my bill for the one month. I have had no usage for 1 week now.

@VodafoneUK I have been using vodafone and other carriers for many years with no issues. I have spent many hours with customer service on chat, call and in person and no decent solution has been given. Their response is as i didnt buy it from them, they cant do anything.
